Abstract

This study aims to detect the potential for bankruptcy early on at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is one of the leading retail companies in Indonesia, or commonly known as Alfamart, a trading company that sells units and retails related to household needs. This study uses the Altman Z-Score method. The Altman Z-score method is a tool used to predict the level of bankruptcy of a company by calculating the value of several ratios and then entering it into a discriminant equation. The results of this study were conducted in 2016-2021 where the Z-Score value was greater than 2.90, which means that the company is healthy or not bankrupt, so this can also prove that the Altman Z-score method is effectively used in assessing the level of bankruptcy in a company.

Abstract

In recent years, global economic competition is very tight. For companies that cannot compete in this global economic competition, it is feared that the company will experience a setback. One company that is very active in this global economic competition is a retail company. An increase or decrease in profit in retail companies is also known as profit growth or decrease. Measurement of profit increase in retail companies is generally based on the financial performance of the company in each semester. The measurement of increasing profits and company performance can illustrate the performance carried out by management in retail companies. In this study, it will be investigated whether the variables of total asset turn over, current ratio, net profit margin and debt to equity ratio in retail companies are based on the company's financial performance. The number of samples is 30 retail companies. Techniques in data analysis using classical assumption testing, coefficient of determination, t test, f test and multiple linear regression. The results of the research for the H1 and H2 hypotheses in the research test were rejected. Furthermore, the hypothesis H3 and H4 are accepted while for testing on H1, H2, H3 and H4 whether there is a relationship between all variables that have an effect on increasing profits is rejected.

Abstract

Service quality is very important in the development of a hotel, namely to attract guests who come and become regular visitors, as well as price and location. Price and location is one of the keys to the success of a business, especially in the hospitality sector. Currently every hotel has the goal of ensuring an adequate level of profitability from its core activities, which can be achieved not only by reducing the cost of providing hotel services, but also by setting an optimal price for their services. and the location at the Hotel Pansur Gading Ressort. The respondents of this study were 20% of all hotel guests, namely 40 people. This research method used SPSS 25, the data analysis method was descriptive quantitative, and this study used multiple linear regression analysis mode. The results of this study explain that the better the quality of service, price and location, the higher the level of visitors. Partially, the service quality and price variables of this study have no effect on the dependent variable And Resort. However, the location variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of visitors at Pancur Gading Hotel And Resort.

Abstract

Construction companies are one of the investment sectors in Indonesia in the country's economy. However, in recent years, construction sector stocks have experienced fluctuations, which has caused many construction sector issuers to sell their shares. This study aims to examine potential factors in influencing the influence of stock returns on the construction sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2021 period. This research obtained data obtained from financial statements on companies listed on the IDX. Purposive sampling was used in this study in obtaining research samples. Nine companies were used in this study that met the criteria in purposive sampling. Based on the results of chow testing and hausman testing, and for the data analysis method, namely by using panel data regression with fixed-effect models, the results of this study show that the current ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect on stock returns. However, the return on assets and debt to asset ratio have no effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the effect of e-service quality, price and e - promotion on e-customer satisfaction during Covid-19 pandemic in Malang City. The research method used is quantitative research methods, sampling techniques data by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using Validity and Reliability tests, Multiple Linear Regression, Statistical F Test and Statistical Test t. The results of the study with the F statistical test obtained that e-service quality, price and e - promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on e-customer satisfaction at Grabfood During pandemic. Meanwhile, through the t statistical test, it was obtained that e-service quality, price and e - promotion partially had a significant effect on e-customer satisfaction at Grabfood During pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on customers of PT. Telkomsel in city X which will be conducted in 2022. Research data was collected by distributing questionnaires and interviews with respondents using Telkomsel cards. In addition to primary data, this study also uses secondary data in the form of references derived from published articles in journals or proceedings and books. Questionnaires were distributed to 109 respondents using Telkomsel cards, sampling using accidental samples. The variables observed in this study consisted of service quality and customer satisfaction. The service quality variable indicators consist of physical evidence, attention, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. While the indicators of customer satisfaction consist of product quality, service quality, and convenience factors. The research data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression with data quality testing and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination test and partial test, while data processing used SPSS. The results of this study indicate that service quality influences customer satisfaction at PT. Telkomsel in city X.

Abstract

With the increasing number of campuses in North Sumatra, XYZ Campus must maintain its quality so that it continues to be the trust of its prospective students. Many prospective students in making their decisions usually consider the brand image, they will choose a well-known and reliable place of study from lesser-known campuses. The problem to be studied is the decreasing number of students who make XYZ Campus a place for lectures. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research. The research sample used in this study was a census or saturated sampling. The population is all new students of XYZ Campus. From the results of data processing, obtained a significance value of 0.0 which is smaller than 0.05 and based on the calculated F value of 15.270 which is greater than the F table of 3.18. From the two analyzes, Ho is rejected, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables affecting the dependent variable. To increase the number of students, XYZ Campus must improve its Brand Image and estimate an Affordable Selling Price. Adjusted R Square value is 0.346 or 34.6%. This condition explains that 34.6% of the brand image and selling price variables affect the campus selection decision.

Abstract

Discipline is the most important operative function of human resource management, because the better the employee discipline in the company, the higher the work performance that can be achieved. Furthermore, in a company, in addition to work discipline, work loyalty also has an important role in the management of human resources which in general can be interpreted as a form of loyalty, devotion and trust given or shown to the company, in which there is a sense of belonging and trying to provide services. and best behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and loyalty on the work performance of employees of PT. XYZ Medan City. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. XYZ Medan City has 40 employees. From the results of the partial test (t test) of the work discipline variable (X1) on the work performance variable (Y) and based on the criteria of the T test, obtained a significance of 0.221> 0.05 and the value of t count = 1.246 < t table = 2.024, then Ho is accepted, it can be partially concluded that there is no effect of work discipline on work performance at PT. XYZ Medan City. From the results of the partial test (t test) of the loyalty variable (X2) on the work performance variable (Y) and based on the criteria of the T test, obtained a significance of 0.00 > 0.05 and the value of t count = 5.575 > t table = 2.024, then Ho rejected, it can be partially concluded that there is an influence of loyalty on work performance at PT. XYZ Medan City. From the results of data processing, obtained a significance value of 0.0 which is smaller than 0.05. From this analysis, Ho is rejected, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables affecting the dependent variable. To improve employee performance, employee discipline and employee loyalty must also be improved.

Abstract

One of the economic indicators in a country is the capital market. Indonesia is one of the countries where the capital market is developing, this is proven by the number of companies listing in the capital market. One of the advantages of capital market activities is stock returns. Stock Return is the income earned by investors for investing funds in the form of shares. This study aims to determine how the effect of cash flow statements on stock returns. As for the object of scrutiny is PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, PT. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, PT. Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk. In this study, the indicators used by the authors are cash flow statements from operational activities, investment activities and financing activities. The results showed that partially and simultaneously there is an influence between cash flow on stock returns. Based on the results of research conducted with the t-test, the results obtained that the value of tcount > ttable so that it shows there is an influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable, for the r-test shows that the operational cash flow variable has a moderate effect, the investment cash flow variable has a moderate influence. very low and the funding cash flow variable has a low influence on stock returns. Meanwhile, for the f test, the results obtained that the value of Fcount > Ftable so that it shows that there is an influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. And for the R2 test, the results obtained are 44% (0.444 x 100%).

Abstract

The problem to be studied is that the performance is less than optimal because there are still employees who are not optimal in carrying out their duties as indicated by (a) Implementation of organizational culture that has not been optimally carried out. (b) Delayed completion of pre-determined work because there are several employees who leave the workplace without prior permission and are often seen unemployed and talking about unimportant things during working hours. (c) High absenteeism due to sick and unreasonable employees. This research was conducted in August – October 2019. It was carried out at the Head office of PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation, Jalan Kapt. Maulana Lubis No. 9 Medan City. The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation which amounted to 30 people. From the results of data processing, it was found that the significance value was 0.0 which was smaller than 0.05 and based on the calculated F value was 24.396 which was greater than the F table of 3.35. From the two analyzes, Ho is rejected, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables affecting the dependent variable. To improve employee performance, the application of organizational culture and work stress must also be increased at PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation. Adjusted R Square value is 0.617 or 61.7%. This condition explains that 61.7% of organizational culture variables and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that from several factors supporting employee performance, organizational culture and work stress factors that affect employee performance the most are 61.7%.
