Abstract

The use of digital wallets in Indonesia is increasing both by online shopping or shopping directly. There are various factors that behind the use of digital wallets by the Indonesian people. This study seek to find out the influence of the factors that are the background for using digital wallets which in this case is ShopeePay, by knowing the effect of Easy of Use to Intention to Use and User Satisfaction and impact it has on the Net Benefit. This study combined two forms of information system research model that is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Delone and McLean model. This research is carried out with a quantitative approach through the asosiatif method using by the likert scale. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, with a total sample is 100 respondents from ShopeePay user. The results of this research support all of hypotheses, showing that there are positive and significant effects of the Easy of Use to Intention to Use and User Satisfaction and their impact on the Net Benefits. The highest relationship rate is in the Easy of Use variable to Intention to Use variable with a original value of samples by 0.696 or 69%.

Abstract

Public literacy about zakat institutions is very important to increase knowledge and management of zakat institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine literacy, the application of PSAK 109 and the trust of muzzaki in giving zakat at OPZ. This study used a quantitative method with a population of 48 respondents and data processing using SPSS 22. The results in this study the literacy variable has an effect on trust, the application of PSAK 109 has an effect on trust as well as the literacy variable, the application of PSAK 109 has a simultaneous effect on trust. Muzzaki's trust is needed to increase OPZ's income to alleviate poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that is currently hitting has caused anxiety for people around the world, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government has published various policies so that the country's survival can be maintained. Success in carrying out these policies requires collaboration between the government and the community so that behavior changes occur. Intention to change behavior is an important factor for the government's success in overcoming the crisis (Pandemic Covid-19). This study emphasizes the factors of social marketing campaigns as factors that influence social change intentions. Demographic factors based on gender, age, education level, and area of ​​residence are also variables that moderate the effect of social marketing campaigns on social change intentions. The data collection method used a survey with a questionnaire and the data analysis method used Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that social marketing campaigns had an effect on social change intentions with a significance level of 0.000. The results of testing the moderating variable show that the moderating variables for the categories of gender, education, and area of ​​residence strengthen the effect of social marketing campaigns on social change intentions. Meanwhile, demographic variables based on age category weaken the influence of social marketing campaigns social change intentions.

Abstract

Managing a rental house business is a best profitable business opportunity, conditions changed during the Covid-19 pandemic which was also affected by the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the impact rental house business during the Covid-19 pandemic at Pasar Baru Padang Bulan, Medan. This research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. Involving a sample of 43 people from 2 types of rental house categories. Data collection was carried out on respondents who continued to rent houses during the period May 2020 - February 2021. Aspects of business discussion were aspects of needs, aspects of costs and facilities, aspects of marketing, and aspects of economic. Based on research results, the house rental business in Pasar Baru Padang Bulan area, Medan has experienced a decline in income as a result of a decrease in the number of consumen, but the need for a place to live remains the most common reason for consumen to stay in rental house because they have to keep working during the pandemic. When viewed from the aspect of costs and facilities, rented houses with standard facilities experienced a significant decline in consumen both in the first period and the end of 2020 and resulted in a decrease in income of up to 88%. Meanwhile, for rental houses that have complete facilities, the number of consumen in the first period decreased by up to 50%. The New Normal regulations implemented by the Medan city government and the many businesses that have resumed operations are one of the reasons rental houses are able to revive. The rental house in Padang Bulan area has fulfilled all four marketing criteria, the difference in the utility form where the facilities offered by the rental house are different. So that the final decision is in the hands of the consumen to choose.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). Effect of investment knowledge on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market (2). Effect of socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, and (3) Effect of knowledge and socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market. The object of this research is the millennial community of Banten Province, with a total population of 3.345 million and a sample of 77 millennials. The research method used is a quantitative-descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method through SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that (1). Knowledge has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this result is based on the t-value of the investment knowledge variable which is greater than the t-table value (5.501>1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05). (2). Socialization has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this result is based on the t-value of the investment socialization variable which is greater than the t-table value (7.040>1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05), and (3 ) Knowledge and socialization have a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this conclusion is based on the calculated F value is greater than F table (62.204>3.14) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05). The total influence of knowledge and socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market is 61.7 percent, while the remaining 38.3 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence and analysis of local government policy strategies on increasing production capacity, employment, and increasing income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Buol district. This study uses a quantitative research design with correlation inferential statistics. Data sources are primary and secondary data, namely data obtained from observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. In this study 102 respondents as a sample of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Buol District. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model. From the results of the research and discussion of the data analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the local government's policy strategies have an effect on increasing the production capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). further Government policy strategies affect the employment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, the government's policy strategy has an effect on increasing the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, the increase in production capacity will affect the employment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). and Increasing production capacity affects the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of economic growth on poverty directly and indirectly through income distribution. This study uses secondary data of time series data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Maluku Province, the year that was the sample in this study between 2005 - 2017. The data analysis model used is path analysis, the analysis method used is descriptive analysis followed by classical assumption tests. and goodness of fit, the analysis tools used by the Eviews and IBM Amos. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression path analysis techniques. The results of the research and discussion show that there is no influence between economic growth on income distribution, on the contrary, there is an influence between employment opportunities and income distribution. So even though there is economic growth, it does not have an impact on income distribution. Furthermore, it turns out that there is no influence between economic growth on poverty. So the economic growth that occurs does not have an impact on reducing poverty. Conversely, there is an influence between employment opportunities and poverty, which means that changes in employment opportunities will affect the level of poverty. The lack of effect on economic growth and employment opportunities through income distribution on poverty proves that in Maluku poverty indicates that poverty in Maluku is more relative poverty. Poverty that is created is not caused by economic growth and employment opportunities that affect income and consequently creates poverty, but rather due to limited access to various public facilities due to the condition of Maluku which is more dominated by the sea.

Abstract

MSMEs are the largest contributor to GDP in Indonesia but are still constrained and have difficulty determining effective promotional media, especially during the current New Normal period so that they can survive and increase income from day by day. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of MSME online advertisements in Medan City which are displayed on social media. The results of this study are expected to be useful for MSMEs in Medan City to provide advertisements for these parties optimally so that they get the expected results. The data used in this study were obtained from 100 samples who are residents of Medan City and are social media users who have seen MSME advertisements on social media. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method introduced by The Nielsen Company. Where the variables are empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The results of the EPIC analysis for each variable were empathy = 3.715, persuasion = 3.855, impact = 3.7125, and communication = 3.9025. Of the four variables studied, if included in the effectiveness scale, the four results of the analysis of these variables are partially in the "effective" range. The EPIC rate value which is the average value of the four variables is at 3.79625. This value is in the “effective” range on the effectiveness scale range.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence stock price volatility in sub-construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method, the sample obtained was 9 sub-construction and building companies in the 2015-2020 period in order to obtain 54 observational data. The data used are secondary data and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method by conducting a series of assumption tests to ensure the feasibility of the data. The data processing used in this study uses panel data regression with the help of Eviews 10 software. The results of this study find that Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price volatility and Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on stock price volatility. Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) that all independent variables jointly significantly affect the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales volume in SMEs. The sample of this study were 34 traders who redistributed the product, the sample was taken using a census sampling technique, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, the data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, while the data analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing this hypothesis using the coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously product quality and distribution channels have a significant effect on sales volume.
