Abstract

Abstract Hyperglycemia that occurs in people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) can have an impact on damage to small blood vessels, if in the long term it will cause neuropathy and disturbances in important organs in the body. Efforts that can be made to lower blood sugar levels in Diabetes Mellitus are by utilizing the crown of gods herbal plants, the alkaloid content in the crown of gods can reduce blood glucose by inhibiting glucose absorption in the intestine, increasing glucose transport in the blood, stimulating glycogen synthesis and inhibiting glucose synthesis. and increase glucose oxidation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving the crown of gods (Phaleria macrocarpa) on the blood glucose of diabetic mice. The research method was carried out by literature review by searching published journals online through the PubMed, ProQuest, Scholar and Sinta databases that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the review of eleven reputable journals showed that the extract of the Dewa's Crown had a positive effect on reducing blood glucose levels. In the extract of the god's crown on the skin and flesh of the fruit, it contains saponins, flavonoids, alloxan compounds, and mineral or other compounds that can reduce glucose levels in the blood. Saponins and alloxans can reduce blood glucose levels by stimulating pancreatic ß cells so that insulin secretion increases and glucose decreases, and flavonoids are protective against damage to ß cells as insulin producers and can increase insulin sensitivity. Abstract

Abstract One of the health disorders of the aged is the sleep disorder. In which makes sleep schedule be distruct and change. And this is the factor of  self uncomfortable and the disturb the daily activities. The aim of this review is discovering the association of the body movement and the aged’s sleep quality. Database which used in this review is Google scholar, that is suitable with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Article was publish in range of 2015 – 2020, using nation and Internation Journals, observational and literatur review method in used, and the article were free also in PDF format. There were found ten identified journal which stated that the association of body movement and the aged’s sleep quality was significant. There is an association between the body movement and the aged’s sleep quality. Keywords: Body movement, Sleep quality, and aged.

Abstract

Abstract                Inguinal hernia is a condition in which intra-abdominal fat protrudes through the weak part of the lower abdominal muscles. Caused by congenital, obesity, pregnancy, straining, chronic coughing and clients who work as physical workers, strenuous physical activity results in a continuous increase in pressure on the intra-abdominal muscles, thus triggering the protrusion of organs through the walls of weak organs. This study aims to conduct a study of Nursing Care literature on Inguinal Hernia clients. This research method the study of literature in the scientific papers of diploma nursing study program at the Faculty of Health Science, Unipdu Jombang in 2016-2018 which includes assessment analysis, diagnosis determination, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in several research units. The results of the literature study found that pain priority problems with different scales, in post-operative clients, there were pain and risk of infection problems, after the nursing action was carried out for 3x24 hours of pain and the risk of infection experienced by clients decreased. There are differences regarding the etiology of 4 clients. As such, efforts are made to prevent inguinal hernias from reducing the activity of lifting heavy loads, maintaining ideal body weight, eating foods high in fiber to prevent constipation.       Keywords : Nursing care, hernia,intra-abdominal muscles.

Abstract

Abstract Gout is the result of results in the body which levels should not be excessive. Bamboo exercise is a nonpharmacological effort that can be done to increase the metabolism and excretion of uric acid through sweat, urine, or feces. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of bamboo exercise on reducing uric acid levels in the elderly. This research is a Pre-Experimental study using the One Group Pretest-Postest Design method. With a population of 41 elderly, getting a sample of 18 respondents with Purposive Sampling techniques. Independent variable is bamboo practice and Dependent variable in this study is uric acid level. Data collection using GCU / Urt Test then the respondent gave 20 minutes bamboo training for 7 consecutive days. Then the results of the study were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test with α = 0.05. The results obtained showed a decrease in value before and after on bamboo exercise as much as 0.533. And from the results of the SPSS test, it was found that p = 0.046 (p≤α) which was useful was found between bamboo exercises and decreased uric acid levels. Bamboo training The privilege is that the elderly are more free to move because there is a bamboo balance aid, so that it will increase uric acid excretion to the maximum.  Keywords: Gout, Bamboo Exercise, Elderly.

Abstract

Abstract Thalassemia is a disease of chronic that occur in children. Thalassemia is a disease abnormality of blood which is caused by disruption of production hemoglobin the body is reduced . The purpose of the literature study was to determine the nursing process in 4 respondents with thalassemia. The research design uses a literature study with case studies of nursing care in thalassemia patients in Seruni RSUD Jombang in the period 2014-2019. The results    of    the    study    literature     shows     that     problem     of     priority     patients     with thalassemia is perfused peripheral     not effective with a     decrease     in     concentration of hemoglobin. Literature study shows the results of the similarity of the causative factors in 4 respondents who experienced changes in tissue perfusion decreased hemoglobin concentration resulting in decreased O2 binding by erythrocytes so that blood flow to the peripheral tissues decreases and ineffective peripheral perfusion occurs which is characterized by patients feeling weak, conjunctival pallor , CRT> 2 seconds . Peripheral perfusion is not effective as a priority diagnosis because thalassemia patients experience abnormal red blood cell formation, in which blood cells rupture or lysis before 100 days, causing severe anemia that causes decreased  oxygen transport in cells. Keyword : Childcare Nursing, Thalassemia.

Abstract

Abstract Quality is the most important thing for the service company holder. It refers to action that should be well like the safe guaranty for patient. In the implementation of public service, still a lot of missing things that affect to the public service quality. The low costumer satisfication will influencing the health facility provitabilities. In other hand, the employ behavior will also affect to the patient satisfication, wherease the patient needs is always increase everytime, and it also happen to the demand of service quality which given. This research aim is knowing the association service quality with the satisfication of BPJS inpatient. This article using literature review method which use google scolar as the support database that suitable with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the ten identified journals, those are showing that the association is exist between the service qualities with the satisfication of BPJS inpatient. Abstract

AbstractBullying is one of a nature of hurting or distrubing behaviours toward victim, the victim can be a person or group. The Prevalence of bullying mostly occurs among adolescents, especially adolecents who are live in boarding schools. Many efforts have been made to prevent bullying, but this problem is still appearance until nowdays. The methodology research on this study was used literature review obtained PubMed, Science Direct, DOAJ, and Google Scolar. This study also obtined 10 literature. There results of this study found that there was an influence of GPM (Gerakan Pesantren Menyenangkan) to bullying incidence among santri by using Kurt Lewin's Change Theory. GPM (Gerakan Pesantren Menyenangkan) is a program to emotions  expression of santri, the happy, sad and angry expression can expresses or mentions in emotional zone which available in their room, so this will make their friends know what are their felling and this also make sense between the santri then the environment became more conducive and of prevent bullying behavior among santri. The implementation of the GPM program by using Kurt Lewin's  Change Theory  has 3 stages,  The first stage Unfreezing, Santri committed to implementing the program, as well get an understanding of bullying. The second stage Moving,  Santri run the GPM program so that the environmental conditions are orderly and conducive. The third stage Refreezing, santri agreed and carried out and obeyed the rewards and regulations understanding of bullying. Keywords : Bullying, GPM Programe, Kurt Lewin's Change Theory.

Abstract

Abstract               The social order cannot guarantee that the community will adapt well to the New Normal order, then it is certain that the transmission of Covid-19 transmission and the addition of cases will continue. In the context of preventing Covid-19, the family can be the main defense in warding off the transmission of transmission and the negative impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has led to social transformations that can destabilize the existence of individuals and families so that they become vulnerable or even potentially do not have Family Immunity. Family immunity to COVID-19 can be described as a form of family strength-oriented approach in involving the family system as a whole through active processes in the form of coping, adaptation and positive behavior patterns so that they have the endurance in responding to stressors and crises caused by COVID. -19. Keywords : Family Immunity, New normal, Covid-19.

Abstract

AbstractTuberculosis is a major problem for Indonesia, where treatment requires a long time and must be regular for 6 to 8 months which can cause psychological problems such as anxiety, stress to depression.The research wants to explore through literature studies on the relationship between stress and depression in TB clients who are undergoing treatment as a basis for medical personnel to take action, in addition to treatment measures, psychosocial measures as management of TB can be effective. This review uses five databases in search (pubmed, Doaj, Sage, Wiley and google scholar) with published limits of 2015-2020 while the keywords used are medication, tuberculosis, anxiety and depression (Time to Treadment, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Anxiety Scale and Depressive Disorder). The PRISMA diagram is used to shorten the selection of articles. There were 10,649 articles found, we found 10 articles that matched the inclusion criteria. Treatment with anxiety level, depression on TB treatment. In (n = 10) journals obtained, nine journals said there was a relationship between anxiety levels and depression levels on TB treatment, but one journal said there was no relationship between treatment and anxiety. And influenced by other factors.Keyword: anxiety, depression, tuberculosis treatment.
