Abstract

The economy that is happening in Indonesia is not balanced because of the large economic disparity between one region and another, this can be seen clearly from the uneven income of the people and the poverty problems that occur in terms of clothing, food and shelter. The community has the right to get proper clothing, food and shelter for the sake of creating a prosperous society. If one of them is still not fulfilled, then prosperity will not be achieved. To realize this, the government has held various poverty reduction programs, one of which is in the form of social funds provided to the poor. Problems that often occur in determining the eligibility of receiving assistance. The assessment process of the beneficiary community in Tuhtuhan Village is not yet perfect, only covering the type of work, total income, number of dependents and age. This method of assessment is subjective, which can lead to social jealousy for those who do not accept it. From the above problems, it can be solved by utilizing computer technology to create a Decision Support System (DSS). One of them is by using the Moora method. The MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method is applied to solve many economic, managerial and construction problems. math formula calculations with exact results

Abstract

Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) is a system that is applied in the financing of the lectures to be borne by the students of the State Universities which are under the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristek Dikti). Single tuition consists of seven groups, namely groups UKT 1 (one), the group of UKT 2 (two), a group of UKT 3 (three), the group of UKT 4 (four), the group of UKT 5 (five), the group of UKT 6 (six) and group 7 (seven), which nominal varies. In determining the provision of Single tuition fee (UKT) needed a System Supporting the Decision. In the determination of decisions, often appear subjective assessment of the decision makers, this can be an obstacle in the selection process because the results obtained are not the maximum. For it in build a system supporting the decision to utilize a method that is WASPAS. Methods WASPAS can be used to select the Student recipient of the Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) criteria-the criteria that have been determined. The results obtained from this study is that there is one student with the highest value 10,88 ranked one, thus the student is entitled to receive a Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT)

Abstract

The need for information about technology has now become commonplace, sometimes existing technology has not been fully utilized. With the increasing popularity of technology, it is possible for all businesses engaged in the service sector to be infected with technology fever. However, the company CV. MLB Sampit is still constrained by the presentation of financial report data. Financial reports are slow to figure out, searches regarding expenses and income are also difficult to find. In addition, mistakes often occur in making payment transactions due to the absence of a computerized system. To solve this problem, we need an accounting management system. Where later it can process financial transaction data, present financial data reports including journal reports, ledger reports, trial balance reports, loan reports and income statements. In building this application program, using PHP and Javascript as a programming language media and MySQL is used as database management. With the creation of this system is expected to facilitate the company CV. MLB Sampit in the process of recording transactions and financial reports.

Abstract

In this research, 64-bit Block Cipher Cryptography was designed based on the Social Media Logo Pattern, this design aims to produce a new cryptographic system, and aims to secure data or information in the form of text. In designing cryptography using Social Media Patterns, correlation tests have been carried out 24 times so as to produce the best pattern sequence with an average correlation value of 0.014425413 with a 1-2-4-3 sequence pattern. After finding the best pattern, 10 rounds are carried out where in each cycle there are 4 processes consisting of 4 patterns for the plaintext process and 4 patterns for the key process, and accompanied by S-Box substitution in each process so that the avalanche effect has a significant increase. In this research, the avalanche effect test was also carried out. In each avalanche effect test, it shows that the S-Box has an effect on the encryption process because in each cycle it has an avalanche effect that reaches 50%. So it can be said that the ciphertext generated by block cipher cryptography based on the social media logo pattern has random output results so that it can be used to secure data or information in the form of text

Abstract

Data security and confidentiality issues are one of the important aspects in terms of information exchange. One solution to maintaining the security and confidentiality of files is an encryption technique as an encryption and decryption key. This research describes the development of cryptography (encryption and decryption) that implements the Paillier algorithm. The purpose of Paul's algorithm was chosen because it is a Caesarean algorithm, where Paul's algorithm uses two keys. This research produces an application program that aims to increase file security. In making this application, the method used is Paillier's Algorithm, because it is very suitable for file security that results in completing encryption processes and descriptions. This application is made with the Android programming language and the creation of a file security application with an encryption and description process using the Paillier algorithm, which is expected to solve this problem.

Abstract

This study aims to propose in carrying out sailing activities on the KN. Arcturus ship every week, so that maintenance and maintenance activities need to be carried out properly and scheduled so as not to interfere with ongoing production activities. The current machine breakdown is still relatively high and requires a long repair time, what is proposed is preventive maintenance using the Clustering technique. The method used is K-Means Clustering. By using this method, the data that has been obtained can be grouped into several clusters, based on the similarity of these data, so that data that has the same characteristics are grouped into one cluster and those that have different characteristics are grouped into another cluster. We can use the abundance of data to find hidden information from these data. In order to find out the hidden information from these data, it is necessary to process the data. The data processing process is also known as data mining. With this grouping it will know the results of the analyzed data.

Abstract

A joint business group is a group of citizens or a group of social communities formed from families classified as poor communities through a social welfare program, abbreviated as prokesos, which is useful for carrying out business to increase the income of a group of underprivileged residents. In the decision-making process, errors and inaccuracies in the distribution of aid to the community, for example, people who do not deserve assistance but who receive assistance are inversely proportional to poor communities who do not receive assistance. This problem arises because of the lack of careful selection and miscalculation in determining which people are entitled to receive assistance. For this reason, it is necessary to have a decision support system in producing decisions so that it can support the decisions made by the Province of Social Affairs more real. In this study, one of the Composite Performance Index (CPI) methods is used which is expected to be able to assist the Provincial Social Service in determining the appropriate kube in receiving assistance.

Abstract

One of the media that presents information quickly and is supported by high technology, one of which is radio. Radio as the oldest and most familiar communication media tool in the world continues to survive amidst many new media such as the internet. Radio up to now is still believed to be an information and communication media tool favored by many people because it has an important role in disseminating information about information about education, entertainment or other advertisements and events. To convey this information needed Human Resources (HR) is needed, namely broadcasters. In selecting the radio broadcaster must meet the requirements or criteria, so that they are chosen to be broadcasters. One solution to these problems is right by using a Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (SPK) can help radio stations in making decisions on the selection of good radio broadcasters and increasing the efficiency of the decision. The promethee II method is one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods which means that it determines or sequences in a multicriteria analysis, this method is known because the concept is efficient and simple, in addition to solving problems related to multicriteria, others.

Abstract

The more time is developing, the more knowledgeable, as well as file storage. As is known at this time very many people save files online because it is easy to access anytime and anywhere only with capital, but the drawback of online storage is the security that can be unsettling to users at any point of online storage. So the authors use one of the Cryptographic Algorithms, namely the Modification of the Trithemius Algorithm to carry out the security of files stored on online media. This algorithm can change the code by encrypting files. It is hoped that the community will apply or use the Trithemius Algorithm modification in order to help the community in securing files, especially important files.

Abstract

Kelapa Dua Futsal Arena is an individual company engaged in the futsal field reservation service. In this futsal ordering service, the service factor affects the smooth operation of the information. With good information system services and also optimizing profits on the futsal field ordering service. Therefore a website is needed in order to simplify the process of ordering the futsal field and provide information on the availability of empty fields to the orderer through the ordering information system.
