Jurnal Al-Amin: Kajian Pendidikan dan Sosial Kemasyarakatan

Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) STAI al-Amin, Gersik, Kediri, Lombok Barat. Jurnal ini memuat segala kajian-kajian Pendidikan dan Sosial Kemasyarakatan. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. Dengan ini kami Tim redaksi mengajak para Dosen, Peneliti, Pemerhati Pendidikan dan Sosial Kemasyarakatan untuk berkontribusi mengirimkan Karya Ilmiahnya, baik berupa Jurnal, Review Buku, ataupun Laporan Penelitian dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut: 1) Murni merupakan karya sendiri, bukan hasil plagiat dari karya tulis lainnya, 2) Belum pernah dipulikasikan sebelumnya, 3) Tulisan berjumlah 7000 s/d 9000 kata, 4) Ukuran kertas A4 (kuarto), 5) Spasi 1,5pt. Penyerahan naskah tulisan dapat dikirim via email, atau dengan register dan meng-unggah langsung. Kerangka tulisan mencakup judul, abstraksi, kata kunci, isi atau pembahasan, kesimpulan, saran dan Daftar Pustaka. Abstrak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang jelas dengan panjang antara 150 sampai dengan 300 kata (tidak lebih dari 1 halaman), dan spasi 1pt. yang terdiri dari latar belakang penelitian, metode penelitian, analisis, dan kesimpulan. Kata kunci terdiri dari 3-5 kata, dapat berbentuk kata atau frase. Sedangkan karya tulisan yang berbentuk Artikel harus menggunakan referensi. Naskah yang masuk akan dievaluasi oleh Tim Reviewer dan Editor Jurnal Al-Amin. Tim Reviewer dan Editor dapat melakukan perubahan secara sepihak pada format penulisan jika terdapat tulisan yang tidak sesuai, tanpa merubah substansinya.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan tertua dan asli Indonesia telah menyajikan sebuah sistem pendidikan yang tradisional. Namun, sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman, sebagian besar pesantren mengadakan berbagai perbaikan dan pembenahan sebagai upaya modernisasi pendidikan yang diselenggarakannya. Modernisasi pendidikan pesantren, diyakini sebagai suatu upaya pesantren untuk tetap bertahan dan eksis di tengah persaingannya dengan lembaga pendidikan modern yang menawarkan sistem pendidikan sekuler melalui sistem pendidikan sekolah. Modernisasi pesantren dilakukan sebagai respon terhadap penjajah Belanda yang memperkenalkan sistem pendidikan modern. Modernisasi pesantren dilakukan dengan mengembangkan kurikulum pesantren dengan memasukkan mata pelajaran umum, yang selanjutnya berimplikasi terhadap diversifikasi lembaga pendidikan pesantren, sistem penjenjangan, kepemimpinan dan manajemen pendidikan pesantren. Nurul Haramain NW Narmada sebagai salah satu lembaga pesantren sejak lahirnya pada tahun 1991 silam, telah mencoba menerapkan sistem pendidikan pesanten modern sebagai tawaran pilihan tambahan bagi masyarakat dalam memberikan pendidikan bagi putra putri mereka selain lembaga-lembaga pesantren yang menggunakan sistem tradisional.

Abstract

Manajemen sekolah akan efektif dan efisien apabila didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang profesional untuk mengoperasikan sekolah, kurikulum yang sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan dan karakteristik siswa, kemampuan dan commitment (tanggung jawab terhadap tugas) tenaga kependidikan yang handal, Prasarana pendidikan adalah semua perangkat kelengkapan dasar yang secara tidak langsung menunjang proses pendidikan di sekolah Sedangkan sarana pendidikan adalah semua perangkat peralatan, bahan dan perabot yang secara langsung digunakan dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah, seperti: ruang, buku, perpustakaan, labolatorium dan sebagainya. Dalam pendidikan misalnnya lokasi atau tempat, bangunan sekolah, lapangan olahraga, ruang dan sebagainya. Sedangkan sarana pendidikan adalah semua perangkat peralatan, bahan dan perabot yang secara langsung digunakan dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah, seperti: ruang, buku, perpustakaan, labolatorium dan sebagainya.Pada dasarnya setiap sekolah sudah menyelenggarakan sistem pengelolaan yang baik, tetapi sistem yang efektif kurang dilaksanakan. Ketidakdisiplinan dalam penggunaan anggaran, serta pemimpin yang boros selalu menjadi fenomena tersendiri. Untuk itu diperlukan kepemimpinan dan manajemen pengelolaan yang efektif menuju keseimbangan antara sistem yang ada dalam mendistribusikan sumber-sumber dana pendidikan di Indonesia. Pelaksanaan administrasi peralatan dan perlengkapan sudah merupakan pekerjaan rutin dan orang-orang di hadapkan kesukaran-kesukaran yang kurang berarti, namun untuk penyempurnaan pekerjaan para ahli menyarankan beberapa pedoman pelaksanaan administrasinya, sbb :Hendaknya kepala sekolah sebagai administrator tidak terlalu menyibukkan dirinya secara langsung dengan urusan pelaksanaan administrasi peralatan dan perlengkapan pengajaran Melakukan sisi pencatatan yang tepat sehingga mudah di kerjakan Administrasi peralatan dan perlengkapan pengajaran harus senantiasa ditinjau dari segi pelayanan untuk turut memperlancar pelaksanaan program pengajaranKondisi-kondisi diatas akan terpenuhi jika administrator mengikutsertakan semua guru dalam perencanaan seleksi, distribusi dan penggunaan serta pengawasan peralatan dan perlengkapan pengajaran.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in their development and development have educational principles consisting of universal truth values ​​and play an important role and always create peace, comfort and harmony. So that it can become the main characteristic of pesantren as a culture.However, seeing the ever-increasing developments in daily life, the boarding school tries to educate students to be able to adjust to the current situation, so that they do not follow current developments. However, sooner or later, whether intentionally or not, various cultures will have an influence on the students. This influence can have an impact both on the socio-political life, security, education and also on the morality of the students, this impact can be positive or negative.The formulation of the problems of this study are as follows: 1) What types of juvenile delinquency affect the lives of students at the Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School, NWDI Putra Narmada ?, and 2) What preventive measures does Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School NWDI Putra Narmada use in dealing with juvenile delinquency? This research is a descriptive study, namely research that aims to obtain a complete picture of the whole subject and object under study.Based on the results of interviews and observations made by the author during the research location, it can be identified that there are two ways or efforts made by the Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School NWDI Putra Narmada in dealing with juvenile delinquency. 1) Internal efforts, namely the efforts made by the Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School, NWDI Putra Narmada, whose activities are more focused on students with the aim of fostering and directing students according to Allah's orders and Rasullulloh or according to Al-Quran and As-Sunnah such as routine recitation. , Night prayers and spiritual taujih-tujih to awaken and foster the morals of the santri. and 2) Efforts that are external in nature which include the efforts made by the Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School NWDI Putra Narmada in order to carry out its function as a religious institution that does not only preach in the pesantren environment but also actively conducts activities for the communities around it. .

Abstract

Education as one of the important instruments in Islam in realizing the function of Islam as Rahmatanlil'alamin in the context of Islam is revealed as a solution to all the problems of life faced by humans on earth, whether it is related to faith, morals, intellectuality, sociology, politics or psychology, so that humans get grace and salvation in his life on earth and his life in the afterlife. Grace and Salvation in life will be realized when each individual who is part of society has a complete personality that is in accordance with the guidance and teachings of Islam. This is because personality is the basis for self-identification which is also the control for every individual Muslim in controlling lust and behavior that is not praiseworthy and gives direction to do the right thing in accordance with Islamic rules and regulations.This study aims to examine the contribution of Islamic education in shaping Islamic personality. This type of research is literature research with a qualitative approach, namely by observing and studying books and literature that discuss Islamic education and Islamic personality. Data analysis in this research is content analysis, which is a data analysis technique that discusses in depth the content of information written in printed media, books or other literatures.Based on the description of data and discussion of the contribution of Islamic education in shaping Islamic personality, it can be concluded that Islamic education has an important contribution in shaping Islamic personality and things that are important in Islamic education which are at the same time as the core of Islamic teachings which have an important role in shaping Islamic personality. teachings about: Submit yourself to Allah SWT. Freedom and human dignity and liberating the Muslim person from the factors of fear.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to operate applications during online and offline learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in several stages including planning, implementing, observing and reflecting, and this research was conducted by holding a workshop to increase the ability to operate the application. From the research results, it was found that prior to this workshop, teachers were not familiar with various applications that could be used in the teaching and learning process. This is known from the results of unstructured interviews with research subjects. Meanwhile, after the workshop, it was found that teachers knew and could even operate applications that could be used in the teaching and learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic online and offline. So it can be concluded that the existence of a workshop to increase the ability of teachers to operate learning applications really helps teachers in planning online and offline learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Developmental psychologists assume that the changes that occur are assumed to achieve something better and produce behaviors that are adaptive, more organized, more effective, and more complex. From various literature studies, physical development is related to changes in bodily functions, intellectual development includes cognitive development and language related to the thinking process. Meanwhile, emotional development refers to developments related to basic human emotions that are felt and expressed, while socio-moral development is related to various changes in children's ways when dealing with the social environment and the various rules and manners that exist. From the above explanation, the authors propose formulation of the following problems: a) What are the important issues in developing children? b) What is the role of education in shaping children's character? c) Who are the sources of children's character formation?Character is a container of various psychological characteristics that guide children to be able to adapt to the variations in the environment they are facing. In other words, the character will "lead" themselves to do something right and not do something that is not right. This character determines whether the child is able or not to adapt to the diversity of situations he faces. This can be seen in the way children behave, which is an accumulation of various good aspects of self formation.Education that stimulates the development of children's character in essence contains studies relating to norms and values ​​that lead to moral formation. It is further explained that every child-oriented parenting and educational activity should contain learning activities that not only involve cognitive aspects, but also involve affective, social and moral aspects. With regard to the formation of children's character, there are five questions that are questioned as a basis for evaluating the educational process that children receive, namely: 1) How does the environment treat children? 2) How does the immediate environment (parents and educators) treat other people when the child is in that situation? children and their environment, both in the family and at school? 4) Are children given the opportunity to practice good character ?, and 5) Is there collaboration between parents and school authorities?Then the sources of character building for children are: 1) family, 2) preschool institutions (educators), 3) peers, 4) religious organizations, and 5) community. Basically, the essence of character education is guiding individuals to form adaptive behavior.

Abstract

Among the existing Arabic learning methods each has advantages and disadvantages, at first the translation method is considered the most suitable for the ability to read effectively and understand content, then the Direct Method appears as a reaction even though it has existed since the Roman Age, then emerged. The Aural Oral Approach (Sam'iyah Wa Syafawiyah) method which was considered the most effective because it is based on linguistic principles which are expected to be able to answer and overcome various problems in the Arabic teaching and learning process whose main goal is that students have good Arabic language skills or proficiency. and right.With the implementation of the Sam'iyah wa Syafawiyah method at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri, West Lombok, it is intended that the mastery of the four language skills is balanced, the language skills in question are: Listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills and writing skills.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The author chooses this qualitative approach in order to obtain broader and more in-depth information about the matters that are the subject of discussion for which answers must be found in this study.implementation of the Sam'iyah wa Syafawiyah method in teaching Arabic in Class II MTs. Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri based on the theory of the Sam'iyah wa Syafawiyah (Audio Lingual) method which has been described in a literature review, it can be said that it is in accordance with the provisions taught by the theory of the Sam'iyah wa Syafawiyah method although it still needs improvement, while for knowing its success still needs evaluation.Implementation of the Sam'iyah wa Syafawiyah Method in teaching Arabic in class II MTs. Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri has been running smoothly and in accordance with what is stated in the theory of the Sam'iyah wa Syafawiyah Method, although it still needs improvement because there are several obstacles.

Abstract

Management comes from the English word "management" with the verb to manage which generally means to take care of, lead, manage. The word "management" implies leading and leadership. Therefore, school library management implies "leading the school library and "school library leadership." Management is essentially an activity of leading and leadership to achieve organizational goals through activities/moving other people.The library is a minimum standard of school service facilities (Elucidation of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 35 Paragraph (1). As a minimum school service facility, the library can be directed to learning activities inside and outside the school environment. the library can be utilized optimally in accordance with the objectives and functions of the school library, it is necessary to have adequate school library management.The school library is a library located in a formal education unit in the primary and secondary education environment which is an integral part of the activities of the school concerned, and is a learning resource center to support the achievement of the educational goals of the school concerned. Specifically, the purpose of the school library is stated in SNI School Libraries 7329-2009, which aims to "provide a learning resource center so that it can help develop and increase interest in reading, information literacy, talents and abilities of students."

Abstract

Humans live in the millennial era. The continuation of this global era has created new challenges that must be utilized as well as possible, so that these challenges bring blessings to everyone who does it. Millennials, who look like both sides of the same coin, have both positive and negative impacts. Millennials are inspired not only by capitalism but also by pragmatism which has practically influenced education in Indonesia. The role of education becomes practically unknown and far from the needs of society.To face this era, what should Islamic education do as a sub-system of national education? Islamic schools (madrasas) as a sub-system of Islamic education in Indonesia, have very strong experience to face challenges in the last Dutch colonialism era.The fact that the madrasa has not only autonomy but also intellectual resources has proven that it can meet the needs of Islamic society. Millennials as a process of cultural transformation affect the world, especially the practice of education in Indonesia. Everyone using science and technology can easily access global culture. A value-free global culture must be faced with the transformation of values ​​that Islamic scholars have changed in pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) and Islamic schools (madrasas).In other words, both pesantren and madrasas should not be trapped in ideological capitalism and can serve everyone. That is because the paradigm of Islamic Education is different from both capitalism and pragmatism.

Abstract

Tidak bisa dinafiakan bahwa bahwa Covid-19 telah memaksa sebagian besar di hampir semua lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia untuk mengadakan pendidikan jarak jauh, memaksa santri/santriwati untuk belajar tanpa bertemu langsung dengan guru mereka. Walaupun demikian adanya beberapa lembaga pendidikan juga tetap mengadakan kegiatan pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya-upaya yang dirancang dan dilaksanakan secara sistematis untuk membantu peserta didik memahami nilai-nilai perilaku manusia yang berhubungan dengan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, diri sendiri, sesama manusia, lingkungan, dan kebangsaan. Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat terwujud dalam pikiran, sikap, perasaan, perkataan, dan perbuatan berdasarkan norma-norma agama, hukum, tata krama, budaya, dan adat istiadat. Kegiatan pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Haramain NWDI Narmada bertujuan memberikan kesempatan kepada santri/santriwati untuk mengembangkan dan mengekspresikan diri sesuai dengan kebutuhan, bakat, dan minat setiap santri/santriwati sesuai dengan kondisi lembaga. Kegiatan pengembangan diri berada di bawah bimbingan konselor, guru, atau tenaga kependidikan yang dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Pendidikan karakter di pondok pesantren Nurul Haramain NWDI secara garis besar diterapkan melalui pembiasan, dengan banyaknya rutinitas kegiatan sehari-hari, mulai dari bangun tidur sampai mau tidur. Kendala yang sering muncul dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter tersebut adalah karakteristik santri/santriwati yang berbeda-beda. Selain itu adanya aturan/kebijakan pembatasan kagiatan sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan luar sekolah formal.
