Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe student activities, teacher activities, student learning outcomes and student responses during the application of the STAD type learning model with a contextual approach. This research method uses classroom action research. This research was conducted in class II SDN 7 Tentena which consisted of three cycles. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that students are active in the aspects of understanding problems, discussions, and working in groups, even with positive student responses to the learning that has been done, the management of the teaching and learning process is in a good category because all aspects are implemented and student learning outcomes can be achieved. So it can be concluded that the application of STAD type learning with a contextual approach can achieve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning achievement in fifth grade students of SDN 39 Cakranegara by using the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) learning model. This research method uses classroom action research (PTK). This research was conducted in 2 cycles based on the material divided into two, namely understanding the properties and simple building nets and calculating the volume of cubes and blocks. The subjects of this classroom action research were students of class V SDN 39 Cakranegara with a total of 28 students, consisting of 15 male students and 13 female students. This research instrument uses; observation sheets for teachers, observation sheets for students, student response questionnaires, field note formats, student worksheets, and final cycle test question sheets. Data analysis in this study used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are efforts to improve student learning outcomes with the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) Model Learning method, which has been able to improve student learning outcomes. This increase occurred in cycle I and cycle II with evidence of an increase in: (1) Implementation of learning mathematical concepts in building materials using the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) learning model, in class V SDN 39 cakranegara proved to be able to improve student understanding, this is based on the results of observations on student activity and if the percentage of pre-cycle is 12.90%, cycle 1 is 29.03%, in cycle 2 it increases again to 90.32%. (2) The use of the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) learning model, in learning to build a room in class V SDN39 Cakranegara, is proven to improve student learning outcomes, this can be seen from the acquisition of class average scores from student test results at each stage of the cycle. The increase is, the class average value in pre-cycle is 50, in cycle I is 60.70 and in cycle II is 75.35.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve students' understanding of the number lines by using number cards in grade III students of SDN 32 Ampenan. This research uses classroom action research methods. The research instruments used in this study were observation sheets and question sheets. The research data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: (1) The use of number card learning aids can improve students' understanding of class III semester I of SDN 32 Ampenan. This is based on the results of the first and second cycle tests. In the first cycle, the average student learning outcomes were 56.67 with 22 students (52.38%) complete and 20 students (47.62%) did not complete the study with a good enough understanding category and in the second cycle the average learning outcomes 67.38 students with 34 students (80.95%) complete and 8 students (19.05%) did not complete study in the good understanding category. (2) The results of observing student activities in the first cycle of two meetings are in the active category and in the second cycle the category is very active. While the observations of teacher activity in the first cycle of two meetings were in the very active category and in the second cycle the category was very active.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the impact of academic supervision on improving teacher performance in the learning design process. The action research method was used to apply academic supervision and was designed in three cycles. Data were collected through 17 elementary school teachers from 10 supervisory schools in North Batukliang sub-district, Central Lombok Regency and analyzed quantitatively-descriptively. This study found that the implementation of continuous academic supervision was able to improve the learning design skills of elementary school teachers. In cycle-I as many as 41.17% of teachers have a good performance in learning design, in cycle-II there are 35.29% of teachers needing guidance, then in cycle-III all teachers meet standard skills in designing learning well (100%). The results concluded that academic supervision has a positive effect on improving teacher performance in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of traditional Sasak games that are suitable for early childhood and to find out the benefits of traditional Sasak games that are appropriate for early childhood development. The research method used was a survey. This research was conducted in the Ampenan District, Mataram City. This research data collection technique uses field notes, observations, and biographies. Analysis of the data in this study uses descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are identified types of games suitable for early childhood development during the Covid-19 pandemic. Traditional games are usually done with tools and without tools, sometimes also accompanied by singing. The benefits of traditional games are to develop aspects of child development, namely physical-motor, cognitive, language, creativity and social-emotional aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of information technology in planning and career maturity of students. This study uses a systematic literature review approach. The journals used in this systematic literature review were obtained through a database of national and international journal providers through Google Scholar which were then analyzed systematically. The results of this study indicate that the use of information technology can improve planning and career maturity in students. Both the media such as blogs, multimedia and the use of the internet can be adequate resources for student career advancement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of multimedia learning on the motivation to learn ICT in Class X Students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hakim Kediri. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses statistical analysis techniques using the Chi Square formula. From the results of the study based on degrees of freedom (dk) = 9 with a significant level of 5%, the amount of the chi square table is 16.91. In fact, it shows that the calculated chi squared (X²) obtained in this study is greater than the chi square (X²) in the table (17.19> 16.91), this means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha ) received. It means that there is a significant influence between the use of multimedia tutorial model learning on the motivation to learn ICT class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hakim Kediri.

Abstract

This study aimed to describing the portrait of freedom of learning through Zoom collaboration with the WA Group in the New Normal era in class X TKJ 1 SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. This research method used descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were students totaling 35 people. The research instrument used observation, tests, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the motivation and learning activities of class X TKJ 1 SMK Negeri 4 Gowa students during the new Normal period with the learning process through the collaboration of Zoom with the WA Group are in a positive tendency with a percentage agreeing 41.5% and those who quite agree 42.0 %. From this data it can be concluded that Zoom's collaboration with the WA Group as a portrait of independent learning is the best solution as an alternative method of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Many obstacles faced in the implementation of Islamic religious education teaching, including (a) teacher factors that still use the old way (traditional) in the learning process. The teacher is fixated on the cognitive field so the assignments given to children far exceed their abilities; (b) discrepancy in curriculum content, objectives, methods and evaluation. The result is a decrease in the quality of teaching Islamic religious education; (c) the Teaching Program Outlines are not explicitly stated about the sequence of assignments that modify the teaching substance, the content of the material, facilities, learning tools and infrastructure. The subjects used in this study were fourth grade students in Malei Tojo Elementary School, West Tojo District. The method in this study uses the method of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires with a sample involving 12 respondents. Then with the mean and product moment correlation formula. The effect of the Peer Lesson learning strategy can be said to have a positive influence. This is evident from those obtained by using product moment with an average of 0.566. When consulted with a significant table of 5% and 1%, it can be seen that the value of "r" of the research results is greater than the value of "r" contained in the product moment table and when consulted with the interpretation table "r" the level of influence of learning strategies (developmentally appropriate practice) on the success of Islamic religious education learning proved sufficient or moderate. Because the value of 0.566 results of research are among the calculations of 0.40 - 0.70 which means the category is moderate or sufficient.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' thematic learning outcomes through the use of group work methods and image media. This study uses a classroom action research method. The subjects of this study were 23 students of class III SD Negeri 2 Tete. Data collection techniques using tests and observation sheets. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research was quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that students become more enthusiastic and motivated in thematic learning, data from cycle to cycle shows that student learning outcomes have increased. From 21.74% of students who completed to 56.52% in cycle 1, then in cycle 2 increased to 100%. Through the application of group work methods and image media in thematic learning can improve learning outcomes of grade III even semester SD Negeri 2 Tete with a 100% completeness percentage.
