Abstract

In order to improve the quality of education, especially in SMK, so that it can be achieved as expected, it should be supported by effective strategic management. One of the priorities that must be considered is the production unit and school services as a source of learning for students. The activities of production and service units in schools can be used as a source of learning through the planning process, production activities to marketing products in the form of goods or services. Through the activities of production and service units in schools, students are in a learning situation that is closer to the real conditions with the business or industrial world. For this reason, this study focuses more on studying the "Implementation of Strategic Management at the Production Unit of SMKN 3 Mataram". The instrument used in this study is the researcher himself, where the researcher will make observations, documentation, and interviews, while the qualitative data analysis method is through three activities, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation (data display). , and (3) drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). Based on the research focus, the results of this study are formulated in 3 conclusions, namely (1) Strategic planning for the production unit of SMKN 3 Mataram, including: (a) Conformity between Production Unit Program Objectives and School Vision and Mission, and (b) Developing Production Unit Work Programs Periodically; (2) The strategic implementation of the SMKN 3 Mataram production unit includes: (1) Collaborating with government and private agencies, (2) Marketing or marketing of production units is carried out by school members, namely school principals, teachers, students, parents / guardians of students. and alumni, (3) Empowerment of alumni and students as workforce, (4) Implementation of production activity time does not interfere with PBM, and, (5) Transparency in financial management; and (3) Strategic supervision of the production unit of SMKN 3 Mataram includes: (1) Distribution of customer satisfaction instruments, (2) Supervision in the form of activity reports that are compiled periodically, namely reports per semester, and annually.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct online group counseling of students who are members of friendship groups with a qualitative experimental model that emphasizes the meaning of an event. This research method is descriptive by interpreting a collection of other articles as a study of literacy and the experience of reflection of the researchers during their practice in the field, which is then analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are the implementation of online group counseling by presenting seven group members and the homeroom teacher running effectively and producing positive results. Although only through the Zoom application with all its advantages and disadvantages, group counseling achieves the expected goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and the solutions to solve them. This type of research is literature study or library research using secondary data sources collected through textbooks, e-books, perodical, statutory regulations, websites, and other sources relevant to the research problem. The research data were analyzed qualitatively with an interactive model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has various problems experienced by teachers, students, and parents. The teacher's problems are in the form of weak mastery of IT and limited access to supervision of students, from students in the form of inactivity in learning, limited support facilities and internet network access, while from parents in the form of limited time in accompanying their children during online learning. These various problems can be overcome by increasing competency in IT mastery, intensive supervision by involving the role of parents, and providing manual assignments.

Abstract

This classroom action research was held because of problems in student learning who have problems improving learning outcomes. The problem is because the learning method is not optimal so that actions are made using the cooperative method, namely the type STAD or student team achievement devision. This PTK was held in semester 1 of the 2017/2018 school year in class IX.C with material on Developed and Developing Countries. CAR is held in 2 cycles, each cycle with 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. After taking action with this method the student's ability to understand the subject matter increased, from the initial average value of 66 in the first cycle to 79.5 in the second cycle and the level of learning completeness reached 88%. This shows the successful use of this method in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve career planning skills through career information services during the Covid-19 pandemic for class XII-MIA-1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Praya in the academic year 2020/2021. This research method uses a classroom action research method consisting of 2 cycles of action. The research instrument used observation sheets and tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis of the implementation of the action in cycle I, it shows that the percentage of students' career planning abilities is very high as many as 4 people or 11.76%, high career planning abilities are 5 people or 14.71%, while as many as 8 people or 23.53% , low 8 people amounted to 23.53% and very low category career planning ability 9 people or 26.47%. Based on the results of cycle II analysis, it was found that students had very high career planning abilities as many as 12 people or 35.29 %%, high career planning abilities by 9 people or 26.47% and career planning abilities in the medium category of 7 people or 20.59%, low career planning ability as many as 4 people or 11.76%, and very low career planning ability as many as 2 people or 5.88%.

Abstract

Rendahnya keterampilan sosial memicu terjadinya masalah pribadi sosial. Siswa sedang mengalami perubahan fisik, psikis, dan mengalami fase transisi, kebimbangan jadi diri, dan identitas diri. Perubahan perkembangan bertujuan penyesuaian diri yang positif terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya, memerlukan aktualisasi diri. Keberhasilan siswa dalam penyesuaian diri dengan baik, secara pribadi maupun sosial harus mempunyai kesempatan mengungkapkan minat dan keinginannya. self advocacy merupakan keterampilan yang dimiliki individu dalam mengenali, mengetahui kekurangan, kelebihan, keinginan dan minat, dapat berkomunikasi secara efektif dalam menyampaikan pendapat, bernegoasiasi dalam memperoleh hak-haknya, serta dapat bertanggung jawab atas segala keputusan yang diambil tanpa mengorbankan hak dan martabat diri sendiri dan orang lain. Pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan panduan pelatihan self advocacy yang dikembangkan dengan teknik Structure Learning Approach yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas (kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kepatutan), dan (2) menghasilkan panduan pelatihan self advocacy yang efektif meningkatkan self advocacy siswa SMP. Model pengembangan produk menggunakan model Borg & Gall (1983) yang kemudian dimodifikasi menjadi tiga tahapan pengembangan, yaitu prapengembangan, pengembangan, dan pascapengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil uji ahli yang terdiri dari tiga orang ahli Bimbingan Konseling dan hasil uji pengguna/konselor yang terdiri dari dua konselor terhadap pengembangan panduan pelatihan self advocacy, baik secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif telah memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas. Oleh karena itu, produk pengembangan panduan pelatihan self advocacy ini dapat dijadikan sebagai panduan konselor untuk membantu siswa dalam aspek pribadi-sosial, khususnya dalam mencapai aspek kemandirian peserta didik. Buku panduan pelatihan self advocacy Siswa SMP untuk konselor yang dihasilkan dalam pengembangan ini terdiri dari: bagian I Pendahuluan, bagian II Petunjuk umum pelatihan, bagian III Prosedur pelatihan, daftar pustaka, dan Instrumen penlaksanaan pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' learning motivation using PPT media through a scientific approach on theme 7 technological developments at SD Negeri 1 Klepu, Temanggung Regency. This research method uses classroom action research with the research subjects being grade 3 students for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research instrument uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning motivation for Theme 7 using PPT media through a scientific approach to 3rd grade students of SDN 1 Klepu. This can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of student learning outcomes from cycle I, namely 61% and 69%. Cycle 2 has increased with the acquisition of the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores from both observation sheets and questionnaires, which is 76%. Cycle 3 experienced a significant increase as seen from the results of the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores from both observation sheets and questionnaires reaching 86% and 87%, respectively. So that the expected category is the very good category with the criteria of 86% - 100% has been achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through portfolio learning in Class II PKN subjects SDN 2 Uekuli. The research method used was classroom action research with 15 students of class II SDN 2 Uekuli as the research subjects. The research instrument used observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student activity and teacher performance in the learning process. The increase in the learning process has a positive effect on student learning outcomes, student outcomes have increased each cycle. Cycle I shows that classically students who have completed learning reached 25.58%, cycle II increased to 81.39%, then increased again in cycle III to 97.67%. The average learning outcomes also increased, in the first cycle was 53.05; cycle II increased to 73.49; and increased again in cycle III to 86.51. This shows an increase in students' understanding of learning material on children's rights at home and at school.

Abstract

Embedding character values from an early age is a shared responsibility between parents, educators, caregivers, society and the government. For this reason, togetherness, harmony and partnership in instilling character values from an early age must be cultivated and optimized together. Collaboration with parents can be done through socialization so that the character values that have been used in PAUD institutions can also be carried out at home. For the community and the government, it is hoped that support can also be obtained by creating an atmosphere that is conducive to the formation of character for early childhood. Character values that are considered very important to be introduced and applied to behavior in early childhood include: love for God Almighty, honesty, discipline, tolerance and love of peace, self-confidence, independence, help, cooperation, mutual cooperation, respect and courtesy. , responsibility, hard work, leadership and justice, creative, humble, caring for the environment, love for the nation and homeland.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the habit of asking students in the learning process through the optimization of group guidance services. This research method uses classroom action research. The research procedure consists of planning, acting, observing and reflecting in 3 cycles. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class XI TKJ 2 SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. The research data collection technique used observation and questionnaires. While the data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive consisting of data processing, data analysis, and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the habits of students in asking through the optimization of group guidance services. The increase in the habit of asking can be seen from the results of observations during the action process in group guidance activities, namely the existence of demands to display questioning behavior, the form of questioning behavior that is displayed is spontaneous, can choose the right time to ask and ask well without offending other people's feelings. As supporting data, to determine the increase in the habit of asking questions is through observations made by counseling teachers and subject teachers as a comparison. The result of the class is that there is an increase in the habit of asking in the learning process gradually from cycles 1, 2 and 3. In cycle 1 the frequency of asking questions is 40%, cycle II is 60% and in cycle III there is 80%. Thus through the optimization of group guidance services can increase the activeness of asking group members in the learning process.
