Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Inventory Turn Over on Return On Asset This study was taken from property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The population contained in the property and real estate sector is 48 companies. The samples studied are 27 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques so that the total sample to be used for 5 years becomes 135 samples. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with tools help SPSS 20. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt To Equity ratio and Inventory Turn Over influence and significantly affect Return On Asset The t test results indicate that partially, Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Inventory Turn Over have significant and significant influence on Return On Asset.

Abstract

Marketing activities in the company are the main thing in keeping the company able to provide products in accordance with customer expectations. The company’s ability to provide products that meet customers expectations will certainly be a value for customers in giving trust to the company and continuously buying these products.This of course will also make the income owned by the company able to increase.Purchasing decisions are decisions that are given determining which product to choose and to buy.Purchasing decisions are important when the company is able to maintain customer confidence properly, it will create repeat purchases from consumers which of course will make profits for the company.Product quality is a product’s ability to meet consumer expactations. High product quality will give a good impression to consumers when consuming these products. All consumers expect good quality when buying a product. Product quality factors are closely related to consumer choice. Promotion is an activity to introduce the features of product to cunsumers.Promotion is very important in managing and supporting companies in selling the products they have. With the promotion the company will be better able to introduce products to consumers in the company.

Abstract

Managerial performance can be achieved by means of managers utilizing the ability to see and take advantage of opportunities, identify problems and select and apply the adaptation process appropriately. Through managerial performance in an organization can maintain the survival of an organization. The management accounting system is a formal system designed to provide information to managers. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Management Accounting System on managerial performance. The population in this study were managers and assistant managers at PT. Marajasa, amounting to 31 people and the sample is a saturated sample, namely 31 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study used regression analysis to answer the research objectives. The results showed that the management accounting system had an effect on managerial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of e-commerce in increasing sales of the Sei Putih Burger in Medan. Proxied e-commerce is a social media platform such as Instagram and blogs as well as marketplaces such as Grab food and Go food. The research method is descriptive qualitative, which describes respondents' answers and interview results which are then presented in tables and graphs using primary data sources and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, distributing questionnaires and observations. The results obtained show that the use of e-commerce in increasing sales is an increase in profits, increased partner relations, is known to the wider community, a better internal control system and better financial management ability to invest in assets such as gold and land. However, on the other hand there is a negative impact from the use of E-commerce in increasing sales, namely the cancellation of orders from customers, lack of technological knowledge in using EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines, unavailability of large parking lots, network constraints on EDC machines and fictitious order opportunities.

Abstract

Participation encourages every manager to improve performance (performance) which in turn can increase organizational effectiveness. The budget is an estimate of the performance that will be obtained during a certain period which is expressed in financial terms. The research objective was to determine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance.he population of this research is the manager and assistant manager of PT. Bahari Samudera Sentosa (BSS) as many as 16 people and PT. Bahari Mandiri Brothers (BMB) as many as 18 people so that the total population is 34 people and the sample is the total population.Data were analyzed using regression analysis to answer the research hypothesis.The results showed that there was an effect of budget participation on managerial performance.

Abstract

The era of information communication technology development or the era of disruption 4.0 has an impact on marketing strategies. Currently, the marketing strategy carried out by entrepreneurs is no longer conventional but uses modern communication strategies which use the internet as a tool to market products or services to consumers. This is what the owner of Bubur Mang Oyo does in promoting his products with the image of Porridge Behind Does not Spill. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing communication strategy of Mang Oyo Porridge through the application of viral marketing elements with the image of the porridge behind it not spilling. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach using a single case. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy through the application of viral marketing elements by Bubur Mang Oyo includes (1) mango porridge has given its products free of charge to consumers, (2) it is easy to share due to its marketing through Instagram social media, (3) ) use the image behind not spilling, service, design, to attract consumers, (4) and take advantage of existing networks, namely consumers who have come and eat to market through mouth to mouth or their networks on social media.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the effect of profitability, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, size, and growth on dividend policy in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2013. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. Technique analysis used panel data regression analysis with Microsoft Excel 2010 data processing and Eviews.8. From the results of the panel data processing, the Fixed Effect Model approach is obtained as the best model for estimating panel data regression model. The research proves that partially, profitability and cash ratio have negative and significant impact on dividend policy. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio, size, and growth did not have any significant impact on dividend policy. An ability of independent variables state the dependent variable  48.78%, meanwhile the remaining  51.22% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Mitra Butterindo Jaya as the object of the research. PT. Mitra Butterindo Jaya is a company engaged in the distribution of cake ingredients. For this study, researchers only took special research employees at the Medan head office in charge of the sales of PT. Mitra Butterindo Jaya. In interviews and preliminary research observations, there were problems with poor employee performance, such as the number of employees who did not complete their tasks on time, decreased employee accuracy in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the company and difficulties in cooperation between employees. This also resulted in a decrease in sales experienced by the company. The problem with communication problems is the clarity of communication between employees that has not been going well, the communication that is carried out is often not correct in conveying language and the flow of communication that is carried out is still often an error. This results in frequent errors in carrying out work. The total population of 80 people and 30 people were taken from other companies for validity and reliability testing. Theories used to support research are human resource management theories related to discipline, work stress and compensation for performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research type. Methods of data collection by interview, distribution of questionnaires and documentation study. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and simultaneous testing (F-test) (72,231> 3,12) with value and partially (t-test) (6,730> 1,991) and (2,163> 1,991). The results showed that communication and work discipline simultaneously and partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 64.3% which affected employee performance variables.

Abstract

The object of this study was to analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Activities and Working Capital Efficiency on the Profitability of the Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation sectors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 Period. This research was conducted on 79 companies. There are 19 samples with purposive sampling technique. From the results of the analysis. known phenomena at PT. Samudera Indonesia total debt in 2014-2015 has decreased but net income has also decreased. In the State Gas Company (Persero), total assets in 2014-2015 experienced an increase but their net income decreased. And in the Indonesian telecommunications company sales in 2017-2018 have increased but their net profit has decreased. This phenomenon is not in accordance with the prevailing theory. The method for testing classical assumptions is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the simultaneous study of Capital Structure, Activities and Working Capital Efficiency together have a significant positive effect on profitability. Partially, the Capital Structure and Activities have a significant positive effect on profitability, while the efficiency of working capital has a significant negative effect on profitability. Based on the results of the analysis it is suggested that companies maintain the Capital Structure and Activities of the company and be more efficient in managing Working Capital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial ratios represented by the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio to dividend payout ratio. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 21 samples of companies from 132 populations of companies in the trade, service, and investment sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the coefficient test, the R square value of 0.141 indicates that the correlation or closeness of the relationship between the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio and dividend payout ratio is only 14.1%. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.097 indicates that the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio explains the variable to the dividend payout ratio of 9.7%. The F test shows that the value of Fcount> Ftable (3,235> 2.49) so that simultaneously the quick ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return On Equity have an effect on the dividend payout ratio in companies in the trade, service and investment sectors. In the t test results, only the Profitability Ratio (Return On Equity) variable has a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, which is 0.048.
