Abstract

This research is an associative research, namely research that aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix and service quality partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for clothing products. This research was conducted in Barata, Bima city. The research instrument used is a questionnaire containing a number of questions about the marketing mix, service quality and purchasing decisions for clothing products. The population used is all consumers who buy clothing products in Barata, Bima city, the population is unknown (population unknown). Therefore, to determine the number of samples using the unknown population formula in order to obtain 96 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, namely Barata consumers who happen to meet with researchers can be used as samples tailored to the needs of researchers. Data collection techniques used in this study are: observation, heritage studies and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, t test (partial) and simultaneous f test. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix partially has no effect on purchasing decisions for clothing products in Barata, service quality partially affects purchasing decisions for clothing products in Barata, but the marketing mix and service quality simultaneously affect purchasing decisions for clothing products in Barata.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Cost Efficiency Ratio (CER), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on the profitability of sub-sector banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This study uses a sample of companies in the sub-sector banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling technique, it was obtained a sample of 27 companies by 43 companies of total population. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of corporate financial reports obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the CAR, CER, and NIM variables had a significant effect on profitability. Abstract

This research was conducted in PT Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. The decision to buy Mitsubishi cars has decreased. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 1376 customers and the sample amounted to 93 customers. The sampling technique of this research is simple random sampling. Testing the hypothesis partially obtained the value of tcount -0.710 <1.987 and the significance obtained is 0.480 > 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, namely partially Product Quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. Testing the hypothesis partially obtained the value of tcount -0.062 < 1.987 and the significance obtained is 0.951 > 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, namely partially Service Quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. Testing the hypothesis partially obtained the value of tcount -0.91 <1.987 and the significance obtained is 0.928> 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected that is partially the price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. The results of the simultaneous test are Fcount = 0.168 < Ftable 2.71 and the significance probability is 0.918 > 0.05. It can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, namely simultaneously Product Quality, Service Quality and Price have no significant effect on the Mitsubishi Car Purchase Decision variable in PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and incentives on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. A research method is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory descriptive. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research is 63 employees. Partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. It can be seen from the value of thitung > ttabel or 2,746 > 2,001 and the significant obtained is 0,008 < 0,05. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. It can be seen from the value of thitung > ttabel or 2,206 > 2,001 and the significant obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. Partially incentives have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. It can be seen from thitung > ttabel or 2,128 > 2,001 and the significant obtained is 0,037 < 0,05. Simultaneously leadership, work motivation, and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan seen from the value of Fhitung (11.402) > Ftabel (2.76) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted on coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Earning PerShare (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Share Return on coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2019 either in a partial or simultaneous manner. The data in this company is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There is a population in this study obtained from coal mining companies. There are 54 samples of issuers' financial statements using puposive sampling techniques.The results showed that : Return on Assets has a calculated t value of < t table, 0.466 < 1.99254 which means that Return on Assets is partially insignificant and insignificant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Earning Per Share has a calculated value of -t > -t table, -0.658 > -1.99254 which means that Earning Per Share is partially insignificant and insignificant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Debt to Equity Ratio has a calculated t value of > t table, -3,784 > -1.99254 which means that Debt to Equity Ratio is partially influential and significant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Net Profit Margin has a calculated t value of > t table, 4,483 > 1.99254 which means that Net Profit Margin is partially influential and significant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Return on Assets, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin simultaneously affects Stock Return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the influence of promotion, service quality, and product quality on the saving decision at Bank Sumut. decrease in customer levels was due to inappropriate promotions, service quality, and product quality. the sample in this research amount to 119 employees. The results of partial hypothesis testing obtained tcount>ttable 3,791 > 1,980 with a significant value of 0.016<0.05, tcount > ttable or 2,301 > 1,980 with a significant value of 0.021 < 0.05, and tcount > ttable or 4.931 > 1.980 with a significant value 0.000 < 0.05. Fcount (10.014) > Ftable (2.45) and significance probability 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained the Adjusted R Square value of 0.476, this means 47.6% of the dependent variable, namely the saving decision which can be explained by the independent variables, namely promotion, service quality, and product quality. The conclusion in this research is that partially and simultaneously the variables of promotion, service quality, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on saving decisions at Bank Sumut.

Abstract

The Basic Industry and Chemicals, Consumer Goods, and Various Industries sectors are companies that are developing very rapidly and well. Audit report lag is the time span for completing an annual financial statement audit, measured by the number of days required to obtain an independent auditor's report on the audit. the company's annual financial statements. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, the type of this research is descriptive research and the nature of this research is cause and effect research. The data collection method used is to use documentation techniques. The data analysis method used is logistic regression. The population is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Basic and Chemical Industry Sector, Consumer Products and Various Industries. Determination of the sample in this study by looking at whether companies in the population report financial statements that have been audited on time or not. The results on the hypothesis show that auditor turnover, firm size, profit and loss and solvency simultaneously have no effect on audit report lag. The conclusion of this study is that simultaneously and partially auditor turnover, firm size, profit and loss and solvency have no significant effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

The research objective was to examine and ianalyze the effect of product quality strategies, packaging and service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi. Researchers conducted research at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi which is located at Pulau Karimun street II, KIM 2, Saentis Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Researchers plan research activities in September 2020 - August 2021. This research approach is quantitative research. This type of descriptive quantitative research. The nature of this research is descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study are customers who make purchases at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi, amounting to 370 customers, where for testing the validity and reliability used by the researcher were 30 customers and the rest were 192 customers as the sample test. The classical assumption tests used include: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedicity test. This data analysis model uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study as well as the conclusion of the study is the product quality strategy of 3.034 with a significant value of 0.003 partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi. Packages of 3.060 with a significant value of 0.003 partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi. Service quality of 2,664 with a significant value of 0.008 partially influences customer purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect, work environment and employee performance on PT Asia Mujur. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire instrument distributed with a population of 60 people with a total sampling technique of 60 people. The results showed that the tcount of motivation was 1.114 > 1.672 at a significant value of 0.0270 > 0.05, so it gave the result that motivation had no effect on employee performance. The tcount value of the work environment obtained is 6.480> 1.672 at a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it gives the result that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The count value of job satisfaction is 1.026 > 1.672, at a significant value of 0.309 > 0.05, it gives the result that job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous test results obtained a value of 25.175 > 3.16 and a significant probability value of 0.000 < 0, 05. The coefficient of determination shows 75.8%, namely motivation, work environment and job satisfaction have an impact on employee performance, while the remaining 24.2% is influenced by testing factors that are not included in this variable.

Abstract

he purpose of this research is to know the influence : 1) Competence to productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah, 2) Organizational climate to productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah, 3) Motivation to productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah, 4) Competence, Organizational climate, and Motivation to productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah. The population is the research were all employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah as much as 44 employee and all it become sample. The sample strategy employee in this research using saturate sampling. Methods og data collection using questionnaire. Futher testing validity and reliability. Analysis techniques used is multiple linier regression. The result this research was showed that : 1) Competence have a positive and significant effect to productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah, 2) Organizational climate have a positive and significant effect to productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah, 3) Motivation have a positive and significant effect to productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah, 4) Competence, Organizational climate and Motivation have a positive and signific productivity of employee at Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Bener Meriah.
