This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the cadre empowerment intervention program in preventing hypertension. Methods: This research was conducted in January - February 2022 using a quasi-experimental research design using a two-group pretest-posttest design with a control group design with a sample of 12 cadres with a total sampling technique. Results: The results of this study indicate that the cadre empowerment program before the intervention (pre-test) was mostly adequate, after the intervention (post-test) most of the behavior was sufficient. Conclusion: the cadre empowerment program showed effective test results because there was an increase from before and after the intervention. Abstract

Introduction: Fever is a state of body temperature above normal as a result of an increase in temperature control in the hypothalamus. Most children have fever due to thermoregulation in the hypothalamus. The purpose of literature review is to explore the effect of giving a water tepid sponge on reducing fever in children. Method: This study uses the literature review with article searches conducted on the electronic databases of Science Direct, Garuda and Google Schoolar. There were 543 articles on Science Direct, Garuda and Google Schoolar but only 10 articles that met all the inclusion criteria and were reviewed Results: There is an effect on reducing fever in children by using a water tepid sponge. Conclusion: Based on the results of a review of 10 literatures on reviewedthe characteristics of study respondents aged 1-12 years. Respondents who experienced hyperthermia/increased body temperature there was an influence of changes/decreased body temperature by giving water tepid sponge an averagerepeatedly so that the body temperature becomes 100% normal. The average temperature of children with fever in the 10 literatures is 38.5°C, the result with p value = 0.001 on the tepid water sponge which means that there is an effect of decreasing body temperature with the action of the water tepid sponge.

Abstract

IntroductionThe COVID-19 pandemic is a global crisis with far-reaching consequences. Increasing numbersof deaths worldwide, communities and economies face extreme pressure both from the directimpact of the virus and the indirect effects of measures to prevent transmission. In many countries, food systems are increasingly vulnerable to disruption, Health systems are overburdened, education systems are substantially altered, and social protection systems face a sharp increase indemand as a result of a sudden economic downturn and rapidly rising unemployment. As theclinical impact of COVID-19 is better understood, many families experience, or will soonexperience, major difficulties due to disruption of essential services and loss of income.Method : Analytical obrservasional research with cross sectional research design with a samplenumber of 186 students, sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The instrument usedto conduct the study is a questionnaire and a stress measuring tool using the Perceved Stress Scale(PSS-10) which will be given to respondents through the google from link, where respondentsanswer questions in accordance with the instructions that have been set in each questionnaire.Result : Chi-Square test results with an error rate of 5% (0.05) obtained Sig (0.493) > α (0.05),Then H1 rejected H0 accepted means there is no relationship between family economy and studentstress levels in pandemic times and Chi-Square test results with error rate of 5% (0.05) obtainedsig value (0.000) < α (0.05), then H1 received H0 is noted to mean there is a relationship betweensaturation of learning and student stress levels in pandemic times. The results of the multivariatetest, obtained a strong association of saturation levels with student stress events were 2,259. So itcan be concluded if students experience saturation it will cause a 2-fold risk to suffer from stress. Conclusion: There is no relationship between family economics and student stress levels inpandemic times, but there is a relationship between saturation of learning and student stress levelsin pandemic times.

Abstract

Introduction: : HIV/AIDS first appeared in Indonesia in 1987 which until now continues to spread in 386 regencies / cities in Indonesia. The high rate of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia requires patients to improve the compliance and continuity of treatment with the help of doctors or health workers, escorts and supported by the availability of drugs. This study aims to find out the effective mobile intervention to improve the compliance of ARV and QOL treatment of patients with HIV/AIDS Method: The method used in systematic review uses protocols and rules that are suitable by using flow diagram. Feasibility of the study was assessed using picot framework with population of HIV/AIDS patients undergoing ARV therapy, the intervention used is mobile intervention which includes mobile reminder and mobile education Results: The results include journal results from the search database Science Direct, Scopus, Proquest, and PubMed using 12 journals. The intervention consists of mobile intervention such as education and counseling. These interventions have been shown to improve treatment adherence, quality of life, and/or both.  Conclusion: There needs to be contributions from various parties to be able to improve the adherence of treatment and Qol, not only from patients and health workers but also families. mobile intervention is quite effective given to HIV patients in carrying out treatment adherence therapy as well as improving QOL in patients.   Keywords: education; HIV/AIDS; mobile; online; telehealth

Abstract

Introduction: The problem of cardiac arrest is currently the number one cause of death in the world so that fast treatment is needed, namely cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Nursing students are prospective health workers who must have basic skills in performing CPR, but most have not been able to perform chest compressions at the right speed. Achieving these abilities requires an appropriate learning media, one of which is by using the "CPR Trainer" application. This study aims to determine chest compression exercises using the "CPR Trainer" application on the speed of doing chest compressions in 8th semester nursing students at STIKES Kendal. Method: This research used a quasi-experimental with pretest posttest with one grub design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique on 22 8th semester students at STIKES Kendal using mannequins, counters, stopwatches, androids and observation sheets as research tools. Results: Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed that there was no relationship between chest compression exercises using the "CPR Trainer" application on the speed of performing chest compressions with a value of = 0.638 (p> 0.005). Conclusion: This can be influenced by the exercise factor because the more a person is exposed to the "CPR Trainer" application, the easier it is for someone to remember the rhythm of the compression speed on the simulator doll.   Keywords: application CPR trainer ; CPR; chest compression speed
