Introduction: Restrictions on mobility during the COVID-19 pandemic have worsened lifestyle and made it harder for people with hypertension to manage their condition, which can lead to complications. Knowledge and attitude have a significant correlation toward hypertension self-management. This study aimed to determine the correlation between knowledge and attitudes of hypertensive patients toward hypertension self-management practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: The method used was a descriptive-analytic correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The sample used was 50 hypertensive patients aged ≥ 15 years old, samples obtained through the accidental sampling technique. Data collection through the google form online questionnaire containing a modified Indonesian version of the Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practice Level of Hypertensive Patients on Lifestyle Modification questionnaire. Statistical test for bivariate using Pearson and Spearman correlation. Result: The study found that 54% respondents had good knowledge and practice, and 50% had a positive attitude toward hypertension self-management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Poor hypertension self-management practices include 56% of respondents did not exercise; 54% did not plan a diet to control blood pressure; 32% did not measure blood pressure regularly; and 46% did not take antihypertensive drugs. Bivariate analysis showed that there was a correlation between knowledge (p = 0.000; r = +0.320), and attitudes (p = 0.001; r = +0.471) toward hypertension self-management practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The study results showed that the correlation is positive, but the strength of the correlation is weak. therefore, it is necessary to educate the public regarding hypertension and self-management during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially regarding the definition of hypertension, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to control hypertension. The method used to summarize the journal is CASP (Critical Appraisal Skill Program) tools. The strategy in searching for articles using PICO is, Population: The sample in this study is a number of nurses in the room with varying numbers. Intervention: electronic-based nursing documentation, Comparison: manual nursing documentation. Outcomes: A total of 13 articles were analyzed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria focusing on nursing documentation. Results: Studies related to electronic documentation show that there is electronic documentation and manual documentation. The use of electronic documentation can improve documentation filling, increase time effectiveness and improve quality nursing service. Background. Online learning is a solution to inhibit the transmission of viruses during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, students can be exposed to prolonged use of gadgets which can cause myopia. This study aimed to determine the relationship between gadget use and the incidence of myopia in students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekajangan Pekalongan during online learning. Methods. This study was a correlational study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was 121 students from grades XI and XII selected by convenience sampling technique. Data were obtained using an online questionnaire. Chi Square test was used in bivariate analysis. Binary logistic regression was used in multivariate analysis. Results. The incidence of myopia in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekajangan Pekalongan was 43.8%. Students who used gadgets with a duration of > 6 hours were at risk of myopia by 9.733 times compared to students who used gadgets <= 6 hours (p-value 0.001). Compared to students who used gadgets with moderate light intensity, students who used gadgets with bright intensity had a 50.058 times greater risk (p-value 0.002), students who used gadgets with dim light intensity had a 6.861 times greater risk (p-value 0.015). Students who used gadgets with a distance < 30 cm had a risk of myopia of 15.030 times compared to students who used gadgets with a distance >= 30 cm (p-value 0.013). Conclusion. There is an association between gadget use (in terms of duration, light intensity, and distance) and the incidence of myopia, even after controlling for genetic factor.

Introduction: Labor can be defined as the process of opening and thinning the cervix, as well as the descent of the fetus into the birth canal. This pain can be felt like strong cramps in the stomach, groin, and back, as well as aches (Rosmiarti et al., 2020). In general, the pain that arises can affect the physiological and psychological state of the mother in the form of intense fatigue, the emergence of fear and worry, and cause stress, thus making a lack of contractions which can cause prolonged labor. The purpose of this literature review is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of effleurage massage in reducing the intensity of labor pain in the first stage. Methods: This study uses a literature review method with article searches conducted in three search databases Science Direct, Garuda, Google Scholar and there are 10 articles that meet all inclusion criteria and are reviewed. Results: Effleurage massage can reduce the intensity of labor pain in the 1st stage. Conclusion: Based on the results of a review of 10 articles, one of the non-pharmacological therapies to reduce the intensity of labor pain is using effleurage massage therapy. This is evidenced by the average headache scale before being treated with effleurage massage which is on the moderate pain scale (4-6). After being treated with effleurage massage, the pain intensity was on a mild pain scale (1-3). Effleurage massage therapy is also able to reduce the scale of severe pain (7-10) to mild pain (0-3).
