Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health at our Campus is all activities to guarantee and protect the safety and health of students and all employees through efforts to prevent accidents and diseases caused by the work of employees / lecturers and student recovery. The risks faced by employees and students in lectures for example are accidents in driving, falling off on campus due to playing or playing sports, lack of sleep due to activities, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, and so forth. The Need for Policy, Planning, Implementation and Operational, Inspection and corrective action, Management Review, and Continuous Improvement for the OSH program done on campus. OSH activities certainly involve all students, lecturers, and all staff, and employees on campus so that OSH is cultured and not just material in lectures on campus.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the channels, functions and institutions of the Arabica coffee trading system in the research area, the margin of the trading system produced by the Arabica coffee (coffeaarabica L) in the study area, the efficiency level of the Arabica coffee trading system (Coffeaarabika. in the research area. The research area was determined by purposive sampling in Brand Village, Merek District, Karo Regency which was held in May 2019 - August 2019. The sampling method was carried out by simple random sampling (simple random). The samples in this study are farmers who cultivated Arabica coffee throughout the year. The number of samples in this study was 30 samples and the sample of traders was determined by the tracing method, namely tracing all traders involved in the Arabica coffee trading process. There are two marketing channels for Arabica coffee in the research area, namely farmers - collecting traders - subdistrict traders and subdistrict farmers - traders. The marketing margin for Arabica coffee from farmers to consumers on channel I is Rp. 14,500, on channel II is Rp. 14,300. The coffee marketing channels in Brand Village, Brand District, Karo Regency are efficient. Of the two marketing channels, the most efficient marketing channel compared to other marketing channels is the second marketing channel, namely sub-district farmers - traders.

Abstract

Disiplin Kerja adalah suatu hal yang penting untuk keberhasilan setiap organisasi, baik di pemerintahan maupun organisasi/instansi swasta. Suatu organisasi ataupun instansi pemerintah akan berhasil dalam pencapaian tujuan bilamana setiap individu atau pegawainya menerapkan disiplin dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian kinerja setiap anggota atau pegawai akan meningkat yang sekaligus juga meningkatnya kinerja organisasi tersebut. Demikian juga halnya dengan Kantor Ajendam I/BB di Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori yang berhubungan dengan manajemen sumberdaya manusia terutama teori yang menyangkut tentang disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai, baik secara kuantitatif maupun secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ajendam I Bukit Barisan Medan yang berlokasi di Jalan Gatot Subroto Km 7.6. Medan. Kegiatan penelitian ini direncanakan akan dilakukan terhitung sejak bulan Mei hingga Juli 2017. Dari pembahasan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan topik dan pokok permasalahan, serta analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil dalam bentuk regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 7,541 + 0, 413X dengan determinansi sebesar 84,8%, dan secara umum disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Ajendam I Bukit Barisan Medan, dimana t hitung sebesar 20,060 sedangkan t table 1,984 pada = 5%. Dari hasil yang diperoleh disarankan kepada pimpinan Ajendam I Bukit Barisan Medan agar menjaga dan lebih meningkatkan serta membina disiplin kerja pada lembaga tersebut, demi tercapainya peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan sesuai dengan harapan.

Abstract

Adanya 2 (dua) putusan PKPU oleh kreditur terhadap debitur yang sama menyebabkan ketiakpastian hukum. Hal tersebut tentu menimbulkan kerugian bagi kreditur-kreditur pada salah satu putusan apalagi reditur tersebut adalah kreditur dimana piutangnya berasal dari perjanjian sesuai yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 37 tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya perlindungan hukum terhadap kreditur akibat ketidakpastian hukum terkait adanya 2 (dua) putusan PKPU terhadap debitur yang sama.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepastian hukum terhadap adanya 2 (dua) putusan kabul PKPU yang dimohonkan kreditur terhadap debitur yang sama didasarkan pada pertimbangan hakim yang keliru dalam menerapkan hukumnya. Kekeliruan hakim tersebut menyebabkan tumpang tindihnya kompetensi pengadilan niaga dan pengadilan hubungan industrial. Ketidakpastian hukum dalam pengurusan harta debitur oleh pengurus dibawah pengawasan hakim pengawas serta kekeliruan dalam penafsiran definisi “utang” yang bertentangan terhadap pasal 1 angka 6 Undang-Undang No. 37 tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU berpotensi merugikan salah satu kreditur jika debitur mengalami kepailitan yang berasal dari PKPU. Harusnya salah satu putusan tersebut dicabut, dengan begitu hanya ada 1 (satu) putusan PKPU dan hal tersebut menyebabkan kepastian hukum dalam putusan PKPU.

Abstract

Several problems are found in the field of students 'low understanding of social entrepreneurship, lack of students' skills in social entrepreneurship and low motivation to become entrepreneurial. This research was conducted at Darma Agung University which is engaged in education where the vision of Darma Agung University is to become a leading and character-based university entrepreneurship in 2035, therefore it must be supported by students' understanding of entrepreneurship learning with social entrepreneurship specifications. The goal is to create young entrepreneurs through social entrepreneurship courses among students. With the growth of entrepreneurs among students, it means not only growing the economy but also aiming at increasing the ability of local communities to utilize the resources owned by Indonesia in general, and the areas where they live in particular. Apart from being capable young entrepreneurs, of course this nation also needs entrepreneurs who have empathy or have social skills. Entrepreneurs can also move in the social field. In addition to being a young generation who is financially successful, the nation's young generation is also expected to have social concern for the surrounding environment. This study using path analysis method (path analysis) is a method to determine the effect of each variable to be studied. In this study there are 2 independent variables, namely interest and ability, then the dependent variable is social entrepreneurship learning and the intermediate variable is the millineal entrepreneur. From the results of data processing the effect of interest, the ability to learn social entrepreneurship is 74.4% while the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other factors that are not researched. Meanwhile, the influence of interest, ability and social entrepreneurship learning on millineal entrepreneur is 23.3%, while the remaining 76.7% is influenced by other factors that are not examined.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims at analyzing the factors driving and pulling the occurrence of urbanization in Berastagi and the efforts made by the Karo district government to control it. The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources from interviews and field observations, while secondary data is from literary studies, social media and documentation. The data analysis used is the Delphi analysis to equalize the perceptions of the informants, the analysis of pull and support factors as well as policy analysis on efforts to control urbanization in the City of Berastagi.The conclusion from the results of this study is that the main driving factor for urbanites from their hometowns for those who are not married is shy to live in the village, while for those who are already married are limited employment opportunities in the village. The main draw factor for urbanites from the destination area is for those who do not have family, invite friends who are already in the city while those who are already married are looking for a new job. Efforts made by the Government in the Origin Region are Encouraging and Facilitating: Soft Loans, MSME Empowerment Program Assistance (especially Micro Enterprises) and Building Village Facilities through APBD. Efforts made by the Government in the urbanization destination of Berastagi City are to make a new settlement plan consisting of a. Agricultural Zone on Jl. Air (Column Monument towards Simpang Empat District); b. Office Zone On Jl. Djamin Ginting (from Tugu Kol to Kec. Kaban Jahe); . and c. Tourism Zone Jl. Djamin Ginting starting from the monument mejuah Juah towards Tahura).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan memahami prosedur dan mekanisme yang implementatif dalam penyelenggaraan good governance dan pemerintahan yang baik, untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan memahami usaha-usaha yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman seluruh komponen stakeholders tentang good governance dan pemerintahan yang baik, untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan memahami realitas penegakan hukum terhadap PNS melakukan tindak Pidana. Data primer diperoleh dari lapangan dengan mengadakan wawancara dan studi kasus dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait. Data sekunder diperolch melalui penelitian kepustakaan atau studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data sekunder. Melalui penelitian ini didapat pemikiran-pemikiran, doktrin, pendapat atau pemikiran konseptual dari penelitian terdahulu yang berhubungan dengan objek telaahan penelitian Dalam melakukan penelitian digunakan bahan-bahan hukum yang terdiri dari hukum primer, hukum sekunder, dan hukum tertier.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Prosedur dan mekanisme yang implementatif dalam penyelenggaraan good governance dan pemerintahan yang baik. Orientasi good governance adalah: Orientasi Ideal Negara yang diarahkan pada pencapaian tujuan nasional; Orientasi ini, seperti: legitimacy (apakah pemerintah dipilih dan mendapat kepercayaan dari rakyatnya, akuntabilitas, securing of human right, autonomy und devolution of power, dan assurance of civilian control. Pemerintahan yang berfungsisecara ideal, yaitu secara efektif, efisien dalam melakukan upaya mencapai tujuanrasional. Orientasi ini, tergantung pada sejauh mana pemerintahan mempunyaikompetensi dan sejauh mana struktur serta mekanisme politik dan administratifberfungsi secara efektif dan efisien. Usaha-usaha yang harus dilakukan dalammeningkatkan pemahaman seluruh komponen stakeholders tentang good governance dan pemerintahan yang baik adalah bahwa governance dan good governance padadasarnya tidak diatur dalam sebuah undang-undang (UU) Mencapai kondisi sosial-ekonomi di atas, proses pembentukan pemerintahan yang berlangsung secara demokratismutlak dilakukan. Negara dan Masyarakat Madani yang di dalamnya terdapat sektor swasta.Negara dengan birokrasi pemerintahannya dituntut untuk mengubah pola pelayananpublik dari perspektif birokrasi elitis menjadi birokrasi populis. Birokrasi populis adalahtata kelola pemerintahan yang berorientasi melayani dan berpihak kepada kepentinganmasyarakat. Merealisasikan prinsip-prinsip Good and Clean Governance, kebijakanotonomi daerah dapat dijadikan sebagai media transformasi perwujudan modelpemerintahan yang menopang tumbuhnya kultur demokrasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.36 of 2009 concerning Health, article 17 paragraph 1 states that the government is responsible for the availability of access to information, education and health service facilities, one of which is the Maternity Insurance Program (Jampersal). This is what researchers do about how it is implemented in the Municipality of Tanjungbalai, North Sumatra. Implementation evaluation is carried out on the objectives, accountability and input provided for improvement in the future. The results showed that the implementation of childbirth insurance in Tanjungbalai City has not been running optimally so it needs improvement in the future both in structural synergy, namely the relationship between central and regional as well as in harmony, namely functionally between other related agencies in the Tanjungbalai City Government. From the SWOT analysis carried out, namely analyzing the Internal Strengths and Weaknesses and the External Opportunities and Threats factors, it shows the position of the Tanjungbalai City Government is in Quadrant I (first) with an Aggressive Strategy, namely using existing strengths to take advantage of the opportunities available.

Abstract

Concrete is the main material for construction which is widely used throughout the world. However, with the increase in the use of concrete from time to time which causes the amount of available resources to decrease and will also disturb the environmental balance, an alternative that can be used to overcome this is to get environmentally friendly concrete which reduces the use of cement utilizing the results of industrial wastes. One of them is the utilization of oil palm shell ash waste. Palm shell ash is expected to be used as an additive to the concrete mixture. In this study, palm kernel shell ash was used as an additive to cement with a mixture of 0%, 3%, 6%, 9% by weight of cement. The number of test objects is 3 cylinders for each variation of the mixture. The type of test carried out is in the form of the compressive strength of the concrete and the observation of the test object is carried out at the age of 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days. From the research results, it was found that the increase in the value of the compressive strength of concrete on the variation of the addition of palm shell ash waste as an added material to cement to create quality and environmentally friendly concrete.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and competence on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in the study were all employees in a total of 165 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in research shows partially it can be seen that leadership (X1) has a tcount of 1,589 and a ttable value of 1.658, then a tcount <ttable (1,589 <1,658) and a sig.0.00 value <0,115. This means that the hypothesis is rejected, namely: partial leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan. The results showed that motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the motivation variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.511 and a ttable value of 1.658 then the value of tcount> ttable (2.511> 1.658) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.014. The results showed that competence (X3) had no positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) in PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the Competency variable (X3) has a tcount of 1,498 and a ttable of 1,658 then the ttable value <ttable (1,498 <1,658) and sig. 0.00 <0.137.
