This study aims to provide empirical evidence of influence perceived usefulness, perceivedease of use, security and privacy, Perceptions of satisfaction, Readiness of information technology hasinfluence on the use of e-Filing at Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Tanjung Karang and Tax Office (KPP)Pratama Kedaton Bandar Lampung.The population of this study are all taxpayers of priya users of efilingregistered at Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Tanjung Karang and Tax Office (KPP) PratamaKedaton Bandar Lampung which amounted to 54,569 KPP Tanjung Karang and amounted to 36,574at KPP Kedaton Bandar Lampung. he sample used in this research is determined by slovin method.Based on the motode, the number of samples of 100 taxpayers of e-Filing users is obtained.. Dataanalysis used in this research using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of the research shows that (1) there is a very significant positive influence on the perceptionof the use of e-Filing, (2) there is a very significant positive influence of perception of ease of e-filing,(3) there is a significant negative effect of security and confidentiality to e -Filing, (4) there is apositive influence of satisfaction perceptions on the use of e-Filing, (5) there is a positive effect ofinformation technology readiness on the use of e-Filing.

Tourism is an activity trip or part of these activities are voluntary and temporary objectsand to enjoy the tourist attraction of tourism sector is a significant source of foreign exchange and thepercentage contribution to the local treasury , which is widely also a source of foreign exchange. Thecapital city of Bandar Lampung province with an area of 197.22 km2 comprised of 13 districts and 98villages . This study aims to determine the development of tourism in the economic and social impactof Bandar Lampung . The results showed a relationship attraction development and socio-economicimpact is low at 15.70 % means that tourism development does not have an impact on the socioeconomicsituation in Bandar Lampung . The role of local governments is needed in this case in theform of policy and as a mediator between citizens about the location of the employer attractionattractionKeywords; economic and social attraction

Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) adalah badan usaha yang telah mendapatkan izin dari MenteriKeuangan sebagai wadah bagi Akuntan Publik untuk memberikan jasanya yaitu mengaudit LaporanKeuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, TingkatKeseriusan Kecurangan, Komitmen Profesi, Intensitas Moral, Personal Cost of Reporting dan Locusof Control pada Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Kota Bandar Lampung dan Palembang.Metode penelitian menggunakan populasi seluruh auditor yang bekerja di Kantor AkuntanPublik (KAP) di Kota Bandar Lampung dan Palembang dengan sampel 74 responden. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1.) KomitmenOrganisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat auditor dalam melakukan pengungkapan tindakpelanggaran (whistleblowing), 2.) Tingkat Keseriusan Kecurangan tidak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap niat auditor dalam melakukan pengungkapan tindak pelanggaran (whistleblowing), 3.)Komitmen Profesi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat auditor dalam melakukan pengungkapantindak pelanggaran (whistleblowing), 4.) Intensitas Moral berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat auditordalam melakukan pengungkapan tindak pelanggaran (whistleblowing), 5.) Personal Cost of Reportingtidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat auditor dalam melakukan pengungkapan tindakpelanggaran (whistleblowing) dan 6.) Locus of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat auditordalam melakukan pengungkapan tindak pelanggaran (whistleblowing).Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Tingkat Keseriusan Kecurangan, Komitmen Profesi, IntensitasMoral, Personal Cost of Reporting dan Locus of Control.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terdapat perbedaan pada abnormalreturn dan abnormal trading volume activity sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya stock splitpada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI yang melakukan stock split periode 2010-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 35 perusahaan yang diambil dengan menggunakanmetode purposive sampling. Periode jendela (event windows) yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah 7 hari yang terdiri dari 3 sebelum, 1 hari saat, dan 3 hari sesudah stocksplit.Alat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada abnormal return danabnormal trading volume activity sebelum dan sesudah stock split pada periode 2010-2014 diBEI. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pasar modal di Indonesia selama periode penelitiantermasuk dalam pasar efisien bentuk setengah kuat. Dalam hal ini investor tidak bisamemperoleh abnormal return sehubungan dengan adanya stock split.

Abstract. This research had purpose to aimed the effect of clean water selling and operational costingto net profit in perusahaan daerah air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Jasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.Thepopulation in this research that the annual financial report which comprises the Consolidated Profit /Loss in 2009-2013. Sample in this research is amount Consolidated Profit/Loss from 2009 until 2013,thats 60 research sampling. The data used are secondary data. Statistical method used is multiplelinear regression analysis.Based on result of this research showed that simultan and partial clean waterselling and operational costing had influence to net profit.

Competition of the banking world is very competitive, therefore it takes maximum service tocreate customer satisfaction. This study aims to explain and prove the influence of the perceived valueby customer priority Bank Mandiri Branch WR Supratman to customer satisfaction and loyalty.Perceived value using three dimension that is functional value, emotional value and social value. Thisresearch use survey method by using purposive sample sampling method with 100 respondents ofcustomer priority Bank Mandiri WR Supratman which have fund equal to Rp 1 Billion up to Rp 10Billion. Data analysis method used in this research is regression analysis. The results indicate that 1)Perceived value has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction 2) Perceived value hasa positive and significant impact on customer loyalty 3) The influence of Customer SatisfactionAgainst Customer loyalty. The implication of this research is that the banking industry should payattention to its services because it affects the value received that impact on customer satisfaction andwill create loyal customers.

Motorcycle Competition in the Indonesian automotive market very tight, the motorcyclemanufacturers competing issued their flagship products in order to attract the attention of the market.The point is PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra which one purchase for brand Honda motorcycle in area Mesuji.Purchase for brand Honda motorcycle is decrease of competitive with another dealer in area Mesuji.Detailed of research to do writer in PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra. The method used in this study isobservational methods and statistical data processing. Observation method is done by directobservation, research questionnaires distributed to respondents. While the statistical data processingis to process the data from the respondents' assessment based on the level of perceived and expectedto test the validity, reliability testing, simultaneous test and partial test in to SPSS 15. From theanalysis performance rating of the quality of electric service that gets the highest order of 2,742 is theproduct image, 1,992 is the company image, while the lowest level of -,577 is the user image. Theexplanation research conclusion is variable brand company and variable brand product have toinfluence positive for apart decisions variable, meanwhile variable brand user have to influencenegative for purchasing decisions. Suggestion for PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra (TDM) Mesuji is alwaysimprovement about promotion, because we doing promotion can be increase purchasing decisions bycustomers. Meanwhile for PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra (TDM) Mesuji and brand image Hondamotorcycle, more than famous by people in area Mesuji.

The objective of this research is to finding out and analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, likuidity and stock price toward cash dividend amount. It is interesting to analyze factors that influence dividend cash policy because to many considerations. Sometimes those considerations cause conflict between many parties. Research object is Manufacture company that listing in Bursa Efek Indonesian that paid dividend. Research sample using purposive judgment sampling of Manufacture company that listing in Bursa Efek Indonesian for period ended 2007 and 2011. This research concludes that stock price have significant influence toward cash dividend amount. On the other hand, profitability, leverage, likuidity doesn't have significant influence.

Abstract. Asset growth is the growth of assets from year to year. The higher asset growth of thecompany indicates the company has the opportunity to do business development. Intrinsic value ofshares is the value used to assess whether a stock is in an undervalued or overvalued position. Theinteraction of international trade or multinational companies requires a means of payment that isacceptable to each country. Especially the exchange rate of the United States currency is the USdollar (USD) is accepted in many countries. The purpose of this research is to know the asset growth,intrinsic value and foreign exchange rate to share price at company of financial sector at IndonesiaStock Exchange. Data used is time series data 2011 - 2015 by using method of OLS (Ordinary LeastSquare). The results showed that intrinsic value partially has a significant influence on stock prices.While Asset growth and foreign exchange rates partially have no significant effect on stock prices.Asset growth, intrinsic value and foreign exchange rates simultaneously affect the stock prices offinancial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015

Sistem pembangunan insfrastruktur penyediaan air bersih yang di kelola oleh PDAMkhususnya di Kota Bengkulu masih mengalami kendala sehingga belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhanair bersih masyarakat secara total. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pembangunaninfrastruktur PDAM Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Alat analisa yangdigunakan adalah Analisa Deskriptif rasio rata-rata yang dipakai untuk mengkaji dan mengevaluasipembangunan insfrastruktur PDAM di Kota Bengkulu. Selama periode 2010-2015 dengan melihatdata jumlah penduduk, jumlah surat permohonan masyarakat, jumlah sambungan rumah yangterlayani, jumlah daftar tunggu, dan panjang pipa PDAM kota Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa bahwa kinerja pembangunan PDAM Kota Bengkulu pada tahun 2012 mengalamipenurunan, hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya persentase masyarakat yang belum dapat terlayani olehPDAM Kota Bengkulu dari 18,5% pada tahun 2010, menjadi 16,1% pada tahun 2011 dan meningkatmenjadi 21,4% pada tahun 2012, ini artinya terjadi penurunan kinerja PDAM dari tahun 2010 2012dengan jumlah peningkatan masyarakat yang belum terlayani oleh PDAM sebesar 5,3%. Namun padatahun 2013 2015 persentase masyarakat yang belum terlayani oleh PDAM Kota Bengkulumengalami penurunan, yang juga diikuti oleh penurunan jumlah nyata masyarakat yang belumterlayani oleh PDAM Kota Bengkulu, hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kinerja PDAM KotaBengkulu pada tahun 2013 2015.
