Abstract

This study aims to determine whether tax incentives have an effect on the financial performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs ) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used for hypothesis testing is using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to MSME taxpayers in the Yogyakarta region. The analytical method used to answer the truth of the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. After the data is analyzed, the results show that income tax incentives for MSMEs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) incentive have a positive effect on the financial performance of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the article 25 income tax incentive did not affect the financial performance of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of food quality and brand image on purchasing decisions at Ilocake Kota Bima. This type of research is associative, the research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought products in Ilocake, Bima City whose number is not known with certainty (Unknown Population). The sample in this study were 100 respondents who had bought products in Ilocake Kota Bima using the unknown population formula. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, determination test, t test and f test. The results of the t-test statistical research indicate that there is an influence between food quality and brand image that affects purchasing decisions in Ilocake, Bima City. The results of the f statistical test state that the Food Quality and Brand Image jointly influence the Purchasing Decision at Ilocake, Bima City

Abstract

This study aims to explain personal technical skills, education and training, as well as the sophistication of information technology on accounting information systems. In this study, research uses a quantitative approach because the analysis is based on existing theories and is related to the research topic. The theory used by researchers is the theory of personal engineering skills, education and training, information technology sophistication. The sample used was 51 people who were determined by the saturated sample method. The data technique used was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that (1) the variable, personal engineering skills had a positive and significant effect on the accounting information system (2) Education and training had a positive and significant impact on the accounting information system (3) the sophistication of information technology had a positive and significant effect on the accounting information system. Companies should pay attention to the skills of personal engineering, education and training, as well as the sophistication of information technology to improve accounting information systems (4) the ability of personal engineering, education and training, as well as sophisticated technology simultaneously to accounting information systems

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of K-Pop Idol Brand Ambassadors and Company Brand Image on Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Marketplace for Class 10-11 Social Studies Students at SMA Negeri 4 Probolinggo and to determine the most influential variables among Kpop idol brand ambassadors and the company's brand image on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace for students in grades 10-11 majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 4 Probolinggo. In the sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling as many as 71 respondents, the data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of Kpop idol brand ambassadors and the company's brand image on purchasing decisions at the Shopee Marketplace for Class 10-11 Social Studies students at SMA Negeri 4 Probolinggo was 80.3% while the remaining 19.7% was influenced by the independent variables. not investigated in this study. This shows that the Kpop idol brand ambassador variable has more influence on purchasing decisions compared to brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of delivery services on consumer loyalty at Artha Bima Mall during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is associative using quantitative data from primary data sources. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study are all consumers of Artha Bima Mall who use delivery services, the number is not known with certainty (unknown population) so that the sample in this study was 64 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, determination test and t test. The results showed that there was an influence of delivery services on the loyalty of Artha Bima Mall consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic with a very strong level of influence.

Abstract

This research is a research using quantitative methods with a sample size of 100 respondents. This study aims to determine the effect of work from home on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture of Enrekang Regency. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, partial test (R2) and coefficient of determination test. The value of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.313 so that it can be seen that the effect of work from home on employee performance is 9.8%. In the results of the t test, the variable coefficient value is 0.272 with a significant value of 0.002 (0.002 0.05), and the t arithmetic value is greater than t table (3.262 1.98). The results show that the hypothesis can be accepted because work from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine of the influence the exxent of the influence of product attributes which include (brand, proce, quality and design) on the decisions to purchase Asus brand laptops for students of the Facultyof Economics and Bussines, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar (a case study majoring, class of 2017). The type of research used with a quantitative approach. The data obtained is the result of the respondent’s interpretation studens majoring in management class 2017 as many 84 respondents. The analysis technique used in the study uses an interactive model with respondens , where the respondent’s interpretation data is then regulated by using data analysis tecniques in this case SPSS. Based on The research result obtained from processed data are that all design variabels have a more significant influence than all product attribute variabels, this is due to the regression equetion test the design variable value is greater and the averall variable value for marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Retailing Mix on consumer decisions to shop at the convenience store of Maimart Kota Bima. The variables in this study include  location, product, price, promotion, service, and consumer decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at the convenience store of Maimart Kota Bima whose number is not known with certainty. Sampling technique using  accidental sampling method, namely the determination of the sample based on need, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as s sample. Then obtained a total sample of 50 respondents. Data collection method with questionnaires, dat analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study using factor analysis show that there are 25 indilators that form 6 factors, namely location, product, price, promotion, service and consumer decisions factors, the results of multiple linear regression show the factors of location, product, price, promotion, service and consumer decisions together-ama has a significant effect on consumer decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the design of human resource information systems in bawaslu of south sulawesi province. This type of qualitative research uses observation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique is data reduction. The results showed that the analysis of employee training needs serves to classify what types of training are needed by employees in an institution. Given the one hand bawaslu which has a wide scope of work, namely in the south sulawesi province area, it has many employees who work and must understand different knowledge and skills by facing a place of supervision which also consists of various characteristics of people. With the HR design, it can provide convenience in the process of calculating employee performance and assist the HR departement in evaluating the performance of employees within the organization as well as employee transfer statistics

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the variable price, product quality and location on the decision to buy Snacks and Souvenirs from Local Food Sukamaju Farmers Group Ajaobaki Village. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS program with a sample number of 200 respondents who are customers and consumers of Snack and Souvenir Products from Local Food Sukamaju Farmers Group who have bought and consumed Snack and Souvenir products once or more. The results of these findings showed that product quality and location variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the price variable indicates that there is no significant influence on the purchase decision. The implications of this research can be a reference for business owners in formulating strategies to improve the purchase decision of Snacks and Souvenirs of Sukamaju Farmers Group related to price, product quality and location.
