Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan kanal youtube “Amaany for Arabic and Translation” dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di lingkungan IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon setelah satu tahun kanal ini berjalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan responden mahasiswa atas dasar partisipatif mereka selama pembelajaran daring pada semester genap tahun 2020-2021. Populasi responden berjumlah 173 orang mahasiswa yang berasal dari tiga fakultas berbeda yang ada di lingkungan IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon yaitu Fakultas Ushuluddin Adab dan Dakwah (FUAD), Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam (FSEI), dan Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK). Untuk mengukur kemanfaatan kanal ini, peneliti memberikan lima indikator dalam pengukuran kemanfaatan ini. Kelima indikator itu adalah peningkatan pemahaman, peningkatan mata kuliah, kanal Amaany menginspirasi mahasiswa, merobah perspektif mahasiswa, dan miningkatnya wawasan mahasiswa tentang kebahasaaraban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 97,1 % responden menyatakan bahwa kanal Amaany for Arabic and Translation mempunyai andil dalam peningkatan nilai mata kuliah mereka. Adapun tentang perbaikan pola pikir dan perspektif responden terhadap bahasa Arab, bahwa 98, 8 % dari jumlah responden berpendapat bahwa kanal youtube Amaany for Arabic and Translation telah merubah perspektif koresponden terhadap Bahasa arab ke arah yang lebih positif. Peranan lain yang dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Sekitar 97,7 % responden menginspirasi mereka dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 97,7 % responden setuju dengan pemanfaatan kanal youtube sebagai media pembelajaran daring dimasa wabah pandemi covid-19. Hanya 4 % saja yang tidak setuju dengan pemanfaatan youtube sebagai media pembelajaran dimasa pandemi. Akan tetapi setelah pandemi usai, hanya 76,9% saja yang setuju dengan penggunaaan youtube sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal ini mengalami penurunan sekitar 10% dari populasi yang tadinya setuju dengan pemanfaatan kanal youtube sebagai media pembelajaran dimasa pandemic covid-19. Hasil penelitian lainnya adalah bahwa mayoritas responden telah mengenal kanal youtube Amaany for Arabic and Translation yaitu sekitar 98,3 % dan hanya 1,7 % saja dari jumlah populasi responden yang tidak mengenal kanal pembelajaran ini. Kanal Amaany for Arabic and Translation diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di lingkungan IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon dimasa yang akan datang dengan memperbanyak konten-konten pembelajaran tertentu seperti latihan soal-soal Test of Arabic as a Foreign Langunge (TOAFL) dan lainnya.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the Guidance and Counseling Teacher Efforts Against Dropout Cases During the Covid 19 Pandemic at Vocational High Schools in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, which includes the efforts that have been made by BK teachers in preventing dropout cases during the covid pandemic and the factors that affect children dropping out of school during the covid 19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative and analyzed with an interactive analysis model by collecting data, reducing data and concluding data. The results of the discussion show that the factors that cause school dropouts during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Vocational High Schools in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province consist of: First, internal factors originating from within the students themselves, namely the lack of motivation to learn in students, and students having difficulty learning online at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, external factors that come from outside which include the lack of parental support in learning, students working with parents in the plantation and IT sectors, external environmental influences such as online games, and juvenile delinquency, as well as cases of pregnancy outside marriage. and Counseling for dropout cases during the Covid-19 pandemic at Vocational High Schools in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province are through: First, Preventive Efforts, namely by conducting Placement and Distribution Services, Orientation Services, Classical Guidance Services and school involvement. Second, curative efforts, namely by carrying out Home Visit Support Services, Individual Counseling, and Stop Outs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat akseptabilitas masyarakat kalimantan barat terhadap Prodi Studi Agama Agama IAIN Pontianak. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Qouta Sampling dengan jumlah kouta 1500. Peneliti akan menilai kelayakan isi item kuesioner dengan menggunakan expert judgment sebagai ahli. Penelitian ini juga akan melakukan focus group discussion (FGD) dengan menghadirkan beberapa tokoh lintas agama dan masyarakat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif dengan memperhatikan mean, modus, median, serta simpangan bakunya. Adapun kriterianya adalah sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah akseptabilitas aspek persepsi pada Prodi Studi Agama Agama di Kalimantan Barat yang meliputi 10 wilayah kabupaten dan juga kota memiliki kategori tinggi dengan tanggapan dengan nilai frekuensi terbanyak 616 responden (40,85%). Kategori rendah sebanyak 534 (35,41%) responden. Kategori sangat rendah dan sangat tinggi memiliki tanggapan 217 (14,39%) dan 141 responden (9,35%). Adapun akseptabilitas di wilayah Kalimantan Barat terkait keberadaan Prodi Studi Agama Agama memiliki kategori rendah dengan nilai frekuensi terbanyak 717 responden (47,55%). Kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi memiliki tanggapan secara berurutan yakni 431 (28,58%) dan 189 responden (12,53%). Kesimpulannya adalah Prodi Studi Agama Agama IAIN Pontianak memiliki persepsi yang tinggi dalam hal perlu adanya Program Studi yang memang berfokus dalam mengarahkan moderasi beragama pada satuan Pendidikan tinggat Institut/Universitas. Namun secara keseluruhan siswa SMA/MA yang menjadi sampel penelitian akseptabilitas Prodi Studi Agama Agama di Kalimantan Barat memiliki penerimaan yang rendah.

Abstract

The transfer of authority from the district/city government to the provincial government has had major implications in the governance of SMA/K education, as well as what happened in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The dilemma as a result of the policy surfaced accompanying the transfer of authority. By using descriptive qualitative method, this study evaluates the policy of the transfer of authority in question. This study found several important things. First, the transfer of authority to manage SMA/K from the district/city government to the provincial government has proceeded well. This is indicated by the transfer of all management authority of SMA/K from the district/city government to the provincial government. Second, there are two main factors in the process of transferring authority, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors that drive the dynamics in the transfer of authority process. Third, in overcoming the obstacles that arise and taking advantage of the available support, the provincial government has taken several important roles as problem-solving steps. Based on the analysis using the policy evaluation criteria, it is concluded that in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy, the transfer of authority for the management of SMA/K is considered feasible because this policy has substantially encouraged changes for the better, although in each criterion There are some important notes that should be noted.

Abstract

This article discusses the dynamics of culture and religion in an analytical study of the search for Islamic values ​​in the Sundanese cultural policy of the regent of Dedi Mulyadi in Purwakarta. Dedi Mulyadi is a regent as well as a Sundanese culturalist, so in leading Purwakarta, he issued many policies based on Sundanese culture so that Purwakarta was well-known nationally and internationally. The purpose of this article is to analyze the search for Islamic values ​​in several Sundanese cultural policies during the regent of Dedi Mulyadi in Purwakarta. This article uses a qualitative research method which is a literature study. The data in this article were obtained from library sources such as books, scientific articles, and audio-visual sources of Dedi Mulyadi's interviews on Youtube, as well as sources that are certainly related to the object of research. The data obtained are presented in a narrative-descriptive manner. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative data analysis technique of Miles et al., namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Sundanese culture-based policy of Dedi Mulyadi as the regent of Purwakarta had Islamic values ​​and teachings substantially and essentially. One example is in the sheathing of trees, purely for beauty and aesthetics, that beauty is upheld in Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Bangka Belitung, including a new province that was established in 2000, was designated as the 31st province by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia based on Law no. 27 of 2000 concerning the Establishment of the Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province with the capital city of Pangkalpinang and has 7 regencies. Even though it is classified as a small province, this province has various ethnic, religious and customary diversity. The existing ethnic groups are the Malays (native ethnic group), Javanese, Sundanese, Bugis, Banten, Banjar, Madurese, Palembang, Minang, Aceh, Flores, Maluku, Manado and China (about 30%). For religion in Bangka Belitung, there are all religions in Indonesia, Islam is 81.83%, Buddhism is 8.71%, Confucianism is 5.11%, Christianity is 2.44%, Catholicism is 1.79%, and Hinduism is 0. 13%. Based on the results of the research, even though Bangka Belitung has various ethnic groups and adherents of different religions, it has good inter-religious harmony, disputes and hate speech are rare, and there has never been violence, bullying or even fighting. This proves that Bangka Belitung has an attitude of tolerance that can be used as an example for other provinces. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, the main factor causing the harmonious harmony of religions in this province is the very important and strategic role of their respective religious leaders. Religious leaders have their own strategies in educating their followers to have a high sense of tolerance towards other religions. Of course, the strategy carried out in each religion also refers to the teachings of their respective holy books which instruct that fellow religious persons must respect, appreciate and spread peace and love so that religious life becomes safe and peaceful.
