Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Saripati Prima Niaga, this study aims to determine the effect of rebranding and brand image on sales of tos tos products, this study uses quantitative research methods, and sampling uses the slovin formula with 86 respondents. Based on the results of this study, it produces a very high correlation value (r = 0.937 and r = 0.954). The determination coefficient of 91.8% indicates that the rebranding and brand image variables together significantly affect sales. The results of the T test and F test strengthen this finding by showing that both variables simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on increasing sales, according to the regression equation Y = 0.480 + 0.329 (X1) + 0.653 (X2) simultaneously producing that the rebranding and brand image variables have a significant effect on sales, rebranding and brand image affect 91.8% while the remaining 8.2% are influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

This study seeks to evaluate the impact of regional financial independence ratios, PAD effectiveness ratios, and regional financial efficiency ratios on economic growth in Aceh Province. The research focuses on financial performance data, including PAD, regional expenditures, and the APBD, along with economic growth metrics. The location of the study is Aceh Province, utilizing secondary data from 1993-2022 obtained from BPS Aceh Province. The findings indicate that the regional financial independence ratio does not significantly affect economic growth in Aceh Province, due to inefficiencies in the use of regional financial resources, such as fund mismanagement or unproductive investments. Similarly, the PAD effectiveness ratio shows no impact on economic growth, attributed to the lack of income source diversification, with many regions relying predominantly on specific sectors like property taxes or hotel and restaurant taxes. Conversely, the regional financial efficiency ratio positively influences economic growth, as efficient fund utilization enhances infrastructure and education availability, directly boosting labor productivity and regional competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and organizational justice on sales force performance. Work stress is based on the workload and time experienced while organizational justice reflects salespeople's perceptions of the evaluation and treatment received. This study uses a quantitative approach with 100 smartphone salespeople in the Surabaya City Region who are still active as samples. The results showed that job stress experienced by salespeople had a significant downward effect on sales force performance. Organizational justice received has a significant effect on sales force performance. The implications of this study focus on the importance of the level of competition, the nature of the job, and the work environment to reduce the impact of stress. Organizations can start paying attention to the feedback provided by transparent evaluation, non-discriminatory treatment, and consideration of remuneration for salespeople. The results of this study provide insight into the factors that influence the decline and improvement of sales force performance in terms of job stress and organizational justice.

Abstract

This study has the aim to determine transformational leadership, work attitude and locus of control on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data collection is done through library research and questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 52 teachers who served in SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency. 1) Transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency. The results of this study are evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount > ttable, which is 0.085 > 1.675 at a significant 0.932 <0.05. This means that the research hypothesis H₀ is rejected and H1 is accepted. 2) Work attitude has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency. The results of this study are evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount < ttable, which is 19.468 < 1.675 at a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the research hypothesis H₀ is rejected and H1 is accepted. 3) Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency. The results of this study are evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount < ttable, which is 4.057 > 1.675 at a significant 0.000 > 0.05. It is concluded that the research hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. 4) Transformational leadership, work attitude and locus of control have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency. The results of this study were proven by the significant value 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount > Ftable (1026,656 > 3,32). Thus the decision is obtained that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. In addition, the multiple linear regression model in this study is feasible to use because it has a positive value. The results of the linear regression test showed a unidirectional effect between the variables X1, X2, X3 on Y. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) was R Square 0.984 or equal to 98.4%. This figure means that the variables of transformational leadership, work attitude, locus of control simultaneously (together) affect the teacher's performance variable by 98.4%. While the remaining 1.6% which is the result of 100% - 98.4% = 1.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in the manufacturing sector of Mojokerto City. Perceived Organizational Support reflects the extent to which employees feel valued and supported by the organization, while Organizational Culture includes values, norms, and beliefs that shape employee behavior in the workplace. This study used an explanatory quantitative approach involving 100 employees from various levels of positions. The results showed that POS and Organizational Culture have a significant influence on employee performance, both individually and together. POS encourages employee loyalty and motivation by increasing their sense of security and job satisfaction. A positive Organizational Culture encourages cooperation, innovation, and adaptation to change, which contributes to increased productivity and work efficiency. This research underscores the importance of creating synergy between POS and Organizational Culture to create a work environment conducive to individual and organizational growth. The practical implications of this research are the importance of reward policies, recognition of employee contributions, and the development of a collaborative work culture. The results of this study provide strategic insights for manufacturing companies to improve human resource management to support organizational success.
