Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of the Merah Putih Cooperative in empowering local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a systematic review of current literature. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing 10 relevant journals over the past ten years from the Google Scholar database. The results of the study indicate that the institutional strengthening strategy through the preparation of mandatory administration and revision of the Articles of Association (AD/ART) can increase member compliance by up to 90% and a sense of ownership by 40%. In terms of human resource development, the managerial training program increases manager competency by 35%, which has implications for operational cost efficiency by 20%. Digital transformation through the implementation of accounting systems and digital marketplaces has been proven to increase operational efficiency by up to 45% and expand online market access for MSMEs by up to 50%. In addition, active participation of local communities and support from national government policies in the target of establishing 70,000 village cooperatives are the main drivers in increasing members' income by an average of 25%. The conclusion of this study confirms that the synergy between strengthening governance, technology adoption, and government policy support creates a resilient and sustainable people's economic ecosystem for MSMEs at the rural level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) practice videos as a medium for fostering discipline and a sense of gratitude among elementary school students. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design through field research methods. The research subjects were PAI teachers and first-grade students at Al-Hakam Elementary School, Bina Insan Lubuk Pakam. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results indicate that the use of practical videos makes PAI learning more meaningful, contextual, and grounded in real-life experiences. Students not only understand the concepts of discipline and gratitude theoretically but also put them into practice in their daily lives through activities such as making their beds, reciting prayers before and after activities, helping their parents, and expressing gratitude. Practice-video-based learning also enhances students’ engagement, enthusiasm, and active participation. Furthermore, parental involvement in supervising practical video assignments strengthens the continuity of character education between school and home. Research findings indicate that practical videos positively contribute to the development of students’ attitudes toward discipline and gratitude through repeated practice. Thus, PAI practical videos can serve as an alternative learning medium that is contextual, participatory, and oriented toward character development in students from an early age.

Abstract

Social communication skills are a crucial aspect of child development, playing a vital role in forming interpersonal relationships, participating in learning activities, and adjusting to social environments. Children with speech delays often face challenges in social communication, such as difficulties initiating interactions, responding to others, and verbally requesting assistance. This study aims to describe the implementation of Social Skills Training (SST) based on home-school collaboration to enhance social communication in a child with a speech delay. A single-subject case study design with a mixed-methods approach was employed. The participant was a 7-year-4-month-old boy with a history of speech delay. The results showed an increase in the frequency of social communication behaviors, rising from a total of four behaviors during the baseline phase to 28 during the intervention—and the maintenance of these gains during the follow-up phase, with a total of 23 behaviors. These findings indicate that SST based on home-school collaboration can improve a child's social communication and facilitate the generalization of communication skills to daily life. Involvement of the child's natural environment is a key factor in the success of the intervention.

This study used descriptive qualitative method. The procedure for collecting data is in a natural setting and the procedure for collecting data is through interviews, observation and documentation. The process of analyzing data obtained by researchers in the field begins with the stages of analyzing data, reducing data and concluding data. The application of discovery learning to science learning needs to prepare a problem/issue which is used as material for discussion by students. Supporting factors, namely the existence of infrastructure owned by complete schools and having teachers who are able to work well together for learning, teacher mastery of discovery learning models and being creative in innovating using learning media. The obstacles experienced were that the teacher could not control the classroom situation, the learning process was long and the location of the school was less strategic.
