Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the government in the village of women empowerment and child protection. This study sought to measure what it does and that is not the Government of the village close to Government targets in support of Banyuwangi Regency related issues of women empowerment and child protection based on the perspective of public policy. Type of this research is descriptive-qualitative approach uses. The role of the village in the empowerment of women and protection of children in other countries still need to have the support of the various parties are still weak because of the role of terkaiit village in the empowerment of women and children. The Government funds the village to permberdayaan women and child protection in addition to the still minimal, yet can drive civil society organisations to be able to participate in women's empowerment and child protection.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the views of Islam, culture, and gender equality on the position of women in the marriage procession of Rejang’s culture. This study was conducted in Karang Anyar, Curup, Bengkulu, using a qualitative method. This study involved several data sources, namely the Chairman of BMA Karang Anyar Village, residents of Karang Anyar, and informants. Data were collected using several techniques, namely observations, interviews, and documentation, which were further analyzed using an interactive model. The findings revealed that there are two terms used in Rejang’s customary marriage. The first term refers to bleket or beleket and the second is semendo or semendoriang. Both terms have distinctive patterns that contradict each other. The marriages of beleket and semendo do not actually deviate from Islamic teachings. It is only in the aspect of social status which lies a gap. The typical pattern of beleket marriage is that the husband has complete rights to own the wife, and any authority is in the hands of the husband. While, the special pattern of semendo is that both husband and wife have rights and obligations in carrying out the married life. The husband cannot be authoritarian in any way. Basically, the Rejang tribe itself regards women properly. Along with the change from time to time the cultures of beleket and semendo’s marriages disappear over time. For now, in general, it is difficult to find belekt or semendo marriage.

Abstract

Learning environment atau lingkungan belajar menjadi salahsatu perangkat pembelajaran yang menentukan tercapaitidaknya sebuah tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan pendidikan nasionalIndonesia adalah menghasilkan generasi yang cakap danberakhlak mulia. Beberapa kali pemerintah Indonesiamelakukan perbaikan dalam kurikulum sekolah. Sesempurnaapapun sebuah kurikulum, namun jika penerapannya tidakdilakukan berdasarkan tujuan dasar dilaksanakannya satuanpendidikan dan tidak memperhatikan tugas-tugasperkembangan siswa, maka ekspektasi akan terwujudnyagenerasi yang madani pun mustahil dicapai. Penerapankurikulum 2013 di Indonesia yang mengusung polapembelajaran tematik integratif di jenjang sekolah dasar,kontekstual dan Terpadu di jenjang sekolah menengahpertama, dan Pembinaan Peminatan di jenjang sekolahmenengah atas berimplikasi pada beberapa hal, salah satunyaadalah pada penciptaan lingkungan belajar atau learningenvironment. Learning environment yang dimaksud dalamtulisan ini mencakup physical learning environment dan nonphysical learning environment. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untukmenggambarkan learning environment yang seperti apa yangtepat untuk penerapan tematik integratif di kelas inklusi ditingkat Sekolah Dasar/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Untuk menentukanpenciptaan learning environment yang sesuai denganpenerapan pembelajaran tematik integratif dan pendidikaninklusi dalam kajian ini diacukan pada tiga konsep teori belajar,yakni behaviorism, cognitivism, dan constructivism. Masingmasing teori belajar tersebut menimbulkan respon yangberbeda dan khas dalam hal penciptaan learning environment.

Abstract

The ability to know the color is very important in a child's life. Process to improve children's ability to recognize colors can be improved through a learning process that involves children in finding something of his own experience in learning. It can enhance the formation of children's cognitive structure so that the child is able to know, discover and understand conceptually color. The purpose of this study to describe how to improve children's ability to recognize colors through the experimental method in group B TK Khadijah 202 Karangsari Sempu. The results showed the experimental method can improve the ability to know the color of the child with the percentage 62.50% achieve mastery class.

Abstract

This research included in the research field (Field Resarch) are purely qualitative. As for the subject of the study i.e. principals, Islamic education, Teachers and students of class X SMA NURUL IMAN Palembang. While the collection of data in this study using the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis in this study uses data reduction techniques, presentation of data and verification. The results of this research is to 1). There is a positive and significant role of competence education teachers of Islamic religion in fostering social attitude 2). The attitude of Social discipline and cooperation of students is already good, disciplined students already in the school and the role of Teacher Education coupled with the religion of Islam to be quite good. 3.) factor endowments in the cultivation of the social attitudes of HIGH SCHOOL students at NURUL IMAN Palembang was school rules or code of conduct compulsory school students observe, the teacher shows a great attitude towards students, teachers reprimand students whenever students are less invited to well, as well as the teacher always invites students to cooperate in maintaining and cleaning up the environment of the school.

Abstract

Nowadays activities in learning process in a classroom have changed into a character building orientated learning process which was before it was an individual oriented learning process. Value of cooperation among classmates soon will be neglected during the learning process. The implementation of Group Investigation learning model becomes an alternative learning model which is effective for inculcating the value of cooperation in performing learning activities aimed to familiarize students to be able to well cooperate with other people and to instill sensitivity of students to help and care of others as well.. This model gives students theextend of opportunity to take part actively in learning process since the planning process until the way of learn some topic through investigation tehnic. The implementation of Group Investigation Model is based on the combination of some theories, which are constructivism, democratic teaching, and the group of cooperative learning. Based on constructivism views, the implementation of the Group Investigation Model gives students the extend of opportunity to take part actively in learning process. Democratic teaching is a learning process which is based on democratic value. Based on the views, the Group Investigation Model is believed to be effective to instill the value of cooperation in every student’s activity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of sectoral basis at BMH infaq Malang, analyzing constraints in the management of sectoral basis at BMH Infaq Malang, and analyze the steps in Malang BMH anticipating the obstacles facing it. This research was qualitative research with the descriptive approach. In the study described the management of sectoral Basis Infaq Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Malang. From the analysis results can be concluded that the implementation of the management of sectoral basis infaq Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Malang is by applying the characteristics of Islamic managements, namely: management based on the morals of the sublime, management Open, democratic management, management, and management tolong-menolong based upon peace, and perform management functions, namely, the Act of planning, organizing, and monitoring. Management functions are performed so well that gathering together the funds, and the channelling of funds in sectoral infaq, runs well and right on target, but nevertheless the function of surveillance need to be improved both in terms of its compilation or distribution to the various sectors.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary study, obtained students' mistakes in completing the algebraic factorization is an indicator that students have learning difficulties that affect the learning results. Learning model that applied  so that learners can understand the overall concept that will eventually be able to improve learning outcomes is Group Investigation, the model of learning that involves students actively in learning because it requires the participation of each member of the group in an investigation. Optimized with recitation that is giving the task to students outside the schedule beyond that which ultimately must be presented to the teacher. Data student learning outcomes at the end of cycle 2 showed that students who scored above the standard minimum completeness or ≥75 than the maximum value of 100 is as much as 88%. It can be concluded that the application of the model group supported recitation investigation can improve learning outcomes students of class VIII SMPN 1 Bangorejo.

Abstract

This The Ministry of Religion has issued Circular Letter No. 6 of 2020 concerning Ramadhan and Eid Al-Fitr 1 Guide Syawal 1441 H in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. One thing that is interesting from this Circular Letter is that in pawns 11 sub a, whose contents appeal to all Muslims to hasten the payment of zakat. From this background the question arises as follows: first how is the problem of ta'jil az-zakah in the pandemic Covid-19 seen from the proposition of the Qur'an? Secondly, how is the view of the ulama related to ta'jil az-zakah during the pandemic Covid-19? To answer this question, normative juridical approach or doctrinal law research is analytical descriptive. The results of the study note that, firstly the Qur'anic argument was not found in the verse specifically discussing ta'jil az-zakah, but permissibility of ta'jil az-zakah was included in the generality of the verse about advice to hurry the good. Secondly, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding ta'jil law az-zakah. The majority of scholars allow ta'jil az-zakah both zakat mal and zakat fitrah with several provisions.

Abstract

Beberapa dekade ini, teologi menjadi kajian yang kurangdiminati. Padahal teologi menjadi basis segala haltentang cara pandang dan sepak terjang manusia.Membaca kembali dan merekontruksi pemahaman teologikeberagamaan mernjadi sangat penting. Kehidupanberagama tidak lepas dari dua hal perumusan iman danpengalaman iman. Dalam pengalaman agama seringkalikedua hal ini dipisahkan tetapi Islam tidak pernahmemisahkan antara keduanya. Pemahaman surat alKafirun ini diharapkan akan mengantarkan konfrontasipandangan ini. Iman adalah sesuatu yang dibenarkan,dikatakan dan diamalkan. Rumusan ini akan tidak samaantara agama satu dengan yang lain, sisi sensitif inilahyang kemudian harus dijembatani untuk tidak berdampaknegatif dalam kehidupan keberagaman.Hal ini sesuai dengan semangat Qs. Al Kafirun : 6“bagimu agamamu; bagiku agamaku".
