Abstract

Discussions about halal and haram bank and the interest has been there since the founders of schools so far as there is no break, because each one has a good reason and the arguments are the arguments aqli naqli. The core of the discussion of the issue rests on whether interest was considered usury or not. Included in this issue practices equated with such banks, KSP, KUD, KSU and practices of individuals who do not have a business license. In this regard, institutions similar to banks and the investors who practice in the field, people often refer to it as bannk tongol. This study shows that the money lending transaction between the merchant and Bank tongol consists of four models, namely first, the pattern of transactions directly on the merchant proactive stance. Second, the pattern directly on a proactive transaction tongol Bank. Third, the pattern of direct transactions that are interactive and fourth, the pattern of transactions indirectly through third party services as a justification of the transaction between the merchant and the bank both actual tongol proactive. The problems referred to as injustice in essence the transaction, financial necessity, cause economic breakdown, the cause is not growing trading business and the creation of indebtedness that never ended. While the benefits are earned by good fortune some traders such additional capital, even others make major capital will become economic resources for them. Therefore, the Bank can not be absolute tongol categorized as usury because it contains social values.

Abstract

Phobia according to the view of the theory ofPsychoanalysis of Freud is self-defense to counter fears that inproduction forced by the id impulses. Phobias against rice canbe so will affect the physical conditions. On the other hand, thephobia of rice can also affect socio emotions. This research isconducted to find out how the physical development and socioemotional of student on grade V SD with the symptoms ofspecific phobias against rice. This research use the qualitativeapproach, which a greater emphasis on the phenomenon ofexisting problems in the field. The model used in this study is amodel case study. Participants in this study have symptoms ofphobia against rice, he dodged if there is rice in the vicinity andangry if there is rice stuck to his body. Phobias against rice notto disturb its physical development. Phobias of rice affects thedevelopment his temper only when he is confronted bycircumstances related to the rice that is shows reactions avoidand angry.

Abstract

Supervision of goods endowment is essential, so that the goods waqf maintained condition and still useful. Islamic Shari'a has a privilege compared to previous Shari'a Shari'a where Islamic teachings are universal, integral and global. Islam has set rules about the waqf is perpetual unless revoked by wakif therefore endowments items should not be moved and sold, assigned even passed. And as a revealed religion of Islamic law should be able to balance the needs of the people according to the development and use of certain balance with the principle tasyri. Where Islam is Al-Taisir Wa Al-Takhfif (easy and light) so that development does not cause social turmoil. Goods waqf either moving or not moving, when it is positive to the goods waqf then must be monitored, maintained, and maintained as best as possible, in accordance with the purpose of endowments, may not be sold, and assigned, but if the goods waqf is damaged, does not fulfill its function as waqf property, can not be utilized, it is the waqf property be sold and the money to buy other goods instead, can even be transformed to enable the more benefits and maslahah. Move items endowments from one place to another because of damage, can not function or be less strategic legal provisions do not change the name of waqf, not eliminate, and contains more benefits and goodness.

Abstract

Moral goodness is tailored to size-size of the Act received by the public, including the unity of certain environmental or social. Inside there are moral deed, speech or behaviour of a person in the exercise of his interaction with humans. If the person does it in accordance with the prevailing sense of values in society and an acceptable environment, then that person can be said to have good moral values, as well as vice versa. However, until recently it turned out that there are still many problems related to morality in society. When in fact moral are one of important indicators to reach communities that madani. Therefore, the need for the construction of the model of society, which in this case was conducted by the people's boarding school Al Amien Sumberpucung Malang through populist economic approach and local wisdom. This study used a qualitative approach. This research uses a three-part grand method i.e. library research is scientific papers based on the literature and books, field research, i.e. research which is based on field research, and bibliographic research, i.e. research that focuses on the idea of community-based models of morality construction of the people's economy and local wisdom with a focus of research at Pesantren People Al Amien Sumberpucung Malang. The role of the people's Islamic boarding school Al Amien Sumberpucung Malang not only have religious functions, but also have social functions. By using this strategy, the pesantren silaturrahmi capable of fostering morality society with 5 models, namely: Jagong Maton, barns, Silver piggy bank, Budheg Ngeluruk, and Al Fatehahan.

Abstract

Strategi pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang melibatka peserta didik dalam proses pembelejaran di kelas secara collaborative. PBL menekankan pengalaman belajar kontekstual yang dapat mendorong peserta didik memperoleh pengetahuan. Pengetahuan peserta didik tersebut dapat diperoleh melalui kegiatan bertanya, menyelesaikan masalah, mengeksplorasi minat, dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang dapat diaplikasikan pada kehidupan peserta didik di masa yang akan dating. PBL juga efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didk karena menawarkan berbagai pengalaman belajar. Strategi PBL sesuai dengnan teori perkembangan Piaget yang menghendaki anak didekatkan pada dunia yang lebih nyata (konkrit) dan teori Vigotsky yang menganggap interkasi sosial sebagai kunci pembelajaran. PBL diturunkan dari hasil riset dalam psikologi kognitif bahwa belajar adalah memahami konsep, berfikir kritis, menganalisis informasi, mengkomunikasikan ide, bekerja secara koperatif, mengembangkan pengetahuan, dan keterampilan secara sungguh-sungguh. Proyek sebagai produk dalam PBL secara harmonis bersama dengan praktik pengajaran tradisional dapat menjadi alat untuk menyediakan pengalaman belajar yang memotivasi peserta didik. PBL digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan tujuan peserta didik termotivasi dan mengalami belajar, peserta didik mempunyai banyak kesempatan memperoleh dan menggunakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dan mencapai kompetensi belajar, peserta didik mengaitkan tema pembelajaran dengan disiplin/bidang studi penting lain.

Abstract

In the course of the development of traditions from the time of the Prophet, Companions, Tabi'in to contemporary experiences a very significant journey, starting from the traditions that were conveyed through oral orally to develop into writing, because it is a concern about the disappearance of the Prophet's traditions, of course the writing requires more time than when compiling the Qur'an. (1) When did the Hadith start to be officially codified ?, At which time the development of the hadith reaches its peak, so that efforts are needed to counter the spread of false traditions. (2) how is the development of hadith after the hadith is codified? has been packaged in such a way as an application so that in reviewing the hadith becomes easier.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the learningobstacle of students in junior VII in algebra. Researchers gavetest questions to students, interviews and analyze documents.Then the students' answers were analyzed in depth anddisaggregated by didactical obstacle, epistemoligical obstacleand ontogonical obstacle. The cause of these learningobstacles can be seen from many things, among others due toinaccuracy in reading, inaccuracy in thinking, weakness in theanalysis of the problem, and lack of tenacious. Besides thelearning obstacle is thought to arise such as the design ofdidactic presented using the "quick way" so as not providingunderstanding of the concept for students, design didacticpresented in its final form that gives less opportunity forstudents to explore their understanding, contains a "jumpingthinking" large enough so that the less attention to cognitiveprocesses students will still have many difficulties in adjusting tothe thought of thinking arithmetic algebra (abstract), theconcepts presented are not systematic and do not support athorough understanding of the material to be learned.

Abstract

The community internally bound by norms, values, and traditions to create a secure life, peace, tenets, and harmonious. Harmonious society always seeks the democratic spirit and upholding human rights. Abstract

Economy is the basic foundation in creating community welfare. Banking efforts and creativity are carried out in order to contribute to the improvement of the community's economy. One of them is islamic banking. These two decades of banking that are in indonesia offer a different concept than conventional banking that was first there. The most popular concept is the mudhorobah contract. One of the agreements deemed very beneficial especially among these farmers, has contributed to helping the economy, especially for farmers.

Abstract

TOEFL (Test of Arabic as Foreign Language) is a test to measure the ability to speak Arabic. This test is used as a prerequisite in thesis writing at several universities. Language skills tested in TOAFL include Maharah istima ?and Maharah qira?ah. Both Maharah includes elements mufradat, qawaid wa tarakib an nahwiyyah, fahm nash al masmu ?, and fahm nash al maqru?. To facilitate the students attend and solve problems such TOAFL, UPT Language IAI Ibrahimy Banyuwangi held TOAFL Preparation Class (Fashl al I?dady) that the material in the form of the materials tested in the TOAFL.
