Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kajian normatif dalampemberantasan korupsi. al-Qur?an memang tidakmemberikan solusi aplikatif terhadap masalah korupsisebab kedudukan al-Qur?an sendiri bukanlah lembagayang mampu turun langsung untuk menyelesaikanmasalah korupsi. al-Qur?an adalah sumber nilai normatifyang memberikan pelajaran nilai-nilai baik agar manusiatidak melaksanakan tindakan korupsi. Hal-hal yang bisamenjauhkan manusia dari korupsi apabila ia membangunkepribadian yang baik; menguatkan nilai moral-spritual;menjauhkan dari perbuatan bathil, mencintai secarasederhana tentang dunia; bersifat jujur dan amanah; tidakkhianat; kesaksian palsu; menjauhi fitnah sertamenegakkan keadilan di dunia. Etika dan nilai normatifbaik yang harus dikembangkan oleh seorang muslim. AlQur?an memberikan penekanan khusus supaya terhindardari perbuatan korupsi yang merusak sendi-sendikehidupan berbangsa, bernegara dan beragama.

Abstract

At KTSP and  curriculum 2013 contains dimensions of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The purpose of this research is to analyse in depth the suitability of proportion the aspects of psychomotor, cognitive and affective on the standard of competence of graduates of SD/MI  KTSP and curriculum 2013. In addition, to project the competence of graduates of SD/MI curriculum 2013 against global challenges. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Type a descriptive qualitative study in this research is the analysis of contents or document. The results showed that the concept of the dimensions of  affective, cognitive and psychomotor in curriculum 2013 more detailed  and holistic  compared to the KTSP.

Abstract

Legal development aims to establish and secure the implementation of development and its results. The effort that needs to be done to achieve that goal is by reforming the law in a directed and integrated manner and supporting development in various fields as well as legal awareness and dynamics that develop in the ummah. One of the efforts towards the development of law, among others relating to; First, Land, which has been regulated in PP. No. 28/1977 concerning the representation of property as the implementing regulation of article 49 paragraph 3 of the Law. No 5/1960 Basic Principles of Agrarian Affairs. Second, the law (Islamic jurisprudence). Land "waqf", In law (fiqh) Islamic waqf is worth shadaqah jariah or practice whose reward always flows even though the person who has done so has died, as long as the waqf property is still effective. Waqf is a religious facility that closely related to efforts to achieve prosperity and as a means of empowering people. Waqf practices are very significant for socio-economic, cultural and religious life. Therefore, Islam puts the practice of waqf as one of the practices of worship in which the person who works it will be given joy by Allah.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an existing management within an organization and is managed in such a way, so that their potential can be developed and can be utilized to achieve predetermined objectives of the organization. Human resource management (HRM) is part of the organizational management focusing on the elements of HR. So the human resource management (HRM) can be grouped into two functions, namely, managerial functions and operational functions. Regarding managerial functions include planning, organizing, directing, and pengendalaian. The function operasinal mencaup subject of procurement, training and development, compensation, integration, and maintenance.

Abstract

Pendalungan is a hybrid culture established because of intensive contact between two dominant culture namely Javanese and Madurese. Those cultures represent their ethnicity. Beside the two, there are another ethnicity like Chinese and Arabs. Multilingual interaction has permeated everyday life of this community especially in the domain of commerce where all ethnic groups gathered. Language accommodation has become an effective strategy for intercultural interaction in this community. The purposes of this study were to describe the form of language selection, to describe the pattern of language accommodation, to describe the causes of language accommodation, and to describe the functions of language accommodation in the commercial domain of intercultural interaction in Pendalungan community. The data were collected by using observation method by applying the technique of taping as the basic technique. Then continued with advanced techniques such as observe-involve-participate, free observe-involve-participate, recording techniques, taking notes, and then complemented by interview results. The data were analyzed by using ethnographic methods and taking some sociolinguistic theories into account, like domain theory, language accommodation theory, and speech function theory. The study has resulted some findings. First, the forms of language selection in the commercial domain of intercultural interaction in Pendalungan community in Probolinggo City are single code, code switching and code mixing. The factors underlying the language selection are age, social status, ethnic identification, speech setting. The language selection has directive, referential, expressive, and phatic functions.

Abstract

This research was pre-experimental research begun with development research that aims to produce good learning instrument of problem based learning for cube and cuboid in 8th grade, describe the effectiveness of problem besed learning for cube and cuboid in 8th grade, and compare the learning outcomes of student taught by problem based learning with the learning outcomes of student taught by commonly conventional learning implemented in the school for cube and cuboid at 8th grade. The development of learning instrument used Plomp model. The learning instrument which had been gained were Lesson Plan, Students Worksheet, and Test Instruments.The data source of this study was the students at SMPN 3 Srono Satu Atap in academic year 2014/2015 with VIII-2 was trial class, VIII- 3 as implementative class, and VIII-1 as control class. Based on the trial results, that is the learning instrument that fulfill criteria of (1) valid, (2) practical (3) effective. Based on the results of descriptive analysis on experimental study concluded that problem based learning is effective for teaching cube and cuboid. This can be seen from 1)the teacher abilities are good, 2) the students activities are effective, 3) the students responses are positive, and 4) the learning outcomes of student is completed, there is 84,4 % of students who got ?70 for their score. Based on inferential statistical analysis, it be conclude that the learning outcomes of student taught by problem based learning with the learning outcomes of student taught by commonly conventional learning implemented in the school for cube and cuboid at 8th grade.

Abstract

Learning materials that are still abstract is one of the obstacles for teachers in understanding students. Specific thematic learning, it is necessary learning that not only keeps students active in learning activities, but also students can understand the intent and purpose of the theme they are learning, the students' understanding can be improved through the model Multisensory learning. Multisensory learning is basically a learning that involves a variety of sensory stimuli including hearing, sight, touch, and sometimes also smell and taste.Multisensory learning models involve a variety of visual aids including IT-based media in support of its application process. The use of visual images, interactive video that is broadcast through the projector can certainly stimulate the student's sensory to the material being studied. Multisensory learning in practice is a learning that for learning materials that are abstract into concrete material. Therefore, the application of multisensory learning needs to involve a variety of critical inquiry activities conducted by students on the various realities of everyday life. for example, when teaching science on food chains, this material will be more easily understood by the child if the child is invited to directly watch the process of occurrence of the food chain in everyday life or at least watch the video showing the concept of the chain of food. The linkage between the multisensory learning model and the thematic learning lies in the process of implementation. The combination of sensory devices in multisensory learning is appropriate when applied to thematic learning in recognizing the material attributed to real-life everyday.Thematic learning uses many teaching aids and sometimes uses the senses that students have.

Abstract

This article is aimed to describe about “takhrij Hadits”, that includes the meaning, advantage and methods. From relevant refrences known that “takhrij Hadits” is and effort to find ”matan” and “sanad” of Hadits, compeletely from the original references. It clear that the cuality of Hadits is even known by collector directly through researches. The advantages of takhrij are: (a) collecting variety of sanad of the Hadits (b) collecting variety of matan of the Hadits. They’re the important materials for the research. To implement takhrij Hadits can be used several methods. (1) takhrij from spelling in matan of Hadits, (2) takhrij from first spelling of the Hadits, (3) takhrij from first collector, (4) takhrij from the topic of Hadits, (5) takhrij from classification of Hadits.

Abstract

After the advent of Peripatetic philosophy (wisdom al-masysya'i) and philosophy iluminasionis(wisdomisyroqi),comes a new school of philosophy who was born in Persia, known as transcendental philosophy (the philosophy of being /wisdomal-muta'aliyah). Hikmah al-muta'aliyah carried by Mulla Shadra, the synthesis of the two previous flow, and iluminasionis Peripatetic philosophy. In the matter of ontology, al-al-muta'aliyah wisdom has given a new breakthrough, with the concept of ashalah al-piece and tasykik al-being. However, the most interesting of the al-al-muta'aliyah wisdom is the aspect of epistemology. al-Hikmah muta'aliyah al-Sadrais a synthesis of intellectual illumination(ishraq),reasoning and rational proof ('aql, burhan or istidlal)as well as religion and revelation(shar').Sadra found perfect knowledge is rational knowledge, combined with spiritual experience can be achieved by those who follow the text of the Koran and Hadith. Source of knowledge is the text of the Koran, Hadith and sayings of the priests, which combined with the experience of intuition and reasoning. In obtaining the knowledge, the most appropriate method is kashf supported by reason and interpret religious texts. For Sadra, science is divided into two major groups, namely hudhuri and husuli. Sadra al-al-muta'aliyah-hiswisdom, is considered a major contribution to Islamic philosophy, Islamic philosophy on delivering the highest peak, which combines bayani, Irfani and Burhani in his analysis.
