Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ciri khas Wartegyang cenderungmemilikikesamaanorientasi visual, sekalipunberadadalamberbagaiwilayah. Penelitianinimengungkapkanpersoalan: (1) bagaimanakah estetika visual Warteg di Sekaran pada bentuk fasad, tata-ruang dalam, tata-saji dan visualisasi nameboardnya? (2) bagaimanakah estetika visual Warteg di Sekaran merepresentasikan identitas budaya melalui fasad, tata-ruang dalam, tata-saji dan visualisasi nameboardnya? Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan memusatkan pada riset lapangan, karena penelitian ini lebih banyak bersumber pada data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian lapangan, dengan latar penelitian berbagaiWarteg yang berada di sekitar kampus Unnes Sekaran-Gunungpati.Hasil yang diperoleh adalahsebagaiberikut. Pertama, semua bentuk penampilan fasad, tata-ruang, tata-saji, dan nameboard mencerminkan adanya suatu “keterbukaan”, “keterimaan”, pada siapapun, mempersepsikan manusia memiliki “kesetaraan”, mengetengahkan “egaliterisme” bagi siapapun. Semua bagian dari perbentukan Warteg yang selalu nampak tidak “berkelas” merupakan suatu cerminan “kesederhanaan” dari budaya yang membentuknya. Kedua, estetika visual Warteg memberikan representasi identitas budaya yang mencerminkan segala sikap dan perilaku kesederhanaan, keterbukaan, dan keterimaan, serta kesetaraan. Meneguhkan sebagai warung yang memiliki pangsa pasar menengah ke bawah, dengan pelayanan khas kedaerahannya, dan sistem pengelolaan “gotong-royong” dan “kekeluargaan”.This research is inspired by the existence of prevailing Warteg having similar visual orientation everywhere The Warteg is situated. This research propose two problems: (1) How is Wartegs visual aesthetic in term of the facade, interior design, product presentation and nameboard visualization of Warteg in Sekaran area ? (2) In what ways are the Wartegs visual aesthetic represent cultural identity through the facade, interior design, product presentation and nameboard visualization ? The research applies qualitative method focusing in field research with data obtained from various Warteg around UNNES campus in Sekaran-Gunung Pati. The result of the study showed the following, first, all performances physically of the Warteg reveal the sense of “familiarity” and “acceptance” toward everyone, that express the spirit “equality”and “egalitarianism”. All parts of Warteg that are usually “unsophisticated” shows “simplicity” of culture that shape the characteristic of Warteg. Second, visual aesthetic of Warteg represents cultural identity revealing all attitudes and behaviour of simplicity “familiarity” and “acceptance” as well “equality”. This condition strengthens the fact that Warteg the place of enjoy meals having consumer of middle and low level of society with particular local served and management system of family and “gotog-royong” orientation.

Abstract

Norma yang dilakukan Sumantrisebagaiprajurit yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengabdiannya kepada raja dannegara patut diteladani.Fenomena jaman modern, akhlak pemimpin memprihatinkan. Urgensi nilai-nilai kepahlawanan pudar, setelah bangsa ini mengalami krisis.Penelitian ini mengupasnilai-nilai kepahlawanan peran tokoh Sumantri lakon Mahawira Sumantri Wayang Orang Ngesti Pandawa Semarang yang mempersoalkan: (1) Bentuk pertunjukan WO lakon Mahawira Sumantri (2) Karakter peran tokoh Sumantri (3) Nilai-nilaikepahlawanan peran tokoh Sumantri. Tujuannya: (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk pertunjukan lakon Mahawira Sumantri, (2) mendeskripsikan karakter peran tokoh Sumantri, (3) menemukan nilai-nilai kepahlawanan tokoh Sumantri.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data trianggulasi, yaitu croscheck narasumber untuk dideskripsikan, dikategorikan, dan dianalisis sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan.Penelitian ini berpijak analisis unsur-unsur wayang orang, yaitu ragam gerak tari, dialog, iringan, tembang, dekorasi, tata cahaya yang mendukung kepahlawanan Sumantri. Hasil penelitian merupakanbentuk pertunjukan menceritakan pengabdian Sumantri terhadap raja dan negara Maespati. Karakter Sumantri alus luruh, ditunjukkanirama ganggeng kanyut, gerak tari halus, pandangan mata tajam mengarah kebawah diagonal, tata busana dominan warna hitam,hijau. Nilai kepahlawanan tokoh Sumantri yaitu kepandaian berkompetisi perang, kemampuan perang sehingga berhasil memboyong Dewi Citrawati, keberanian perang melawan Rahwana. Saran bagi guru nilai kepahlawanan Sumantri dapat diimplementasikan kepada peserta didikdengan menjadi teladan ahlak. Norma made Sumantrisebagaiprajurit responsible in the service of the king dannegara should diteladani.Fenomena modern era, moral leader of concern. Abstract

Representasi adalah sebuah cara untuk memaknai sebuah objek yang telah digambarkan dengan menggunakan bahasa. Setiap karya seni yang diciptakan manusia merupakan representasi nilai-nilai dari kehidupannya (life values). Berbagai nilai-nilai tersebut diungkapakan melalui karya seni, namun media yang digunakan untuk mengekspresikan nilai-nilai tersebut berbeda-beda. Misalanya seni tari media yang digunakan untuk mengekspresikannya dapat dilihat melalui gerak, pola lantai, komposisi, dan warna kostum. Nilai adalah sesuatu yang abstrak, bukan kongkret. Nilai hanya bisa dipikirkan, dipahami, dan dihayati. Nilai juga berkaitan dengan cita-cita, harapan, keyakinan, dan hal-hal yang bersifat batiniah. Nilai-nilai yang terdapat pada Tari Reyog Turunggo Seto yaitu nilai-nilai humanisme (human values) dan nilai-nilai non humanime (non human values). nilai-nilai humanisme (human values) adalah adalah nilai dalam kahidupan manusia dalam berbagai kegiatan, pengalaman, dan sikap manusia. Nilai-nilai non humanime (non human values) adalah nilai dalam kahidupan manusia dalam berbagai kegiatan, pengalaman, dan sikap manusia, namun tidak jalin¬-menjalin dengan eksistensi manusiawi dan tidak pula khas berlaku bagi manusia.Representation is a way to make sense of an object that has been described using the language. Each work of art created man represents the values of life (life values). Various values are disclosed through the artwork, but the medium used to express these values vary. Misalanya dance medium used to express them can be seen through the motion, floor pattern, composition, and color of the costumes. Value is something abstract, not concrete. Value can only be considered, understood and internalized. Value is also associated with the ideals, hopes, beliefs, and things that are spiritual. The values contained in Reyog Dance Turunggo Seto namely the values of humanism (human values) and the values of non humanime (non human values). the values of humanism (human values) is a is a value in human kahidupan in various activities, experiences, and human behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan hasil modifikasi model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall. Kegiatan penelitian terdiri atas tiga tahap: penyusunan instrumen, ujicoba terbatas dan ujicoba diperluas. Tahap penyusunan instrumen meliputi kegiatan kajian teori dan kajian empiris, penyusunan draf instrumen PKGP-TKR dan validasi pakar dan praktisi. Kegiatan tahap ujicoba terbatas meliputi, uji keterbacaan, uji sistematik, uji kepraktisan, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, evaluasi dan revisi. Ujicoba diperluas meliputi: ujicoba instrumen, evaluasi, dan revisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) bentuk IPKGP-TKR SMK terdiri dari Instrumen perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pengadministrasian sarana dan hasil praktek. (2)validitas dan Reliabilitas IPKGP-TKR menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. (3) kepraktisan Instrumen PKGP-TKR, memperlihatkan kepraktisan instrumen dalam rata-rata kriteria yang sangat baik, dan (4) efektivitas IPKGP-TKR menunjukkan efektif untuk dapat digunakan. The research is a research and development method adapting from Borg & Gall‘s model. The research consists of three phases: instruments arrangement of assessment instruments of otomotive technical productive teacher performance, preliminary field testing and main field testing. The instruments arrangement of the assessment instruments consists of theoritical and emphiris studies, instruments draft arrangement, and experts and apprentices validity. Preliminary field testing consists of read testing, sistematic testing, practical testing, validity and reliability testing, evaluation and revision. Main field testing consists of instument testing, evaluation, and revision. The results of the research shows that: (1) assessment instruments forms of otomotive technical productive teacher performance of vocational high school consist of plannings, preparations, implementing, and administrating tools and the result of practice instruments; (2) validity and realibility of the assessment instruments shows very good result; (3) practicallity instrument of the assessment instruments show very good; and (4) the effectivity of the assessment instruments shows effective using.

Abstract

Penilaian Seni musik dalam praktiknya merupakan satu kesatuan dari ketiga ranah afektif, psikomotorik, kognitif, yang dirangkai dalam kegiatan berekspresi, berkreasi, dan berapresiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian apresiasi pada pembelajaran seni musik kelas VII yang valid, reliabel dan efektif untuk uji coba lapangan. Model pengembangan instrumen penelitian ini mengacu pada model Borg and Gall, yang dimodifikasi. Produk instrumen penilaian apresiasi ini divalidasi isi oleh 3 ahli dan praktisi. Instrumen yang dikembangkan diujicobakan kepada 104 siswa yang terbagi dari 3 sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang, SMP Negeri 19 Semarang, SMP Kartika II Ungaran. Hasilnya menunjukkan: (1) Pengembangan Instrumen penilaian apresiasi seni musik pada sekolah menengah pertama dikembangkan dengan 10 langkah modifikasi dari Borg & Gall (2) Instrumen memenuhi kriteria valid dan diuji secara empiris. Reliabilitas instrumen penilaian apresiasi seni musik diuji menggunakan Inter Rater Reliability telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan (  > 0,70). (3)  Instrumen apresiasi seni musik ini memiliki nilai keefektifan 73% dengan kategori sangat baik. Instrumen penilaian apresiasi seni musik yang dikembangkan terbukti valid, reliabel dan efektif. Art music assessment in practice is an integral part of the three affective, psychomotor, cognitive, which is arranged in the activities of expression, creativity, and appreciate. This study uses a Research and Development approach aims to produce an instrument assessment on learning the art of music appreciation class VII are valid, reliable and effective for field trials. This research instrument development model refers to a model Borg and Gall, who modified. Product is validated assessment instrument appreciation contents by 3 experts and practitioners. The instrument was developed tested to 104 students from three schools divided SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang, Semarang SMP 19, SMP Kartika II Ungaran. The results show: (1) Development of assessment instruments appreciation of the art of music in junior high school was developed with 10 step modification of Borg and Gall (2) Instrument valid criteria and tested empirically. Reliability assessment instrument music art appreciation tested using Inter Rater Reliability has met the criteria set (r ̅> 0.70). (3) Instruments appreciation of the art of music has a value of 73% effectiveness with very good category. Assessment instruments developed musical art appreciation proved valid, reliable and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian psikomotor IPA berbasis kompetensi yang valid, reliabel dan praktis. Instrumen penilaian diujicobakan pada siswa kelas V SD tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan melibatkan 5 guru sebagai sampel penilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, terpilih SDN 2 Windusari sebagai kelas eksperimen, SDN 1 Windusari sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Analisis data bersifat kuantitatif untuk mengetahui efektivitas model secara empirik dengan menggunakan analisis multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengembangan model di SD mampu menghasilkan instrumen penilaian yang valid, riliabel dan praktis dengan skor rerata masing-masing sebesar 3,7 (valid); 3,7 (reliabel) dan 3,7 (praktis). Koefesien κ inter rater hasil penilaian terhadap keefektifan instrumen sebesar 0,75, sehingga memenuhi syarat reliabel; tingkat keterlaksanaan model memiliki konsistensi yang tinggi, terbukti  percentage of egreement mencapai 84,85%; dan ditemukan adanya perbedaan prestasi antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Olah data uji banding dua sampel T-test didapat angka sig = 0,938 = 93,8%. Hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa instrumen PAP-IPA materi tumbuhan hijau berbasis kompetensi layak dan dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi psikomotor. Pada penerapan, seluruh instrumen valid, reliabel, dan praktis. This study aims to produce a psychomotor assessment instrument competency-based valid, reliable and practical. This study used an experimental design. Sampling using random cluster sampling, SDN 2 Windusari as an experimental class, SDN 1 Windusari as the control class. Methods of data collection using the methods of documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Analysis of quantitative data to determine the effectiveness of the model empirically by using MANOVA one lane. The results showed that the model development procedure in SD is able to produce a valid assessment instruments and riliabel, with a mean score of 3.7 each (valid); 3.7 (reliable). Κ coefficient of inter-rater assessment of the effectiveness of the instruments of 0.75, making it eligible reliably; keterlaksanaan level model has a high consistency, proven percentage of egreement reached 84.85%; and achievement differences were found between the experimental class and control class. If the comparative test data two samples T-test figures obtained sig = 0.938 = 93.8%. Comparative tests obtained sig = 0,000 t = 0. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the IPA instrument PAP-green plant material competency-based approach to conservation-minded SEA feasible and may improve psychomotor competency mastery. At implementation, the entire instrument is valid, reliable, and practical.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development dengan tujuan untuk memotret penilaian pembelajaran yang sudah ada, mengembangkan instrumen penilaian pembelajaran dan menguji validitas, reliabilitas serta keefektifan produk. Pengembangan instrumen mengacu pada model Borg and Gall (2003). Instrumen ini dirancang untuk mengukur ranah afektif (karakter demokratis) dan ranah kognitif (kemampuan berfikir kritis). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode tes, dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data pada produk awal divalidasi oleh pakar untuk mendapatkan validitas isi. Selanjutnya, instrumen diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Welahan Jepara. Hasil ujicoba instrument kemampuan berfikir kritis diukur validitas dengan rumus product moment. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha. Tingkat kesukaran soal dan daya pembeda juga diukur. Pada instrument penilaian karakter demokratis yang diukur adalah validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan instrument penilaian pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid, reliabel, praktis dan efektif. This study used Research and Development (R&D) whose objective were to highlight the existing learning assessment and to develop a new learning assessment by testing validity and reliability, as well as the effectiveness of the well-developed product. This study referred to Borg and Gall (2003) model. The instrument of this study, that is the developed product, was organized to assess the affective domain (democratic character) and the cognitive domain (critical thinking ability). Additionally, the methods of data collection were using tests, documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis of the preliminary product was validated by some experts to obtain the content validity. Afterwards, the well-developed product was only tried out to the students of State Senior High School 1 of Welahan-Jepara. The try out result of critical thinking ability was analyzed by using the formula of ‘product moment’ to measure the validity. Meanwhile, the reliability test was using the formula of ‘alpha’. Furthermore, the difficulty level of the items and discrimination power were also measured. Moreover, the instrument of democratic character assessment also measured the validity and reliability. Finally, the resultsof this study showed that the instrument of well-developed learning assessment was valid, reliable, practical, and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan belum adanya instrumen penilaian perawatan kulit wajah yang baku, belum diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Instrumen penilaian praktik yang digunakan oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah perawatan kulit wajah masih bersifat holistic/menyeluruh atau belum terstruktur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan instrumen. Uji validitas isi menggunakan rata-rata hasil penilaian dan perhitungan reliabilitas para ahli menggunakan anova satu jalur. Untuk mengetahui hasil validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas secara empirik yaitu menggunakan analisis faktor pendekatan exploratory dan alpha (α) cronbach. Hasil validitas isi pengembangan instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja praktik perawatan kulit wajah menurut para ahli masuk pada kategori sangat baik dan hasil perhitungan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara ke-lima ahli dalam menilai isi instrumen. Pengujian reliabilitas pada koefisien Alpha Cronbach pada uji coba 2 memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang lebih tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berupa instrumen penilaian yang valid dan reliabel maka disarankan kepada seluruh dosen pengampu pada Prodi Pendidikan Tata Rias untuk dapat menggunakan instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja praktik perawatan kulit wajah. This research is motivated by the fact the lack of standardized assessment instruments of facial skin care, has not been tested for validity and reliability. Practice assessment instruments used by lecturers in facial skin care subjects was still holistic/comprehensive or not structured. This research was the development of the instrument. The results of construct validity and empirical reliability which use exploratory factor analysis and alpha (α) cronbach. Results of the content validity of the development of performance assessment instrument of facial skin care practice according to experts belong to the category of very good and the reliability of calculation results showed that there were no significant differences between the five experts in assessing the content of the instrument. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the indicator of instrument performance assessment of facial skin care practices declared invalid. The reliability testing on the Alpha Cronbach coefficient trial 2 had a higher level of reliability. Based on the results of research in the form of assessment instruments which are valid and reliable it is recommended to all lecturers on Makeup Education Programme to be able to use an assessment instrument performance practice of facial skin care.This research is motivated by the fact the lack of standardized assessment instruments of facial skin care, has not been tested for validity and reliability. The results of construct validity and empirical reliability which use exploratory factor analysis and alpha (α) cronbach. Results of the content validity of the development of performance assessment instrument of facial skin care practice according to experts belong to the category of very good and the reliability of calculation results showed that there were no significant differences between the five experts in assessing the content of the instrument. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the indicator of instrument performance assessment of facial skin care practices declared invalid. The reliability testing on the Alpha Cronbach coefficient trial 2 had a higher level of reliability. Based on the results of research in the form of assessment instruments which are valid and reliable it is recommended to all lecturers on Makeup Education Programme to be able to use an assessment instrument performance practice of facial skin care.

Abstract

Pengembangan Instrumen Kompetensi Guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 pada Guru merupakan kebutuhan mendesak karena dapat digunakan sebagai panduan bagi guru untuk menilai (evaluasi) dirinya sendiri secara objektif dan jujur. Bentuk instrumen yang dikembangkan adalah instrumen penilaian (evaluasi) kompetensi pedagogis dan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian (evaluasi) diri kompetensi pedagogis dan kompetensi profesional yang valid dan reliabel yang diimplementasikan pada guru-guru di SMP di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reseach and Development (R & D) dengan langkah-langkah teori Borg and Gall yaitu (1) studi pendahuluan,  (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, (4) uji terbatas, (5) revisi hasil uji terbatas, (6) uji coba lapangan lebih luas, (7) revisi uji coba lapangan lebih luas, (8) uji kelayakan, (9) revisi hasil uji kelayakan, (10) Deseminasi (tidak dilakukan). Variabel Penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pedagogis dan kompetensi profesional guru. Pengumpulan Data melalui metode kualitatif, dokumentasi dan penilaian (evaluasi) diri melalui angket. Analisis data kualitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh data pendahuluan, sedangkan perolehan data uji coba dan pengembangan digunakan analisa kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penilaian (evaluasi) diri kompetensi pedagogis dan kompetensi profesional guru di Kota salatiga belum memiliki instrumen khusus, tetapi masih terbatas pada penilaian subjektif kepala sekolah ataupun pengawas. (2) Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa instrumen penilaian (evaluasi) diri kompetensi pedagogis dan kompetensi profesional. (3) Instrumen valid secara isi ditunjukkan dengan presentase skor penilaian validator 94,28 % untuk kompetensi pedagogis dan 92,14 untuk kompetensi profesional serta valid secara konstruk yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi lebih besar dari 0,3 dan reliabel yang ditunjukkan oleh besaran nilai koefisien reliabilitas 0,939 untuk kompetensi pedagogis dan 0,945 untuk kompetensi profesional.(4) Instrumen penilaian (evaluasi) diri kompetensi pedagogis dan kompetensi profesional yang dikembangkan mudah dipahami dari segi bahasa, konstruk sehingga praktis digunakan. Development of Self-Evaluation Instrument Related Master Teacher Competency Achievement and implementation of Curriculum 2013 at the Master is an urgent need because it can be used as a guide for teachers to assess (evaluate) self-competence of teachers. Developed forms of instruments are the instruments of assessment (evaluation) pedagogical competence and professional competence of teachers. This research aims to develop assessment instruments (evaluation) self pedagogical competence and professional competence valid and reliable are implemented in junior high school in Salatiga.  The results showed that (1) assessment self pedagogical competence and professional competence of teachers in the City salatiga not have a special instrument, but is still limited to subjective assessment principals or supervisors. (2 ) The instrument was developed in the form of an assessment instrument (evaluation) self pedagogical competence. (3) Instruments valid contents indicated by the percentage of 94.28% validator assessment scores for pedagogical competence as well as the valid construct as indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient greater than 0.3 and reliably indicated by the magnitude of the value reliability coefficient of 0.939 for pedagogical competence. (4) Instruments assessment (evaluation) self pedagogical competence and developed easily understood as expressed validator practitioners and teachers as rateers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja menggambar potongan di SMK yang berbasis IT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan 9 langkah pengembangan. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa panduan wawancara, lembar observasi dan validasi Ahli. Validasi isi melalui Expert Judgment dianalisis melalui formula Aiken, reliabilitas instrumen berdasarkan kesepakatan ahli melalui Anova Two Way dianalisis dengan rumus Ebel. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil validitas isi menunjukkan kesembilan belas butir memiliki nilai > 0.3 yang dapat dikatakan instrumen penilaian memiliki validitas isi yang baik, Hasil reliabilitas berdasarkan kesepakatan ahli menunjukkan nilai 0.89 yang menandakan reliabilitas instrumen memiliki tingkat kesepakatan yang tinggi. Hasil KMO pada uji coba instrumen di lapangan menunjukkan nilai yang memenuhi kriteria sebesar 0,723, sehingga butir instrumen dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut. Muatan faktor kesembilan belas butir memiliki nilai diatas kriteria, dapat dikatakan keseluruhan butir valid. Faktor terbentuk berjumlah enam faktor diberi penamaan sesuai karakteristik dimensinya yaitu keterampilan penggunaan alat, keterampilan penempatan, sikap menggambar, keterampilan penyiapan, keterampilan penyajian dan keterampilan menggambar. Hasil reliabilitas uji coba instrumen di lapangan menunjukkan nilai reliabilitas yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instrumen penilaian kinerja menggambar potongan berbasis IT yang dikembangkan valid dan reliabel. This research aims to develop a performance assessment instrument to draw the section vocational based on IT. The method used is a research development, the development model 9 steps Data collection through interviews, observation and study of the document. The instruments used in the form guide interview, observation sheets and validation experts. Content validation through Expert Judgment, were analyzed through formula Aiken, reliability of based on the consensus of experts Anova two way and tested formula with Ebel. Data analysis using factor analysis. The results of content validity through demonstrate of the nineteenth item has a value > 0.3 assessment instrument that can be said to have good content validity, Results of reliability of the instrument based on the agreement of experts showed of 0.89 indicates that the reliability of the instrument currency has a high level of reliability. The results of the KMO test instruments in the field shows the value an increase of 0.723, so the item can be analyzed further instruments. The charge factor nineteenth grain has a value above the criteria, can be said to be whole grain. Factors that formed totaled six factors and are given the appropriate naming characteristics dimensions, namely the use of skills, skills placement, the attitude of the drawing, a skill preparation tools, presentation and drawing skills. Results of reliability in testing instrument field generated drawing instrument performance assessment techniques developed pieces that have a high level of reliability. The results showed performance assessment instrument drawing techniques IT developed-based section of valid and reliability.
