Abstract

Implikasi: Penerapan e-Katalog efektif meningkatkan kinerja pengadaan pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of understanding supply chain management and the green economy on the business continuity of MSMEs in Buleleng Regency. Research methods: This study employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling. The sample of 57 business actors was selected. Based on the questionnaire results, Supply Chain Management and the Green Economy do not have a significant effect on MSMEs' Business Continuity in Buleleng Regency. Results and discussion: Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses established by individuals or other legal entities to meet consumer needs. When running a business, they should understand aspects of Supply Chain Management and the Green Economy as indicators of quality entrepreneurial readiness. This condition is driven by MSMEs' continued orientation toward short-term sustainability, limited adoption of formal SCM, and the absence of economic incentives and market pressures that encourage the actual implementation of the green economy. High-quality entrepreneurs gain a competitive advantage by implementing SCM effectively and in an organized manner, while not forgetting environmental stewardship. Implication: This study provides strategic recommendations for MSME actors and stakeholders to improve MSME Business Continuity by strengthening managerial understanding and business sustainability.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze electric coffee cart innovation in Bali as a micro-enterprise model that integrated mobility, operational efficiency, and social media-based marketing within the context of increasing price sensitivity and shifting consumer behavior. Research methods: The research adopted a qualitative descriptive approach using a comparative case study in Denpasar City and Gianyar Regency. It relied on secondary data derived from media reports, digital content, and a synthesis of domestic mobile coffee studies alongside recent international literature on food trucks, street food consumption, and electric micromobility. Results and discussion: The findings identified six key drivers of purchase decisions, perceived price fairness resulting from lower cost structures, location-based convenience, product quality and menu variety comparable to coffee shops, eco-friendly innovation image, digital exposure through TikTok and Instagram, and operational consistency supported by centralized production systems. Implication: The study contributed by proposing a Stimulus–Organism–Response framework that integrated technological innovation, consumer perception, and competitive dynamics, offering managerial insights and policy implications for MSMEs in tourism-driven public spaces.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to examine the implementation of green practices affects guest satisfaction and revisit intention at Hotel Komune and Beach Club Bali. Research methods: The study employed a quantitative research method using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the relationship between green practices, guest satisfaction, and revisit intention. Additionally, a qualitative method was used to support the quantitative findings through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with hotel management to gain insights into the practical application and perception of green practices at the hotel. Results and discussion: Green practices have a positive and significant influence on both guest satisfaction and revisit intention. Guest satisfaction also has a significant effect on revisit intention, and it acts as a mediating variable between green practices and revisit intention. The sub variables: green action, green food, and green donation are all well-implemented, but areas like waste bin availability and environmentally friendly food product usage require further improvement. Guest who are satisfied with the hotel’s sustainable practices are more likely to return and recommend the hotel to others. Implication: This study suggests that implementing green practices not only supports environmental sustainability but also serves as an effective business strategy for increasing guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the development of Sadhu Lima Villa in Pererenan, North Kuta, Badung, Bali, and designs a villa development model applicable to similar boutique property projects. Research methods: A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing observation, semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders (investor, architect, contractor, and villa manager), focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis. The POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) framework served as the analytical lens to evaluate the managerial process. Results and discussion: Sadhu Lima Villa was developed with a strong emphasis on tropical-modern architecture, eco-conscious design, and market-oriented strategies. Financial feasibility analysis confirmed its profitability, with a positive Net Present Value (NPV), a payback period of less than four years, and an annual Return on Investment (ROI) exceeding 50%. Furthermore, a comprehensive development model was designed, comprising three key components: design, finance, and sustainability. Implication: The study contributes to applied tourism business planning by providing insights into the creation of small-scale accommodation projects equipped with systematic business models.
