Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Pengelolaan UKS di MTsN 1 Palangka Raya. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus, sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: Kepala Sekolah, Ketua Pengelola UKS, dan Anggota Tim Pengelola UKS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan UKS dilakukan melalui tahapan: penentuan tim pelaksana, penyusunan rencana kegiatan tahunan, penyusunan rencana kerja yang mengacu pada program UKS, dan penyusunan anggaran; (2) Pelaksanaan UKS secara umum telah terlaksana dengan baik walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa hal yang belum optimal; (3) Pengawasan UKS dilakukan pihak sekolah bekerjasama dengan stakeholder sekolah; dan (4) Faktor pendukung meliputi: komitmen warga sekolah, dukungan dari stakeholder sekolah, dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana UKS yang standar; Sedangkan faktor kendala yang dihadapi adalah terkait dengan masih ditemukannya perilaku dari sebagian siswa yang kurang disiplin dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Abstract: This study aims to describe the UKS Management at MTsN 1 Palangka Raya. Through a qualitative approach with a case study design, the data sources in this study consisted of: Principal, the Head of the UKS Management, and the members of the UKS Team Management. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis goes through the stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validation of data using source triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) UKS planning is carried out through the following stages: determination of the implementing team, preparation of annual activity plans, preparation of work plans that refer to the UKS program, and budgeting; (2) The implementation of UKS in general has been carried out well, although in its implementation there are still some things that are not optimal; (3) UKS supervision is carried out by the school in collaboration with school stakeholders; and (4) supporting factors include: commitment from school residents, support from school stakeholders, and the availability of standard UKS facilities and infrastructure; While the constraint factors faced are related to the behavior of some students who are not disciplined in maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Perpustakaan Sekolah Terakreditasi. Penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus ini dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Melalui teknik purposive sampling ditetapkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Perpustakaan, Tenaga Perpustakaan, Tenaga Administrasi Perpustakaan dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah yang dikelola dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang baik, mampu menjadikan perpustakaan sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya sebagai sekolah pertama di Kota Palangka Raya yang berhasil meraih akreditasi tingkat nasional serta berbagai raihan prestasi di tingkat provinsi maupun nasional. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Accredited School Library Management. This qualitative research with a case study design was carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Through purposive sampling technique, the data sources in this study were determined, including: Principals, Heads of Libraries, Library Staff, Library Administration Staff and Students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validation of data using source triangulation technique. The results showed that the school library, which was managed by implementing good management functions, was able to make the Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya high school library the first school in Palangka Raya City to achieve national level accreditation and various achievements at the provincial and national levels.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Manajemen Ekstrakurikuler PMR. Penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus ini dilaksanakan diMTsN 1 Palangka Raya. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kesiswaan, Guru Pembina, Ketua dan Pengurus PMR. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan member check.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen  Ekstrakurikuler PMR di MTsN 1 Palangka Raya yang dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, yaitu: Perencanaan ekstrakurikuler PMR, Pengorganisasian ekstrakurikuler PMR, Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler PMR,  dan Evaluasi ekstrakurikuler PMR, efektif menjadi sarana untuk menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kebaikan bagi siswa; Selain itu pula sebagai media pembinaan yang dapat menyokong perkembangan kemampuan, minat dan bakat peserta didik serta menjadi bekal bagi kemajuan bidang Kepalangmerahan peserta didik di masa mendatang. Abstract: This study aims to describe PMR Extracurricular Management. This qualitative research with a case study design was carried out at MTsN 1 Palangka Raya. Sources of data in this study, including: Principal, Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, Guiding Teachers, Chair and Management of PMR. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis goes through the stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validation of data using source triangulation and member check techniques. The results showed that PMR Extracurricular Management at MTsN 1 Palangka Raya which was carried out by implementing management functions, namely: PMR extracurricular planning, PMR extracurricular organization, PMR extracurricular implementation, and PMR extracurricular evaluation, effectively became a means to foster good values for the community. student; Besides that, it is also a coaching medium that can support the development of students' abilities, interests and talents as well as become a provision for the progress of the student's Red Cross field in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Bengkel Sekolah di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Ketua Program Keahlian, Kepala Bengkel, Instruktur, dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen bengkel sekolah yang dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan mendasarkan pada tahapan dalam pengelolaan sarana prasarana yang standar, mampu menjadikan unit bengkel sekolah sebagai sarana penunjang efektivitas pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Abstract: This study aims to describe School Workshop Management at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data include: Principal, Head of Expertise Program, Head of Workshop, Instructor, and Students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis through: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation and member check techniques. The results showed that the school workshop management which was carried out properly by basing on the stages in the management of standard infrastructure facilities, was able to make the school workshop unit a means of supporting the effectiveness of achieving school goals.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Program IMTAQ sebagai Ppenguatan Pendidikan Karakter Siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui: observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Koordinator Program IMTAQ, serta Guru dan Siswa. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program IMTAQ telah terlaksana dan terorganisir dengan baik, mulai dari perencanaan program IMTAQ yang dilaksanakan secara terjadwal setiap awal tahun pelajaran; kemudian, dilakukan penetapan SK serta struktur organisasi koordinator program IMTAQ beserta anggotanya. Proses pengawasan dilakukan langsung oleh Kepala Sekolah yang berkoordinasi dengan koordinator program IMTAQ. Terkait dengan hambatan dalam manajemen program IMTAQ, secara keseluruhan dapat diatasi oleh pihak pengelola program IMTAQ dan sekolah; serta dampak dari adanya program IMTAQ di sekolah yakni memberikan perubahan yang signifikan bagi siswa terutama dalam sikap siswa yang menjadi lebih baik. Abstract: This study aims to describe IMTAQ Program Management as Strengthening Student Character Education. This research is a qualitative research. Collecting data through: observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data sources include: Principals, IMTAQ Program Coordinators, and Teachers and Students. Data analysis went through the stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of the IMTAQ program had been implemented and well organized, starting from the planning of the IMTAQ program which was carried out on a scheduled basis at the beginning of the school year; then, the decision was made and the organizational structure of the IMTAQ program coordinator and its members was determined. The supervision process is carried out directly by the Principal in coordination with the IMTAQ program coordinator. Regarding the obstacles in the management of the IMTAQ program, overall IMTAQ program managers and schools can overcome them; and the impact of the IMTAQ program in schools, namely providing significant changes for students, especially in students' attitudes for the better.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hakadohop adalah istilah dalam Bahasa Dayak Ngaju yang berarti tolong menolong, sebagai salah satu nilai budaya yang meyakini dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat setiap orang saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang fenomena pembinaan guru berbasis hakadohop dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mengajar pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di sekolah-sekolah yang berada pada Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Kahayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif dari Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Pengecekan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi dan member checks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan guru berbasis hakadohop pada era new normal sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari mekanisme pembinaan guru berbasis hakadohop yang sudah memberikan dampak positif dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru secara daring. Dukungan pihak sekolah serta pelibatan orangtua dalam mendampingi proses belajar anak dari rumah menjadi faktor penunjang kelancaran pembelajaran daring; namun demikian tidak dapat dipungkiri permasalahan jaringan internet masih menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring tersebut. Abstract: Hakadohop is a term in the Ngaju Dayak language which means help, as one of the cultural values that believes in social life everyone needs each other. This study aims to describe the phenomenon of Hakadohop-based teacher development in improving teaching profesional competence during the Covid 19 pandemic in schools located in the DAS Kahayan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used interactive patterns from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Checking the credibility of the data is done by triangulation and member checks. The results of the study indicate that the development of Hakadohop-based teachers in the new normal era has been going quite well. This can be seen from the Hakadohop- based teacher development mechanism which has had a positive impact on the online learning process by teachers. The support of the school and the involvement of parents in assisting the child's learning process from home are factors that support the smoothness of online learning; However, it is undeniable that internet network problems are still an obstacle in the implementation of online learning.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan pusat dan daerah. Namun, penyelenggaraan pendidikan tak mudah mencapai keberhasilan tanpa melalui inovasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tingginya angka putus sekolah per daerah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian untuk mengetahui model inovasi pendidikan melalui penguatan masyarakat untuk pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan. Metode studi pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui teknik studi dokumenter kemudian data dianalisis melalui teknik analisis isi dan pengabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi untuk menarik kesimpulan sebagaimana karakteristik penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian menemukan 2 (dua) model inovasi pendidikan untuk penguatan penguatan peran masyarakat, yaitu: (1) model inovasi kelas perahu, dan (2) model inovasi kelas lapas (lembaga pembinaan khusus anak); terdiri dari dimensi inisiatif, tujuan, penerapan, manfaat, dampak dan diseminasi telah berhasil mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan, menekan angka putus sekolah untuk pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan; kemudian inovasi lanjutan masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan melalui pendidikan jarak jauh dan blended-learning dengan protokol kesehatan. Abstract: Education is a government affair that is under the authority of the central and regional governments. However, the implementation of education is not easy to achieve success without going through innovations to overcome the problem of the high dropout rate per region. Therefore, a study is needed to find out the model of educational innovation through community strengthening for equal distribution of educational opportunities. The literature study method was used to collect data through documentary study techniques and then the data were analyzed through content analysis techniques and data validation through triangulation techniques to draw conclusions as characteristic of qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study found 2 (two) educational innovation models to strengthen community roles, namely: (1) boat class innovation model, and (2) prison class innovation model (special child development institutions); consisting of the dimensions of initiative, purpose, implementation, benefits, impact and dissemination have succeeded in overcoming educational problems, reducing dropout rates for equal distribution of educational opportunities; Then further innovation during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out through distance education and blended-learning with health protocols.
