Abstract

A Muslim is required to have adab or morals in everyday life. The author believes and realizes that the teachings of Islam are so extraordinary, that the whole joints of life are arranged in such a way for the sake of harmony, continuity and order of human life. The various rules become bridges, things, norms, which must be followed by every adherent, so that life in this world can run well. Adab or ethics include various things, ranging from waking up to going to sleep, there is association in society, being a citizen, being a child, husband, or wife, including adab on the way, everything is arranged properly and detailed. This article tries to photograph a little of the various rules of life, so that it can be understood for the better. All objects of the discussion in order to provide guidance or reference for the community to create harmony, order, and mutual benefit in the family, school, community, in places of worship, on the streets, and the nation. This screenwriting uses library research methods in an effort to find out in more detail about the important role of morals in the formation of a person's character in general. The results of research obtained by humans are social creatures that have a relationship between each other interdependent and needy. A person will feel comfortable when living with similar creatures and will feel lonely when living alone. Therefore, one must have a good temperament in order to realize good survival in the midst of society

Abstract

The Dili Court is the venue for processing international criminal cases regarding the humanitarian conflict in the tragedy of Timor Leste or East Timor in 1999, which was initiated by the issue of the Indonesian state border with the territory of East Timor which became the main trigger of political aggregates and military aggression which involved many of the indigenous people of East Timor. who are victims. In this study, the author will discuss the analysis of international criminal law related to the humanitarian conflict in East Timor by the Dili court. In his research, the author discusses the history of the establishment of the Dili Court, legal analysis related to the international criminal settlement scheme by the Dili court, as well as the difficulties and obstacles faced by the Dili court to process serious crimes in 1999. Based on the research, the author concludes that law enforcement in serious crimes In Dili, it is considered very difficult to enforce because of the inequality of exclusive authority from both parties, on the one hand, the existence of East Timor which is still politically and economically dependent on the Indonesian state, resulting in this criminal lawsuit to a dead end. On the other hand, the granting of authority is misused for personal interests, which in a militant scheme, the Indonesian military may have been used as an instrument by certain elite figures which resulted in violent upheaval and massacres could occur

Abstract

Information technology support can improve the company's capabilities in added value creation, the best quality of service and efficient and effective implementation of the company's operations. Therefore, structured information technology governance ranging from planning to supervision so that the existence of information technology is able to support the company's success in achieving its business goals and ensure efficiency, cost reduction and increased control over Information Technology investment. PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk has implemented information technology governance and has conducted an audit using the CobIT framework. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Technology Governance in PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk is seen in the Framework of CobIT with qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. This research was conducted by observation and by conducting open interviews to related parties in the BE, IT / IS and MS. Secondary data in the form of CobIT mapping results ranging from business objectives to IT processes from the BE, IT / IS and MS divisions then continued by the author by conducting an AUDIT of IT processing to obtain primary data. The results showed that there were still 6 (six) weaknesses that had not been done by the BE, IT / IS and MS divisions in IT Process PO2, PO5, PO8, PO9, PO10 and DS6 and given several recommendations for improvement

Abstract

The role of a notary is needed by the community in daily life in order to create certainty, discipline, and legal protection. In carrying out his duties and occupations, a notary must follow or obey the rules stated in the UUJN. However, there are some shortcomings found in the UUJN, one of the shortcomings is the procedures that must be carried out by a notary who is appointed as a state official. The shortcoming intended is the presence of a different understanding between the rules for dismissal for notaries who hold concurrent positions as state officials, namely Article 3 letter g juncto with Article 8 section (1) letter e and Article 17 section (1) letter d juncto with Article 17 section (2) letter c with articles that require leave for notaries who are appointed as state officials, namely Article 11 section (1) and Article 25 section (3) and Article 32 section (1) of the UUJN. Different understandings between articles in UUJN lead to concurrent positions between notary positions and state officials. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to know the meaning of the words resign and leave according to UUJN for notaries who are appointed as state officials, besides that knowing about the provisions for notaries who are appointed as state officials whether they can regain their position as notary. And it is also necessary to reevaluate the articles in UUJN related to future regulations for notaries who are appointed as state officials. In this paper, the type of empirical juridical research is used, which is not only guided by the scientific method but also by examining the real condition in the field, especially in the provisions for notaries who are appointed as state officials. The results of the research in this paper, namely based on the meaning of the words stop and leave for a notary who is appointed as a state official according to UUJN does not make a difference, a notary who is on leave because he is appointed as a state official can return to being a notary when his term of office is over but if he does not take leave procedures and is considered to have concurrent positions, it is not necessarily possible to become a notary again even though the term of office as a state official has ended, in the future two concepts should be given, namely applying leave without a substitute notary or the dismissal of a notary from his position when he prefers to become a state official

Abstract

Indonesian citizens are obligated by law to participate in the JKN program via BPJS. The issue that develops is the intense competition for capitations among FKTPs, particularly private clinics. Imam Bonjol Clinic is one of Kediri City's private FKTP clinics. The threats and challenges include an unstable number of capitations, the emergence of new clinics, an often changing BPJS system, a budget that is increasingly in deficit, and frequent delays in the disbursement of capitation and non-capitation funds for BPJS. Carry out appropriate and effective clinical service management measures in response to these problems and threats. This method of research employed a qualitative descriptive approach to reflect a picture of a situation at a certain point in time. Purposive Sampling data collection methods included observation, document review, in-depth interviews with 17 respondents using semi-structured questions, and triangulation technically, time, and sources (3 sources included the Chairman of the Foundation, the Responsible Clinic, and BPJS employees). The results showed that the Internal Environment (Clinical Policy, Clinical Marketing Factors, Clinical Production Factors, Human Resources, Clinical Financial Factors, Service Management, Facilities and Infrastructure) and the External Environment influenced the implementation of Imam Bonjol’s clinical service management strategy in facing competition between FKTPs (Clinics, BPJS, Patients, Competitors, Nearby Communities). The most appropriate service management strategy for Imam Bonjol Clinic is the SO (Strength – Opportunities) strategy, which is a growth-oriented strategy that leverages the company’s existing opportunities and internal strengths via the Delphi method. Several marketing program recommendations for Imam Bonjol Clinic are expected to result from this strategy can improve health services in order to compete with FKTPs in the JKN era

Abstract

This study aims to describe the problems that exist on the CV. Naya Muda Konstruksi, where the development ofa service business in the field of construction and construction servicesimprovement, becomes an opportunity for small companies for sub-sectoral jobs. Take advantage of opportunities to reach consumers, creating competition between similar development and improvement service companies. This also makes every company must innovate a creative marketing strategy in selling services offered to target targets. CV. Naya Muda Konstruksi is one of the service companies, which was established in 2010 and is engaged in construction services and construction services improvement. Kendala that often occurs is when the schedule of work on the completed project is not on time. In these circumstances,the need forleadership direction, company motivation and good work discipline between fields of work in CV. Naya Muda Konstruksi so that it can follow up employee performance as soon as possible so as not to cause disappointment from consumers. Abstract

Interpersonal communication is communication between two or more people, face-to-face. The delivery of this message through words, gestures, and facial expressions. The aim of this research is to find out Group Role-Playing Guidance can improve students' interpersonal communication. This research is a type of quantitative research using pre-experimental research design methods using one group pre-test-post-test design. In this study has two variables that consist of bound variables or variables X (Interpersonal Communication) and also free variables or variables Y (Role Playing group guidance). The population in this study was high school students. The sample in the study was 5 students who had the lowest interpersonal communication scores. For this study using the Wilcoxon test assisted by SPSS for windows version 24.0. It can be concluded in this study that Ha is accepted. Abstract

This Study analyzed the government obligation for the rights of medical service reward for internship doctor at wahana internsip. The aim of this research is to know the status of an internship doctor in accordance with statutory regulations, as well as the government's responsibility for medical service reward of an internship doctor at wahana internsip. The absence of laws and regulations that regulate the rights of an internship doctor regarding compensation or reward for services from medical services performed at wahana internsip or a place where the internship doctor is in charge of providing health services. The approachment method of this research is statutory, conceptual, and comparative. The collecting method for legal materials is done by editing, classifying, and organizing. The data analysis was done qualitively. The result of this study is the status of internship doctor is a doctor that already has competencies as a medical practitioner that has been approved by Indonesian Doctor Colegium (KDI), and the intern has full responsibility for medical service at the internship place. Abstract

The company will conduct profit management with the aim to meet its personal interests and sometimes there is a relationship between the agent and the company so that the agent will participate in profit manipulation so that investors want to invest in the company and for investors who use the services of agents, if they fully trust the agent then the investor will want to invest in the company suggested by the agent, But with a high enough profit, investors will ask for a greater rate of return than usual. Therefore, management certainly chooses to beautify financial statements by maintaining their profits while investors want a large dividend from the company so that this difference in interest triggers profit management practices. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of profit management and information asymptomatic on the cost of equity. This quantitative research uses secondary data and with sampling methods in the form of purposive sampling obtained by 100 consumer goods companies registered with the IDX from 2015-2019 as samples. Processing data analysis using SPSS software version 23. The results showed that profit management and information asymmetry partially had no significant effect on the cost of equity. Likewise, it also jointly shows that profit management and information asymmetry have no significant effect on the cost of equity

Abstract

According to Law no. 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, Tourism is a variety of tourist activities and is supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, businessmen, government and local governments. One of the tourism areas that Indonesia has is Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism. During the current pandemic, the level of tourism visits in Indonesia, especially in the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah tour, has decreased quite significantly. This study aims to determine how the economic impact on the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism Object, to know the comparison of the income of traders before and after the New Normal Era at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism Object, and to find out who is affected by the economy at the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism Object. The method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach (Mix Method). Quantitative data were obtained through questionnaires and qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews using interview guides and field observations. Techniques in determining research respondents using cluster accidental sampling. The results showed that most of the employees and traders in the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah tour experienced an economic decline.
