Abstract

The spread of the corona virus covid-19 (Covid-19) throughout the world which causes a high death toll has forced the government to take steps to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus more broadly, so that a Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy was issued. broad impact for all groups, such as restrictions on business activities, as a result a number of companies experienced a decrease in production output and a decrease in income, but on the other hand expenses were increasing apart from operational costs as well as unexpected costs in the form of costs for implementing health protocols such as purchasing masks, hand soap and alcohol (hand sanitizer). So that the company faces the dilemma of having to fulfill its obligations to the workforce but on the other hand must maintain its business so as not to close, then a number of policies in the field of manpower are taken in the form of implementing wage cuts and layoffs. The Constitution protects the rights of workers as outlined in the Manpower Act. The research problem is whether companies affected by the implementation of the PSBB can cut wages and/or lay off their workers? And how is the legal protection? The qualitative research method, with the approach it uses is juridical normative, looking for problems raised from reading materials sourced from library studies. The result of the research is that the deduction of workers' wages because the company loses money due to the implementation of the PSBB is not based on law and causes industrial relations disputes, namely rights disputes. Regarding layoffs, there are humanitarian issues that must be prioritized according to a very clear order contained in Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, which states that the government and employers with all efforts must as much as possible avoid the occurrence of layoffs. Suggestions are that companies and workers communicate in order to maintain harmonious working relations, and follow the steps determined by SE-907/MEN/PHIPPHI/X/2004 and the Constitutional Court's Decision No. 19/PUU-IX/2011 before doing layoffs. Also, the government and the company provide entrepreneurship training prior to layoffs

Abstract

This study discusses the quality of service on visitor satisfaction at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. In this study there are two indicators, service quality as the independent variable and visitor satisfaction as the dependent variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative type in order to determine the quality of service to visitor satisfaction by using primary data, observations, questionnaires and literature review to complete this research. Based on the results of this study, the quality of service consisting of tangible, empathy, responsiveness, responsibility, and assurance has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction, namely the influence of service quality on visitor satisfaction with the known t value of 21,214 > t table 1,664, so it can be concluded that the value of Service Quality (X) affects the Visitor Satisfaction variable (Y)

Abstract

The development of industries engaged in personal care is increasing rapidly. This is how we see from the level of demand for dating treatment is increasing. Anti-aging products, one of which is Pond's Age Miracle is one of the products sought by especially women where this product is one of the number one anti-aging products in Indonesia where it always innovates its products. The purpose of this study was to test the influence of factors such as product quality, price, and promotion of purchase decisions with brand image as variable moderating in Pond's Age Miracle products. This study was obtained through filling out questionnaires with a sample of 12o respondents with purposive sampling criteria, and then tested to measure consumer perception through the SEM model with PLS. Test results from this study showed that purchasing decisions were significantly influenced by product quality and price factors but not by promotion. In addition, the results also showed that brand image was able to moderate the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on Pond's Age Miracle product purchase decisions

Abstract

This study describes the important role of the case title process in the settlement of criminal cases, especially in the police, to find out the case title process carried out by investigators in uncovering criminal cases to the process of stopping investigations and to find out the obstacles experienced by investigators in carrying out case titles. Then also to find out what are the legal consequences in the case of a legally flawed case, whether in the end it can be pre-trial. The research method used is a type of normative legal research conducted by reviewing library materials or secondary materials. Normative research aims at systematizing, correcting and clarifying the applicable legal rules in certain legal fields by conducting an analysis of authoritative texts that include primary and secondary legal materials as well as ensuring consistent and consistent law. The data source consists of primary data, namely the results of interviews and then analyzed. The primary legal material used is related to the investigation of criminal acts by the police, namely Law no. 8 of 1981 the Criminal Procedure Code, the Chief of Police Regulation, and the Criminal Procedure Code. The results of the study indicate that the case title is carried out to provide legal status for handling cases, so that the settlement process does not experience errors in decision making, which will affect the process of handling criminal cases. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of case titles are the time that is not possible if all criminal cases are carried out with a Case Title, the costs are quite high while the budget is inadequate, the number of investigators in the police is not sufficient, the author's suggestion is that the rules regarding the title of cases in the police are made in detail in the Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract

Social media is often used as a means to share information that benefits many people, from one person to many others. By sharing this information, it is expected that many people who know about the information, both on a national and international scale. This study aims to analyze the effect of activity, profitability and firm size on Financial Distress. This study uses data from the company property sector, real estate and building construction are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2017-2019, with a total sample of 60 companies. Sampling in this study using a purposive sampling method. This research uses quantitative methods with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS 25 application. The result of this research is that activity and company size variables have no influence on Financial Distress, but Profitability variable has an influence on Financial Distress

Abstract

Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering (hereinafter referred to as the “AML Law”) does not specifically regulate assets (assets) resulting from money laundering. where victims must submit to court decisions that have permanent legal force. In the case of PT. First Karya Wisata (FIRST TRAVEL) as stated in Supreme Court Decision No: 3096K/PID.SUS/2018 Jo. 195/PID/2018/PT.BDG Jo. 83/PID.B/2018/PN.DPK), the background of the writing is because there were 63,310 prospective Umrah pilgrims who were not dispatched by the convicts as FIRST TRAVEL, with an Umrah package worth Rp. 14.300.000 and therefore the author intends to analyze the qualifications of the criminal acts of the convicts and the execution of the confiscation of the proceeds of the crime of money laundering offences. The author uses normative research methods. The data used is secondary data supported by primary data, secondary data obtained from library materials. The type of approach used is the law and case approach. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it is known that criminal acts committed by the convicts can be qualified as criminal acts of fraud, embezzlement and money laundering. Where in the decision of the Supreme Court Number: 3096K/PID.SUS/2018 Jo. 195/PID/2018/PT.BDG Jo. 83/PID.B/2018/PN.DPK which has permanent legal force, assets are confiscated by the state, causing injustice to the victims of prospective Umrah pilgrims considering that the proceeds of the crime were obtained from the personal property of the victims so that in fact the state did not suffer losses, in In this case, the author argues that with the current progress of social media, victims can make petitions on social media so that there is a new way of returning assets from money laundering offences for victims

Abstract

Flood is a common problem that occurs in parts of Indonesia. The Musi River and nineteen drainage systems in the city of Palembang that serve different cathment area units contribute to flood disasters each year. The effect of maximum discharge on the level of flood vulnerability is the continuation factor of land use results and (1) rainfall in addition to (2) tides that usually occur periodically on the Musi river. At high water velocities, it is fast and the amount of water is small, resulting in a high flow of water so that the flow is very heavy and has a destructive impact. The old paradigm for the construction of drainage channels or subdas was to channel water runoff to the nearest canal / water body so that it canreach the downstream faster. This paradigm is no longer suitable with current conditions where the flow of flowing water must be held longer by being infiltrated into the ground through water catchment areas such as infiltration wells, retention ponds, reservoirs and so on so that water does not immediately reach the downstream to maintain water supplies. The drainage system of Palembang City follows the natural drainage system pattern, because the drainage system is the main drain of the existing drainage zone, while the distribution of the drainage loading area is adjusted to the direction of the existing drainage flow (ESP-USAID, 2009). Drainage or Musi subdas in several areas in Palembang City which are water catchment areas that have changed their function into residential areas and with untreated drainage systems, narrowing of channels, silting and accumulation of garbage in drainage and puddles due to the capacity of primary drainage being exceeded so that at some time lately there has been frequent inundation and flooding during periodic rains and tides

Abstract

Sustainable development according to Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management (UU PPLH), is development that meets the demands of the present without sacrificing the potential of future generations. Since the enactment of Law No. 40 of 2007, Article 74 paragraph 1, the disclosure of social responsibility is no longer an option but a necessary attitude. The more environmental responsibilities businesses take on, the better their public image. The study aims to examine empirical evidence on whether profitability has an effect on a company's value. Disclosure of social responsibility has an effect on a company's value. Profitability and disclosure of social responsibility simultaneously affect the value of the company. Mass communication media will be able to weaken or actually strengthen the relationship between profitability and corporate value. Mass communication media will be able to strengthen or weaken the relationship between social responsibility and corporate values. The study used secondary data, the annual report of cement companies with a research population of 30 companies. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique. This sample numbered 6 companies, the data analysis method was carried out using simple regression, multiple linear regression analysis and regression analysis of absolute value difference tests. The results showed that profitability partly had a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the company. Corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on the value of the company. Profitability and corporate social responsibility together or simultaneously affect the value of the company. Mass communication media weakens the relationship between profitability and corporate value. Mass communication media weakens a company's social responsibility relationship with corporate values

Abstract

This research is quantitative research, using descriptive analysis method that is supported by data obtained through field research or by direct survey, research that looks at the description of an existing phenomenon, namely collecting data and facts from the object being studied. investigated by distributing questionnaires to respondents at a predetermined research location. The result of the research is that the level of teacher ability through academic supervision using the tsaabita method in learning to read and write Al-Qur'an MI Ma'arif Gedangan, Tuntang sub-district, Semarang district can be seen that students who have a low BTA ability level are 31 students or 28.70%, the level of There are 61 students or 56.48% of medium BTA abilities, and 16 students or 14.81% of high BTA abilities. These results indicate that some of the BTA ability levels of MI Ma'arif Gedangan students are in the medium category. The level of BTA ability of MI Ma'arif Gedangan students based on each question item can be seen that the BTA ability level of MI Ma'arif Gedangan students based on hijaiyah letters is in the medium category, in punctuation (harakat) is in the medium category, based on tajwid (law of reading). ) in the medium category and based on reading and writing the Qur'an in the high category. Abstract

Indonesia's education system underwent a quite drastic change due to the impact of COVID 19's pandemics, learning that had been done face-to-face must turn to online learning at all levels including in primary level. In its implementation there are several important factors that must be considered, so that the online learning education system can run effectively. This research aims to find out the relationship between factors that affect the effectiveness of online learning, namely the establishment of the principal's managerial skills, the contribution of the teacher's work ethic and also the use of learning facilities carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitatively descriptive research method with a case study approach, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research was carried out at Lazuardi Cordova GIS Elementary School, with the research subjects being principals and teachers. Data obtained during the study were analyzed by data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Whereas the validity test of the data is carried out by observing triangulation. The triangulation used in this study is source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of research conducted reinforcing that schools as educational institutions require synergy between various components, each component is interconnected and influences each other to achieve or increase the effectiveness of online learning in elementary school students, where the effectiveness of online learning is largely determined by the management of the principal , teacher and learning media
