Abstract

Marriage in Islam is not merely an ordinary civil relationship or contract, but marriage is the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, and the most suitable medium between Islamic religious guidance and instinctive or biological human needs that contain the meaning and values of worship. In Islamic marriage law, there is a principle known as the principle of selectivity. A person who wants to marry must first select who he can marry and with whom he is forbidden to marry. Even in customary law, it is actually known that there is a prohibition on marriage that is more specific than what is regulated by religion and legislation. In the patrilineal Batak society, men and women of the same clan/descendant are prohibited from marrying, if a Batak man wants to marry, he must look for another woman from another clan. It is not permissible for a woman to marry a woman who is out of Islam, she is not religious because she does not stay in her religion. He is not a Muslim because he is nothing more than an infidel like the Watsaniyah (idol worshipers), because marriage has character and has religious indications. The marriage of a Muslim man with a woman of the People of the Book who does not associate with Allah is permissible, but on the other hand the marriage of a Muslim woman with a man of the People of the Book is prohibited.

Abstract

According to Islamic law, what is meant by marriage is a contract that justifies association and limits rights and obligations as well as mutual assistance between a man and a woman who are not between the two of them. "The purpose of marriage is to form a happy and eternal family, for that husband and wife need to help and complement each other, so that each can develop his personality to help and achieve spiritual and material welfare. stipulated age. Abstract

Traditional institutions in the Acehnese community function as a vehicle for community participation in the administration of government, development, and society. This shows that the traditional institutions of Aceh play a role as executive, legislative and judicial. Based on the above background, the problem in this research is to find out how the mediation process is, how effective the mediation is, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the mediation process at the Customary Court in Sabang City. The method used in this research is the Juridical Empirical approach and data collection is used through interviews, observations and literature studies. The result of this study is that the role of customary institutions in society has its own pattern and approach, which has been recognized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, as an alternative for resolving disputes/conflicts in the community. Studies related to customary institutions have so far discussed the existence of traditional institutions in contemporary times and their position as mediators in resolving conflicts and also as supporters of the implementation of Islamic law. Aceh Qanun No. 9 of 2008 concerning the Guidance of Customary Life and Customs Conflicts related to marriage, domestic violence, inheritance and land ownership can be resolved by customary institutions if there are parties who report, either one of the conflicting parties or both parties who conflicted. The procedure for reporting cases of conflicts/disputes that occur in the community is by reporting to Ule Jurong and some directly to Keuchik. The place for reporting to the Keuchik is not determined because the Acehnese consider the Keuchik not only a formal leader but also an informal leader. So that most cases of conflict disputes that occur in the community are often reported directly to the Keuchik's house instead of the Keuchik's office. and regarding the supporting and inhibiting factors, namely internal and external factors.

Abstract

The problem of political conflict began to occur during the reign of Caliph Ustman bin Affan. Because before this third caliphate political problems were fine because the previous caliphs had extraordinary achievements in the development of Islam. Both in terms of economy, culture, regional expansion, social, religious and other things that we cannot mention one by one. Then the question arises. Is this all the work of Ustman bin Affan. In fact, Uthman bin Affan was a very generous, shy, and even humble person, because behind this he was used by his relatives to occupy all government positions during his caliphate. The political conflict that occurred because Uthman bin Affan gave crucial positions to his relatives. Therefore, there was a rebellion from friends. After the death of Ustman bin Affan, a greater upheaval began. Because the relatives of Uthman bin Affan wanted the next caliph to try Uthman's killer. Abstract

The leadership of Dayah education is a role in efforts related to activities or processes of educating and teaching on the one hand, and on the other hand related to efforts to develop educational knowledge and the implementation of education and teaching, both in traditional and modern integrated Dayah, so that activities the activities carried out can be more effective and efficient in achieving the goals of education, religious and general learning. Educational leadership as an ability and process of influencing, mobilizing, coordinating, and guiding people who have to do with the development of educational science and the implementation of education and teaching. The leadership function of Dayah requires a leader to act as a liaison between Dayah and interested outside parties, conflicts that occur or differences in interests in the Dayah institution require the presence of a leader in solving existing problems, there are five essential leadership functions , namely the function of determining direction, function of spokesperson, function of communicator, function of mediator, and function of integrator. Educational leadership has 10 (ten) qualifications: namely: Fair, Trustworthy, Sincere, Work hard and earnestly. Have high integrity. Have high guts, Assertive, Able to communicate, Honest and open, Patient.

Abstract

In conveying the treatise, the Prophet Muhammad obtained a very valuable guide, namely in the form of basic principles in the method of conveying Islamic teaching material listed in Surah An-Nahl verse 125. This verse contains the principles of preaching (teaching, educating) which consists of Al-Hikmah (wisdom-wisdom sourced from the Qur'an), Maudzah Hasanah (kind words, gentle) and Mujlah (discussion, dialogue if necessary to argue). da'wah, communication, public relations, education and other matters related to human interaction. Education as a part of da'wah, which is to invite people to do good and prevent evil, cannot be separated from the use of some of the principles mentioned above. So that students can gain knowledge and there is a change in behavior that is expected from each process of teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Transactions purchasing goods and services in cyberspace are increasing day by day, this makes the issue of impulse buying increasingly popular in the context of consumer behavior. The phenomenon of purchasing goods and services in cyberspace is something that is commonly done by modern society today, especially in the city of Banda Aceh. One of these marketplaces is Tokopedia, which is an online buying and selling site that provides and serves the needs of consumers in various lines and aspects of life, from household needs to other luxury products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of discount prices, customer value, service quality on impulse buying. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of qualitative research. The research sample of 100 consumers was taken by purposive sampling technique. Based on the research, it is known that the discount factors on consumers' impulse buying have an effect with a contribution of 35.6%. The functional aspect of the customer value factor influences the contribution of the influence of 19.5%. It can be said that discount prices have an effect on impulsive purchases and the frequency of visits has a positive effect on the Tokopedia online site. The limitations of this research are still broad. It is hoped that further research can be more specific regarding the issue of gender and income levels on impulsive buying attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of the education office staff of the East Aceh district. By using descriptive quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that work discipline at the East Aceh district education office had a significant influence on employee performance, this was evidenced from the results of data analysis, namely the level of work discipline was in the good category. Supported by 4 variable indicators, namely obeying the rules of time, obeying organizational rules, obeying behavior at work, obeying other organizational rules. The level of employee performance is in the good category. Supported by 5 variable indicators, namely quality of work, punctuality, initiative, ability, communication. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

Marriage is the deepest, strongest and eternal bond that connects two human children of different sexes. Therefore there must be a unity of heart, must meet in a bond that is not easily separated. If a Muslim is determined to get married and directs his intention to propose to a certain woman, then it is recommended to see the woman before starting his steps to the marriage ladder, so that he can face his marriage clearly and not be deceived. The scholars of the school agree that a new marriage is considered valid if it is carried out with a contract that includes consent and qabul between the proposed woman and the man who proposed to her, and is considered invalid based solely on consensual consent without a contract. The scholars of the school also agree that marriage is valid if it is carried out using the editor of jawwaztu (I marry) or I marry from the proposed party or the person who represents him and the editor of qobiltu (I accept) or radhitu (I agree) from the party who proposes or represents him .Representation is allowed in the contract, so the groom can represent whom he wants and the bride's guardian who holds the marriage contract. In the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 29 paragraph 1 it is stated that those who have the right to say Kabul are the prospective groom personally. In certain cases, the marriage acceptance speech can be represented to another man provided that the prospective groom gives explicit authorization in writing that the acceptance of the representative for the marriage contract is for the groom, but this permission can only be exercised if the prospective bride or guardian does not object. if the groom-to-be is represented. If a person who is going to perform the marriage contract cannot attend, but he still wants to do it, then that person is required to send a messenger or write a letter to a second party to explain that he still wants to perform the contract. Abstract

The problem of moral degradation of children, which is often found in this age of technology and information, can be triggered by various factors, one of which is the quality of children's spiritual education in the family. Admittedly or not, this trend poses a serious risk in efforts to maximize children's spiritual education, considering that the mother's role in children's education is more dominant than the father's role. Specifically so that the quality of children's spiritual education is not disturbed. One of them is implementing good and solid parenting management. With all the limited time, career mothers can implement this education by implementing parenting management through the stages of management functions, such as planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. These efforts are expected to be able to overcome the various negative impacts caused by the limited time mothers work in educating the spiritual aspects of children.
