Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the quality of the daily test items for the even semester of class The sample for this research was students of class X Merdeka 5 at SMA Ipiems Surabaya with 33 students as respondents. This research instrument includes multiple choice questions and answer keys resulting from students' work, then tabulated analysis, validity, reliability, difficulty of questions, and differentiability of question items using the help of Microsoft Excel software. The results of this research show that of the 20 multiple choice questions, 21 students completed the multiple choice questions with a reliability value of r11 0.611, rtable level 1% 0.424, 1% reliable category, and the item difficulty index obtained was a value of 11 items in the medium category, 9 questions in the easy category, and 0 questions in the difficult category.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan modernisasi membawa sejumlah isu yang signifikan bagi dunia pendidikan Islam. Tantangan tersebut melibatkan aspek identitas keagamaan, perubahan nilai-nilai tradisional, pengaruh budaya luar, dan integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini sangat jelas dan terfokus pada pemahaman dan penanganan isu-isu keberagamaan yang dihadapi oleh dunia pendidikan Islam dalam konteks globalisasi dan modernisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka, yang melibatkan eksplorasi dan analisis lebih lanjut terhadap data yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang isu-isu keberagamaan yang dihadapi oleh dunia pendidikan Islam dalam konteks globalisasi dan modernisasi. Identifikasi isu-isu seperti perubahan identitas keagamaan, perubahan nilai-nilai tradisional, pengaruh budaya luar, dan integrasi teknologi memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan pendidikan Islam. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini dapat membantu lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk mengatasi tantangan zaman, memperkuat landasan karakter dan moralitas umat Muslim, serta menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This research discusses the voting behavior of the people of Klaten in the 2020 local election in relation to the victory of the pair Sri Mulyani and Yoga Hardaya (MULYO). The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing voters in casting their votes for Sri Mulyani and Yoga Hardaya in the 2020 Klaten regional head election. The focus of this research was conducted in the Trucuk District as it has the largest Permanent Voter List (DPT) in Klaten. This study uses a mixed, quantitative-qualitative method. The quantitative approach was conducted with a survey research method on 397 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. As for the qualitative approach, the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with several informants encountered. The results show that the voting behavior of the Klaten community is influenced by some factors, such as; Sociological, Psychological, Rational Choice, thus leading to the victory of the MULYO pair. The psychological factor becomes the dominant factor in determining choice by considering the prominence and party identification towards PDIP with a coefficient of 0.029. Meanwhile, the rational choice factor has a small influence on the selection of the regent candidate.

Abstract

The waste problem is a common phenomenon in many countries. Uncontrolled waste accumulation can damage the beauty of the city, disrupt public health, cause disasters such as floods, water pollution, air pollution and so on. Various models of waste management have been carried out by several parties to reduce waste problems, one of which is through the Garbage Bank. This research was conducted at the Bersinar Waste Bank, Bandung and was qualitative in nature using the Exploratory Research method and Snowball Sampling interview method with the leadership, employees and customers of the Bersinar Waste Bank, as key informants. Using the 7P Marketing Strategy concept (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) with marketing planning using STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) by Philip Kotler and Keller (2016) and making a SWOT analysis to choose the implementation of performance strategies proper marketing. The results of the research show that the strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors containing opportunities and threats in terms of management aspects and marketing aspects can be known precisely, what strategies will be taken in the marketing process and performance to increase the number of customers and sales volume at Bank Sampah Bersinar using the SWOT Matrix. Companies design policies based on weakness-opportunity (WO) strategy, strength-opportunity (SO) strategy, strength-threat (ST) strategy and weakness-threat (WT) strategy. Providing intensive counseling to customers, in sorting waste so that it has high value, taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming existing threats such as the need to recruit all scavengers around the waste bank to become customers at the Bersinar Waste Bank.

Abstract

Customers' shopping behavior since the Covid-19 pandemic have changed due to post-covid social restriction in Indonesia. This research study behavior patterns to find out consumer shopping trends in Indonesia after Post-Covid policy as a reference for market players to grow business in online or offline stores based on drivers (UTAUT 2, herd behavior) dan barriers perspectives. The sample in this study was 487 respondents from the population of Indonesia, and sampling technique used in this research is Probability Sampling. The data was carried out by collecting questionnaires containing 51 items related to the variables in this study. The results show that Performance Expectancy, Habit, Imitating Others have a positive effect on E-commerce Intentions Variables and the Technology Fear factors has a negative effect towards Ecommerce Intention. In addition, the Privacy Risk Variable have a positive impact on the Physical Shop Intention Variable, while hedonic motivation factor has a negative impact on Physical Shop Intention. The result would have contribution for business owners to have more understanding on Indonesian market in order to develop business in e-commerce and physical stores.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test whether accounting conservatism and company size affect bond ratings in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The sample in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and ranked by PT PEFINDO as many as 21 companies. Data collection techniques in this study are observation data, literature books, journals and articles. The data analysis used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accounting conservatism has no effect while company size affects the bond rating of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Corruption is a serious threat to the integrity and effectiveness of law enforcement institutions, including district courts. In this context, this article aims to examine the journey of anti-corruption reform in district court institutions, with a focus on efforts to improve internal integrity and reduce corrupt practices involving district court personnel. This research aims to track the development and efforts of anti-corruption reform within the district courts, as well as identifying the factors that influence the success or failure of these reforms. This article is descriptive research using qualitative methods. The main data sources are interviews with district court officials and related stakeholders. In his role as a judge at the Rangkasbitung Class II District Court, integrity and fairness in the judicial system are highly upheld, especially amidst the rise of unscrupulous individuals and mafias in the judiciary. The Supreme Court's big mission is to create a great judiciary through accreditation programs, integrity zones, and efforts to fight corruption. Crime involves various elements, from investigation to trial. The accelerated case resolution program and transparent public services are innovations of the Supreme Court. In an era of uncertainty and public distrust of law enforcement, justice becomes subjective and cannot always meet the expectations of all parties. Improving quality and accelerating case resolution is the focus, while ensuring quality decisions. A quality court representative is important and something to be proud of. Justice remains relative and cannot be measured consistently for each individual.

Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya jumlah kafe di Yogyakarta, proses pengambilan keputusan bagi mahasiswa dalam memilih kafe yang paling sesuai telah menjadi lebih kompleks. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa Yogyakarta dalam memilih kafe secara efektif. Studi ini menggunakan Metode Weighted Product untuk mengevaluasi berbagai kriteria seperti jarak, harga menu, luas parkiran, suasana, dan kecepatan wifi. Pengumpulan data melalai observasi dan interview. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan teknologi, khususnya aplikasi yang ramah pengguna yang dikembangkan bekerja sama dengan Microsoft Excel. Hasil dari Metode Weighted Product menawarkan penilaian kuantitatif, merangking café berdasarkan keseluruhan kesesuaian dengan preferensi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan proses pengambilan keputusan bagi mahasiswa yang mencari pengalaman café yang optimal di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini memberikan alat praktis bagi pengguna untuk menjelajahi berbagai pilihan kafe yang tersedia, dengan tujuan akhir memfasilitasi proses pemilihan yang lebih terinformasi dan memuaskan.

Abstract

Jarimatics is a simple and fun way of teaching children basic computation according to the principle: start by correctly understanding first the concepts of numbers, number symbols, and basic counting operations, then teaching how to count with the fingers of the hand. The low ability and desire of students in counting on mathematical subjects makes the method of JARIMATIKA suitable introduced to students SDN 02 Pasar Keong as a solution in completion of mathematics as well as improving the ability to count on Operation KABATAKU. The method of implementation performed by the Community Devotion Team is divided into 3 sessions namely: 1) delivery of material about jarimatika method and Operation count using such method, 2) ice breaking in order to arouse the spirit of students during the activity, 3) Applying the material that has been given with the use of staircase snake tools. Thus the student's ability to calculate improved and better than before taught the Jarimatic Method and the student considered counting a pleasant thing.

Abstract

Music merupakan segalannya di-era digital sekarang,music dikatalan sebuah inspirasi dalam kehidupan ini, diakatakan juga merupakan media untuk menggunkapkan perasaaan dan pikiran melalui harmoni dan irama-irama yang bermacam-macam dan juga beragam, oleh karena itu dengan dengan banyaknya irama dan harmoni yang tercipta tersebut dalam music mempunyai berbagai unsur salah satunya genre pada music untuk mengkategorikan beberapa music yang harmoni dan iramanya hampir sama dijadikan menjadi satu,dalam era globalisasi ini music sudah bisa diakses dari beragam platform yang ada salah satunya pada platform yang sekarang banyak penggunanya yaitu Spotify,dari platform tersebut diadakan adanyan pengidentifikasi genre music menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN) untuk mengelompokan beberapa lagu yang dijadikan dalam satu genre , pengidentifikasian ini diperuntunkan agar pengguna kedepannya dapat lebih dimudahkan dalam pencarian genre music sesuai genrenya, dan juga guna memberikan kemudahan pada platform spotify dalam mengelompokan serta mengidentifikasi lagu baru kedepannya sesuai genrenya melalui bagian pada lagu seperti acousticness,danceability,energy, dan speechiness.bedasarkan hasil data uji pada penelitian ini, hasil data uji menunjukan bahwa pada metode K-Nearset Neighbor (KNN) pada pengujian K1-K10 diperoleh hasil terbaik yaitu pada K1 dengan nilai akurasi adalah 90%.
