Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and brand trust on customer of Balifiber loyalty in the West Jakarta area. The population in this study used the Slovin sampling technique where the population taken was 96 people with a significance level of 95% and a standard deviation of 25%. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results showed that Product Quality positively and significantly affected BaliFiber Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.178 and a significant t of 0.019. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on BaliFiber Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.330 and a significant t of 0.000. Brand Trust positively and significantly affects BaliFiber Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.443 and a significant t of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Brand trust, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Consumer Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty Starbucks Coffee TamansariHive Cawang East Jakarta. This researcher uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS program version 23. The results of this study show the influence of Brand Trust on customer loyaticity. This is shown through the t-count T test of 7,205 > 1,660 tables and significant (0.757 < 0.05) (X1). Costomer Relationship Management also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. This is shown through the t-count T test of 4,004>1,660table and is significant of (0.279<0.05) (X2). Consumer satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. This is shown through the t-count T test 0.447>1.660table and significant (0.656<0.50) (X3).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Word of Mouth on Customer Loyalty for Garnier facial wash products among national university students. The sample in this study were 100 national university student respondents who used Garnier facial wash products. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test where Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), Brand image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), Brand Trust (X3) has an effect positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty (Y), Word Of Mouth (X4) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). So it can be concluded that Product Quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Word Of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG) featuring an Independent Board of Commissioners, and Environmental Performance on the proper valuation of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The study employs purposive sampling, selecting 16 companies from the population of flat manufacturing companies on the IDX. Secondary data, sourced from annual financial statements on the IDX official website (www.idx.com) for the years 2016-2020, form the basis of the analysis. The findings indicate that: (1) CSR does not significantly affect Company Value, (2) GCG significantly influences Company Value, (3) Environmental Performance significantly impacts Company Value, and (4) collectively, CSR, GCG, and Environmental Performance exhibit a positive and significant influence on Company Value, with a coefficient of determination of 41.1%.

Abstract

Research with the aim of analyzing the influence of product quality factors, consumer satisfaction, trust and brand image on repurchase intention on Kanzler Frozen Food products. In quantitative research with primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents as many as 100 consumers. Using descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis by conducting tests namely instrument test analysis, feasibility test of multiple linear regression correlation analysis models and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed that there was a positive influence on repurchase intention based on the results obtained in the regression equation model Y = 0.624 (X1) + 0.162 (X2) + 0.181 (X3) + 0.230 (X4). The due diligence interpretation stated that the model in this study passed the due diligence based on a significance value obtained of 0.000 in the ANOVA table, this means that all independent variables have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study are based on the acquisition of a significance value for the product quality variable of 0.000, then the satisfaction variable of 0.014. Then the trust variable is 0.007 and the brand image variable is 0.001. So it was concluded that the hypothesis in this research was proven to be accepted based on the significance value obtained. The producers of Kanzler Frozen Food are advised on the Product Quality factor which has the greatest contribution value in terms of influence on consumer repurchase interest, paying more attention to consumer needs and desires in order to increase consumer repurchase interest

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze is there is an influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Communications, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The data used in this research is using primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form to 56 employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance in Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which is processed through the SPSS version 25 program. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method where the results are expressed by numbers. Based on research that has been done shows that Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer value, customer trust on the decision of informal workers to become participants in BPJS Employment in Ceger, East Jakarta. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents, where there are sample characteristics of informal workers BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Ceger Branch. Data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which can be seen from the t-test, where the value of tcount > ttable (2.198 > 1.988) and a significant value of 0.030 <0.05. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, it can be seen from the t-test, where the value of tcount> ttable (4.571> 1.988) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Customer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions can be seen from the t-test, where the value of tcount > ttable (5.341>1.988). Significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The population in this study used a purposive sampling technique where the population taken was 96 people with a significance level of 95% and a standard deviation of 25%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of lifestyle and brand image on purchasing decisions of Adidas shoes in Depok. This study uses primary data withdata collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors to the Adidas store in Depok. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 programs. From the results of the analysis there is a positive and significant influence on lifestyle and brands image variables on purchasing decisions. The writer hopes that PT. Adidas AG in Depok can try to improve Purchasing Decisions by taking into account the influence of Lifestyle and Brand Image.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of commercial banks (BNI, BRI, BTN and Banque Mandiri) for the 2012-2013 period using RGEC (Risk Profile, Good corporate governance, Capital). Analytical tools used is the RGEC method (Risk Profile, GCG, Earnings, and Capital). Meanwhile method this research uses a descriptive method quantitative. The subject of this research are all commercial banks registered in the Bank Indonesia directory period annual report 2018 to 2020. Data collection techniques which used is technique documentation and technique literature. Results study show in a way whole performance finance Bank BUMN during 2018 - 2020 period in terms of risk profile, namely by analyzing credit risk which is represented by the NPL ratio is said to be good and from liquidity risk analysis which is represented by the LDR ratio can be said to be quite liquid. Meanwhile from In terms of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the bank's performance is very good. As well as whole performance finance from facet Profitability (Earnings) that is with analyze the ROA ratio or profit based on assets and the NIM ratio or Management's ability to control bank costs is said to be good. And in a way whole performance finance from facet capital with analyze the ratio of capital to assets weighted according to risk (RWA) which is represented by calculating the CAR ratio (Capital Adequacy Ratio) Bank said OK.
