Abstract

Adolescents are individuals who are in a period of purbetas where there will be many changes such as the way of behavior and lifestyle. Insomnia is a condition that is often experienced by teenagers. Based on the National Sleep Foundation, the prevalence of insomniacs in Indonesia reaches 70%. Aromatherapy frangipani is one therapy that can relax so that the body can fall asleep. Frangipani contains triterpenoid compounds, amyrin, geraniol, citronellol, and linalool which can provide a relaxing effect. This research study aims to determine the relationship between the use of aromatherapy frangipani to improve sleep quality in adolescents. Research in this study uses literature review studies or literature reviews compiled using secondary data in the form of studies of research journals obtained from various scientific journal databases on the internet related to the relationship of aromatherapy use to improve sleep quality. The results, from 4 articles discussing the benefits of aromatherapy on improving sleep quality all showed that there was a significant influence between aromatherapy and the incidence of insomnia or improved sleep quality in adolescents. Bottom Line: Aromatherapy has a significant relationship to improved sleep quality and may reduce insomnia. The quality of adolescent sleep can be disrupted can be caused by various factors such as lifestyle, drugs, smoking, and stress in anxiety disorders.

Abstract

Crossfit is a sport that focuses on functional movements in everyday life with a mixture of various types of exercises with competitive and high intensity quickly and successively with limited rest time. High intensity exercise will put a very high risk of injury. To reduce this risk, it is important for practitioners to pay attention to body posture when doing exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for injury to crossfit in terms of body posture. The research method used is a literature review compiled based on secondary data in the form of research journal reviews obtained from databases spread on the internet related to risk factors for injury to crossfit in terms of body posture. Research journals are obtained from Google Scholar, Sage Journals, and springer links. By using keywords namely crossfit injury, sport body posture. Results: One of the factors that influence the occurrence of crossfit injuries is body posture. From several studies say that many crossfit practitioners are injured due to technical errors that cause loading in some parts of the body. Conclusion: Based on some of the literature discussed, it can be concluded that the risk of injury to crossfit practitioners can occur due to body posture and poor movement techniques from crossfit practitioners.

Abstract

Pregnancy and childbirth are cycles experienced by most women. There are many things that happen to a woman's body during pregnancy and postpartum, one of which is the separation of the linea alba in the abdominal muscles or known as Diastasis Recti Abdominis. Diastasis Recti Abdominis or DRA is an event where there is separation of the abdominal muscles. Post partum is the period or time when the reproductive organs experience recovery or return to their original state as before pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can influence the incidence of Diastasis Recti Abdominis in postpartum women. The method used in this study is a literature review study using secondary data in the form of a review of research journals related to factors that affect the incidence of diastasis recti abdominis in postpartum women. Literature is obtained by accessing the pages of Google Schoolar, and PubMed. Results: There are several factors that can influence the incidence of Diastasis Recti Abdominis, namely gestational age (30%), overweight or obesity (60%), and diabetes (30%). Conclusion: Based on some of the literature found, it can be concluded that gestational age, overweight or obesity, and diabetes are factors that can influence the incidence of Diastasis Recti Abdominis in postpartum women.

Abstract

Hypertension or commonly said high blood pressure is a disease that has a high prevalence and risk of increasing other diseases simultaneously, which is listed as the main cause of death. One form of how to lower blood pressure is to provide yoga intervention, where yoga itself can regulate blood circulation that can cause blood to run smoothly and show good heart work so as to improve blood pressure control and quality of life in people with hypertension. The purpose of this research study was to find out whether yoga provides benefits in the treatment of patients with high blood pressure or hypertension. The research method used is a literature review study compiled using secondary data in the form of a review of research journals obtained from various scientific journal databases on the internet related to the effectiveness of yoga on handling cardiovascular cases in yoga practitioners. The results of the journal review that the author conducted found that the yoga variable has a positive value for reducing blood pressure or hypertension. The direction of the positive correlation obtained shows that by giving yoga intervention to hypertensive respondents will reduce blood pressure. Based on some of the literature that has been discussed, it can be concluded that the provision of yoga interventions has benefits for reducing blood pressure in people with hypertension.

Abstract

Reading The Qur'an With Tartil Is An Obligation For Every Muslim. Therefore Muslims Are Required To Improve The Reading Of The Qur'an Well And Accurately With The Right Rhythm. Of Course Tartil Reading Requires A Method, And One Of These Methods Is The Ummi Method. This Method Includes Tartil Reading According To Tajweed Rules By Emphasizing The Love Of Systematic And Practical Reading Methods To Be Learned Applying Sequential Reading. This study discusses the advantages of reading Tartil Al-Qur'an Ummi method for Class X students of SMK Al Kauthar Jakarta. By Using Qualitative Research, This Study Tries To Introduce And Provide Knowledge About Practical And Systematic Methods In Learning To Read The Qur'an. The Main Data Sources Of This Study Are Islamic Religious Education Teachers And Religious Teachers. Primary Data sources from Reference Book of ummi method secondary research include previous research Data, bibliography Book of Ummi method. Data collection techniques the results of this study are the advantages of tartil Al quran through the method of Ummi diSMK Al kautsar Jakarta in increasing the quality in reading the quran is located from the quality system, a simple system, easy to understand and quality. There is also a comparison of some of the same methods used to learn to read the quran but don’t same with ummi method

Abstract

In today's business landscape, technology plays a pivotal role, enabling a shift from traditional to digital marketing practices. Augmented reality (AR) technology has emerged as a promising tool to enhance consumer experiences and influence purchase decisions. This study examines the impact of aesthetics, entertainment, education, escapism, AR marketing satisfaction, shared social experiences, and purchase intention on AR mobile applications in Indonesia. Data collected through online questionnaires were analyzed using SEM-PLS, revealing significant effects across all variables. Aesthetic elements positively influenced entertainment, education, and escapism, subsequently enhancing AR marketing satisfaction. Furthermore, AR marketing satisfaction positively affected shared social experiences and purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide socialization of 4 (four) pillars of digital literacy to be smart in the digital space at SMP Islam An Nizomiyah Jakarta. Activities are focused on SMP An Nizomiyah Jakarta because this school has never been introduced to digital literacy even though most of the junior high school students in this school use digital media for various things which of course are at risk of being negatively affected if not equipped with digital literacy knowledge. Digital literacy is an indispensable skill for students to master as future generations of leaders. Therefore, education has a big role in supporting the mastery of students' digital media literacy skills. Digital media literacy occurs if a person can process various information, understand information, and communicate effectively with others in various forms of media. Digital media literacy is a life skill that not only involves the skills to use technology and information devices but also individual skills to socialize and have a critical thinking attitude as one of the digital competencies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy competency and intensive communication on the performance of civil servants using the teamwork system as an intervening variable. The independent variables in this research are Digital Literacy and Intensive Communication Competence, the dependent variable is Employee Performance and the mediating variable is Teamwork System. This research uses quantitative methods with the help of questionnaires for data collection. The research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province, with a population of 156 people. The sample was carried out using a survey method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. It was concluded that the intensive Digital Literacy and Communication Competency variables had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The Teamwork System mediates Digital Literacy Competency and Intensive Communication on Employee Performance through the help of technology. This reflects that Digital Literacy Competence and intensive communication between employees are important in completing all work. Agencies must encourage employees to improve their competence both personally and through regular training mechanisms held by the agency. So that all employees are able to complete the work they are responsible for well without having to rely or rely on other parties.

Abstract

Habib Mart Cirebon is a trading company that distributes various Hajj souvenirs such as dates, koko clothes, prayer mats, zam-zam water, and others. Consignment sales management is becoming a key element in the trading industry, ensuring product availability, stock monitoring and accurate sales reporting. This research aims to design and develop a consignment sales management application to improve the operational efficiency of the Habib Mart Trading Company in Cirebon. The Waterfall software development method was chosen to ensure structured and planned development stages. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving operational efficiency and more timely managerial decisions at the Habib Mart Trading Company. In addition, the designed application can also be adapted by other trading companies to improve their consignment sales management..

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) To analyze the form of the Ketipat Kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City, 2) To describe the function of the Ketipat Kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City, 3) To analyze the meaning contained in the Ketipat Kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City. The data collection techniques used in this research are 1) Observation, 2) interviews and 3) Documentation. Furthermore, the theories used to analyze are: 1) Religious Theory, 2) Symbolic Instruction Theory, and 3) Value Theory. The results of this study are: 1) The tradition form of ketipat kaulu ceremony in the civilization of Hindu Society in Mataram City consists of: a) carried out by the Hindu community in Mataram City; b) the place of the ceremony is focused on sanggah/merajan, dadya temple, beach and the nearest temple in Mataram City; c) this ceremony is held on tilem sasih kaulu; d) In this ceremony using banten tipat sirikan; e) Steady belief (sradha bhakti). 2) The function of the Ketipat kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City, namely: a) Neutralizing negative forces; b) As an Implementation of Vedic Teachings; c) As an Actualization of Panca Yadnya; d) As a Practice of Tri Hita Karana teachings; e) Environmental Preservation. 3) The meanings contained in the implementation of the ketipat kaulu ceremony tradition in the civilization of Hindu society in Mataram City include the following: a) philosophical meaning; b) religious meaning (tattwa); c) social meaning d) cultural meaning; e) welfare meaning.
