Abstract

In today's competitive business era, entrepreneurs are faced with the challenge of growing their businesses in an increasingly competitive environment. One of the main strategies for growth is business expansion, which often requires additional funding. Internal funding is often insufficient, so many companies turn to external sources of funds, such as through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). IPOs are defined in Law No. 8/1995 on Capital Markets and offer various benefits, including increased share ownership by individual investors, expansion of product distribution, and long-term investor support. However, some listed companies choose not to list their shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a decision that complies with the Capital Market Law. A company can be classified as a public company if it meets certain criteria, including the number of shareholders and minimum paid-up capital. While not listing on the stock exchange may have its own benefits and drawbacks, this decision has significant implications for the company's operations. This study explains the dynamics and implications of various funding strategies in the current business context, providing insights into the IPO decision and the choice not to list on the stock exchange.

Abstract

This systematic literature review explores innovative music teaching management systems (MTMS) to understand current trends, technological advancements, and pedagogical approaches. The review synthesizes findings from various studies, focusing on how MTMS facilitate effective music education through digital tools, platforms, and methodologies. It highlights key innovations such as interactive software, online learning environments, and mobile applications that enhance both teaching and learning experiences. Additionally, the review examines the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning in personalizing music education, providing adaptive feedback, and fostering student engagement. The pedagogical implications of these technologies are considered, emphasizing their role in supporting differentiated instruction and accommodating diverse learning styles. Furthermore, the review addresses the challenges and limitations associated with implementing MTMS, including issues of accessibility, teacher training, and the digital divide. The findings suggest that while MTMS offer significant potential for enriching music education, successful implementation requires a holistic approach that includes adequate infrastructure, professional development, and continuous evaluation. This review contributes to the field by providing a comprehensive overview of current MTMS innovations and their impact on music education, offering insights for educators, researchers, and policymakers aiming to enhance the quality and accessibility of music instruction through technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to propose a relation between filial piety towards parents and a child's career success. The research methodology employed is contextual thematic analysis, focusing on verses of filial piety (Birrul Walidain) found in al-Isra’:23-24, Luqman:14, and al-Ahqaf:15. Interpretations used for dissecting these verses include the social-adab style commentaries by renowned scholars such as HAMKA's Al-Azhar, Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy's An-Nur, and Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi's Al-Maraghi. HAMKA's interpretation states that, regardless of one's job position, be it an official/police officer/doctor/successful entrepreneur, one must not forget their parents and continually show filial piety towards them. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy emphasizes that being a filial child entails not only being dutiful while parents are alive but also continuing to fulfill filial duties even after their passing, ensuring the child's obedience to Allah for the well-being of their parents. Al-Maraghi, through his commentary on the filial piety verses, relates the command to express gratitude by being dutiful to parents to the success and progress of the child, indicating the positive influence of the parents. This serves as evidence of the virtue of a filial child, impacting not only their spiritual relationship with Allah but also providing tangible benefits in worldly life which is the child's career success.

Abstract

This research examines the legal protection of doctors in the context of healthcare services at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang, especially in situations where patients refuse emergency medical procedures recommended by doctors, which could potentially result in death. Through an empirical juridical approach, this study analyzes the applicable legal framework, hospital readiness, and factors influencing the provision of legal protection to doctors. The research findings indicate that Indonesian positive law provides a strong foundation for the legal protection of doctors, while the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang has demonstrated its readiness through well-established standard procedures and effective communicative approaches. However, there are still inhibiting factors such as a lack of legal awareness among medical staff and issues with medical record documentation. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of legal protection for doctors in the practice of healthcare services

Abstract

Reducing the amount of gases such as carbon dioxide and methane released into the atmosphere is one of the causes of climate change, which is from actions such as burning fossil fuels, industrial processes, and agricultural practices using renewable energy, such as solar energy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the model in depth of energy waqf (solar panel) on the issue of climate change. The data of this study was obtained through a literature study and evaluated in three steps: data reduction, data distribution, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the waqf energy model (solar panel) can reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This is because solar power plants built with waqf funds can produce safe electrical energy and do not emit greenhouse gases. Solar power plants built with waqf funds can be used to meet the needs of the community, such as households, SMEs, and industries. This can reduce people's dependence on fossil energy, which is an energy source that produces greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, the energy waqf model (solar panels) can also generate economic and social benefits for the community.
