Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics of Malang City is a Non-Ministerial Government Institution that is directly responsible to the President who is in Malang City, located on Jl. West Janti. No. 47, Bandungrejosari, Sukun District, Malang City, East Java 65148. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the online-based population census service performance as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the online-based population census at the Central Statistics Agency of Malang City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The method of data collection is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, then data display (data presentation) and conclusions: drawing/veritifying (withdrawal of conclusions). The results of this study indicate that there are several performances of online population census services at BPS Malang City to the community, including by conducting socialization related to online SP both through social media and mass media. Regarding the inhibiting factors or obstacles faced by the Malang City BPS in conducting the online population census, namely the lack of available budget funds and so on. And can determine how effective the performance of online-based population census services is.

Abstract

Tamansari Village which is located in the Bandung Wetan District is one of the areas that has implemented the Regional Development and Empowerment Innovation Program (PIPPK), researchers attempt to describe how to implement the Regional Development Innovation and Empowerment Program (PIPPK) policy in the Tamansari village area in 2019 and explain in depth the situation that occurred, how the information conveyed by the local government to the community related to the PIPPK policy, understanding the resources of the content of the policy itself, how the support and participation of the community, as well as the distribution of potential related to coordination between the government and the community in the activities of the Development Innovation Program and Regional Empowerment (PIPPK) which can affect the implementation of the process of empowerment and development activities in the Tamansari Village area. With a qualitative approach that is described descriptively guided by the theory of Jan Merse, where every phenomenon that occurs in PIPPK activities is certainly influenced by the weakness of Human Resources (HR) as actors, implementing PIPPK, in understanding and implementing PIPPK policies in development. and community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems (obstacles and solutions) of madrasah in the development of MTs Nurut Taqwa Manado. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely research that tries to reveal phenomena in social situations in depth based on existing realities. The results showed that the problems (obstacles and solutions) of the madrasah in the development of MTs Nurut Taqwa Manado include: (a) the lack of public awareness to participate in educating children in the madrasah because there are many madrasas that are more advanced and complete with facilities and infrastructure; and (b) the infrastructure at MTs Nurut Taqwa Manando is still very limited so that people are not sure about the quality of education available at the madrasa. The solution for the head of the madrasa in facing various obstacles in developing MTs Nurut Taqwa Manado is to keep trying as much as possible in socializing about the importance of madrasas in forming character or morality for students and continuing to strengthen cooperation with the community and government and trying as much as possible to use facilities and infrastructure which exists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah dari Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial,Leverage,Return On Assets terhadap Tax Avoidance pada perusahaan Perdagangan Retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan Eviews 10.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Perdagangan retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019.Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan perdagangan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs web resmi masing-masing perusahaan dan melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi parsial uji t . Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial variabel Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Tax Avoidance, (2) secara parsial Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh terhadap Tax Avoidance, (3) secara parsial Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Tax Avoidance, (4) secara parsial Return On Assets berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tax Avoidance

Abstract

Website digunakan dalam berbagai organisasi. Perkembangan internet yang marak, membuat website semakin diminati, khususnya sebagai identitas dan profil online. Pada organisasi Jam’iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja (JRA) Pengurus Wilayah (PW) Jawa Timur belum memiliki website sebagai sistem informasi dan sarana publikasi. Untuk itu, dibuat Sistem Informasi JRA PW Jawa Timur Berbasis Web. Banyak penelitian sistem informasi berbasis website telah dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak. Hal ini juga dilakukan pada JRA Jawa Timur sehingga dapat membantu mengenalkan Jam’iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja (JRA) Pengurus Wilayah (PW) Jawa Timur. JRA PW Jawa Timur memiliki dakwah luas di wilayah Jawa Timur. Hasil antara lain: (1). Sistem informasi Jam’iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja (JRA) Pengurus Wilayah (PW) Jawa Timur sesuai dengan perancangan. (2). Dengan adanya sistem informasi Jam’iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja (JRA) Pengurus Wilayah (PW) Jawa Timur berbasis website dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi secara cepat. Dalam pengembangan, lebih baik diimplementasikan pada bahasa pemograman yang mengarah kepada mobile, untuk kemudahan dalam mengakses aplikasi. Program yang telah diimplementasikan telah online dan dapat diakses secara langsung

Abstract

Meningkatnya pengguna internet menjadikan peluang bagi banyak pelaku usaha untuk menjual produknya melalui internet. Kegiatan jual beli melalui internet ini dikenal dengan nama electronic commerce atau e commerce. E commerce sendiri mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan. Kelebihan dari e commerce yaitu dapat melakukan transaksi jual beli ke berbagai wilayah di Indonesia bahkan sampai ke luar negeri. Selain itu kekurangan e commerce sendiri yaitu tidak bertemunya penjual dan pembeli sehingga rawan terjadi penipuan. E commerce atau electronic commerce sama dengan perjanjian konvensional yang keabsahannya diatur didalam pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. Dimana ada empat (4) syarat sahnya perjanjian yaitu kesepakatan, kecakapan, obyek tertentu dan sebab yang halal. Kecakapan menjadi hal yang dipertanyakan karena pada saat transaksi terjadi para pihak tidak bertemu dan hanya melalui aplikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian normatif. Penelitian yang mengkaji melalui aturan yang sudah ada dan melalui bahan pustaka.
