Abstract

Dalam motivasi belajar anak yang diberikan orang tua ternyata masih terdapat orang tua yang kurang maksimal dalam melakukan perannya sebagai pendorong (motivator) dan juga pembimbing yang dapat memengaruhi kurangnya motivasi belajar sang anak. Peran Orang Tua yang mampu menjadi pendidik, pendorong, fasilitator, dan juga sebagai pembimbing bagi anaknya. Kesulitan orang tua dalam membimbing anak belajar yaitu latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, tingkat ekonomi, dan adanya waktu. Dikarenakan masih terdapat beberapa orang tua yang sibuk dalam bekerja sehingga kurang maksimal ketika bersama anak sehingga kegiatan anak setiap harinya tidak terpantau langsung oleh orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1) Peran orang tua dalam memotivasi belajar anak di desa Wonorejo Jepara. 2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesulitan orangtua dalam membimbing anak. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wonorejo Jepara dengan subjek penelitian 12 orang tua dan 12 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah mereduksi data, memaparkan data, serta membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu jika peran orang tua dalam memotivasi belajar anak skolah dasar di desa Wonorejo Jepara ialah termasuk kategori cukup maksimal meskipun terdapat kesulitan yang orang tua alami dalam memotivasi belajar anak.

Abstract

Prinsip orang yang tepat di tempat yang tepat sangat penting, artinya bahwa penempatan setiap orang di perusahaan perlu didasarkan pada kemampuan, keahlian, pengalaman, serta pendidikan yang dimilikinya. Dibutuhkan proses rekrutmen karyawan untuk mendapatkan anggota baru yang berkualitas. Yayasan Perisai Jaya Mandiri merupakan suatu lembaga alih daya yang dikenal sebagai penyedia jasa tenaga kerja. Perusahaan ini menyediakan jenis pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan permintaan dari mitranya yang khusus pada pekerjaan satpam. Perusahaan sebagai penyedia lapangan kerja perlu memiliki kriteria yang cocok terhadap penilaian para calon pelamar sebagai prosedur dalam melamar pekerjaan. Akan tetapi terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi, penginputan data rekrutmen masih belum terstruktur dan masih dengan cara sederhana. Sehingga perlunya perbandingan data untuk calon pelamar dalam tahap wawancara, serta penataan berkas supaya tertata dengan rapih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi rekutmen satpam dengan metode Weight Product (WP) berbasis android di Yayasan Perisai Jaya Mandiri. Hasilnya, aplikasi penunjang keputusan yang diusulkan membantu dalam merekrut penerimaan dan pendataan anggota satpam baru. Aplikasi rekutmen satpam dengan metode Weighted Product berhasil dibuat menggunakan pemrograman Android dan database SQLite yang mempermudah rekrutmen anggota satpam karena dipasang pada perangkat bergerak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction in SMP ISLAM MBAH BOLONG. This research is expected to be used as information and input for school principals and teachers, as well as related parties, as well as the wider community in general regarding the importance of the work environment and motivation on job satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This study used a sample of 35 respondents. The instrument testing technique in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the T test and F test hypotheses. The results show that: 1) the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction at Islamic Junior High Schools SMP ISLAM MBAH BOLONG 2) Work motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction at SMP ISLAM MBAH BOLONG. 3) work environment and work motivation simultaneously affect job satisfaction at SMP ISLAM MBAH BOLONG.

Abstract

This research is motivated by various problems related to the Quality of Administrative Services in the Majalengka Kulon Village Office, Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency. The problem of this research is the limited competence of human resources, which is caused by the culture of the government bureaucracy that has not supported performance so that services are not optimal. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews and literature study. The results showed that the quality of administrative services in Majalengka Kulon Village, Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency was quite good because the results of the study showed that the five aspects had continuously formed a system that complemented each other. So that the service has a good impact in an agency that has superior performance even though there are still obstacles that are less effective.

Abstract

Based on the results of research studies at the Cilengkrang Health Center, Bandung Regency, it is known that in the implementation of the alignment of medical record documents there are still misplaced and missing (misfiles) so that it hinders the process of taking and returning medical record documents both stored and to be borrowed. This misplaced and missing file can affect patient care because it can hamper the examination process, besides that the lost medical record will be regenerated with a new medical record so that the contents of the medical record become ineffective. The purpose of this study was to analyze, to know the description of the lending system on the occurrence of missfiles of outpatient medical record files in the filling room by means of qualitative methods and data collection by interviews, as well as observations at the Cilengkrang Health Center, Bandung Regency. The results showed that from 1,044 outpatient medical record files, 5%, namely 52.2 medical record files, had missfiles, which were not appropriate in placing/compiling medical record files on the proper shelves. Efforts to fix this problem are redesigning the filling room so that the distance between the filling racks is more ergonomic, using tracers and installing procedures / SOPs in the storage room (filling), and using color coding on the folder folder.

Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk organik dapat menjaga kesuburan tanah sehingga produktivitas padi akan meningkat serta selaras dengan sistem pertanian berkelanjutan. Jerami padi mengandung bahan organik yang baik untuk kesuburan tanah, maka dapat dijadikan salah satu bahwa pupuk organik salah satunya pupuk bokashi. Petani dikatakan mandiri jika dapat memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang tersedia secara optimal. Sebagaian petani di Kelurahan Singkup masih dikatakan kurang mandiri dalam pengolah jerami menjadi pupuk bokashi sehingga produktivitastidak meningkat. Tujuan dan penelitian ini utuk mengukur sejauhmana pemberdayaan anggota kelompok tani dalam pemanfaatkan jerami sebagai pupuk bokashi serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pemberdayaan anggota kelompok tani berada pada katagori sedang dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pemberdayaan anggota kelompok tani berada pada katakogi sedang dan faktor- faktor yang menpengaruhi pemberdayaan anggota kelompok tadi diantaranya adalah (1) lama berusahatani, (2) pemilihan media penyuluhan, (3) akses informasi terhadap penyuluh pertanian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the affixation in The Script song lyrics. The primary goal of this research is to determine how the affixation process occurs in the lyric "Handwritten album By Shawn Mendes" from The Script. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely the research method used to collect, classify, and analyze the data which is then concluded from the analyzed data. The data was extracted from the lyric's text script. This analysis demonstrates that affixation occurs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the pattern of developing village apparatus competence in village asset management, and to explain the constraints to developing village apparatus competence in Village Asset Management. This research was conducted in Pendem Village, Kec. Janapria Kab. Central Lombok and Lingsar Village, Kec. Lingsar Kab. West Lombok. This research uses qualitative research. Furthermore, the data explored include primary and secondary data. The method used to determine the source of data in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out with observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation analysis. Based on the results of the study that (1) Development of Village Apparatus Competence in Village Asset Management, village apparatus competence in managing village assets in both villages, namely 1) Pendem Village Kec. Janapria, Central Lombok Regency; and 2) Lingsar Village, Kec. Lingsar Kab. West Lombok, so far it is still limited to carrying out routines, they still do not have understanding, skills, and interests in the implementation of village asset management; (2) The obstacles faced in developing the competence of village officials in managing village assets, among others, are the busyness of the Village Head who is more focused on things that are considered more important, still lack of data, lack of facilities, lack of budget and lack of cooperation. among village officials.

Abstract

Dunia telah digemparkan oleh pandemic Covid 19 yang membuat semua menjadi kewalahan dan menyebabkan kemorosotan ekonomi, pemerintah terus berupaya agar perekonomian dapat dikendalikan dengan menerapkan beberapa kebijakan. Salah satu Kebijakan yang parktis dilakukan Pemerintah adalah Refocusing Anggaran dengan menitikberatkan pada penanggulangan Covid 19. Sehingga berbagai anggaran dialihkan ke Bantuan langsung tunai (BLT). Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak Pemberian Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) kepada masyarakat Desa Hilizihono dalam menunjang perekonomian keluarga, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wawancara, Pengamatan dan Dokumentasi. Dari hasil Penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) masyarakat merasakan dampak program Bantuan langsung tunai sangat bermanfaat 2) Masyarakat merasakan bahwa dapat menunjang ekonomi keluarga yang terkena Dampak Covid 19, Saran Peneliti 1) Hendaknya jumlah Penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) diverifikasi dengan baik 2) Hendaknya jumlah penerima manfaat dapat ditambahkan lagi pada tahu anggaran berikutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Google Classroom application on science learning outcomes for class VA at SDN Kembangan Utara 012 Petang. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The population in this study was class VA students, totaling 32 students. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. Information obtained from respondents using this questionnaire is used to find the effect of using the Google Classroom application on science learning outcomes. This study uses a partial test (t test) to determine the hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis obtained based on the partial test (t test) are 3,655 (tcount) > 2,042 (ttable) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.005. These results indicate that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a positive and significant effect between the use of the Google Classroom application on the science learning outcomes of class VA students at SDN Kembangan Utara 012 Evening.
