Abstract

This research implements Augmented Reality technology on the New Student Admission (PPDB) platform at MA Darul Falah Sirahan. Augmented Reality allows users to experience the physical environment with virtual elements, creating an interactive and immersive experience. The purpose of implementing Augmented Reality on the PPDB website is to enhance the experience for prospective students, parents, teachers, and staff by providing in-depth insights into the school and presenting information more effectively. The research involves the development of the PPDB website to facilitate online registration without physical presence. The site is integrated with AR technology, enabling users to view additional information about facilities, academic programs, and extracurricular activities by directing their mobile devices to images on the website. The MDLC method is employed, combining images, sound, video, and animations in the application/web. Laravel, Unity, and Vuforia frameworks are utilized in development. The research outcome is the development of a PPDB website integrated with Augmented Reality to enhance user engagement.

Abstract

Employees are the most important asset in the ongoing activities and programs that have been designed by the foundation and the emergence of difficulties in determining the status of new staff at the foundation, because the manual system is still in effect, from written exams, oral exams and interviews. which allows the loss of files in testing and lack of objectivity in giving an assessment to employees. Therefore, this research was conducted to help determine the eligibility of foundation employees to be classified into "Eligible" and "Not Eligible" to be appointed as permanent employees of the foundation. The method implemented in this study uses the Naive Bayes classifier method in determining classification, in research testing using the Confussion Matrix validity testing method. The creation of a foundation employee classification system using the Naive Bayes method, which can determine the classification results based on the results of Eligible and not eligible to be appointed as permanent employees of the foundation. the test results obtained from the study used 50 data, with details of 35 as training data 15 training data obtained an accuracy of 86.7%. from here which shows that this program can be used as a reference in determining the eligibility status of permanent employees at the Smart Cendekia foundation.

Abstract

This research aims to assist Dapoer Mbahh, a cafe and restaurant in Cirebon, in improving their current ordering system, which still relies on manual methods. With the increasing number of customers and the large area of the restaurant, the manual system has become inefficient. Therefore, a mobile-based ordering application has been designed to replace the manual system. The author will design the UI/UX of this ordering application to streamline the ordering process for customers and enhance the restaurant's operational efficiency. The research method used is Design Thinking, known as a comprehensive approach focused on creating solutions by deeply understanding user needs. This method involves five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing.Keywords: Design Thinking, User Interface, Ordering system, Dapoer Mbahh.

Abstract

Games are interactive simulations that entertain while enhancing problem-solving and comprehension skills. The rapid advancement in gaming technology has transitioned games from 2D to 3D, providing a more immersive visual experience. However, mobile games face significant challenges due to the limitations of processors, GPUs, and memory, which affect the performance of 3D models. This study case applies the Level of Detail (LOD) technique to address these issues. The LOD technique reduces the complexity of 3D models based on viewing distance, thus optimizing device resource usage. In creating 3D character designs, the author employs a design thinking methodology for user data collection. This research aims to develop and implement the LOD technique for 3D character modeling in mobile games, to improve game efficiency and performance while maintaining visual quality. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of Level of Detail techniques and good 3D modeling can help game developers to maintain optimal use of device resources.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the Sukoharjo District Health Office in 2021, the Maternal Mortality Rate is 0.17%. The death of a pregnant woman is caused by uterine rupture and amniotic embolism, ekalamsi, hypovolemic shock, hepaomegaly. While the Infant Mortality Rate in Sukoharjo Regency in 2021 was 3.88%. The biggest cause of infant death is because the baby is born prematurely with a low birth weight baby (Dinkes, 2018). In the Independent Practice Midwife (BPM) Ponirah Tawangsari Sukoharjo, only a few pregnant women know the knowledge of pregnancy and babies because of the lack of information facilities used. In addition, because of the limited time mothers can not tell their complaints in full to the health workers, so there are still many mothers who are confused and less quick to take action due to lack of knowledge. The method used in developing this application is to use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. While the construction uses the Kotlin and XML programming languages with Android Studio software. This application is divided into 2 namely applications for midwives and pregnant women. Android-based maternal health applications consist of the process of managing patient data, examination data, complaint data, fetal development data, health check features and HPL (Estimated Birth Day) with the aim of providing information about the health of pregnant women during pregnancy

Abstract

This research can be used to analyze research trends related to the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems through a bibliometric approach. ERP has become one of the most crucial management systems in improving the efficiency and integration of business processes in various industries. However, the success of ERP implementation often depends on many factors, such as organizational readiness, technical complexity, and change management. In this study, bibliometric data was collected from various databases to evaluate the development of research related to this topic. The analysis includes identifying the most publications, main keywords, author and country trends, and collaboration between researchers. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the number of publications related to ERP implementation in the last five years, with a major focus on implementation success factors, the latest technologies used, and case studies from various industry sectors such as. This research has 5 stages, namely filtering search keywords, initial search resilt, refinement of search results, compile premilinery data statistics, data analysis. This research is expected to provide a more in-depth picture of academic developments related to implementation. ERP and provide insight for researchers and practitioners who are interested in this topic, ERP is still the main choice seen from its trend which has been 5 years in a row always going up. This research is very important for researchers who want to conduct research related to ERP to see the latest research trends.

Abstract

The problem that usually arises in a minimarket is that products have not been placed according to consumer habits in buying several products simultaneously. As a result, consumers feel confused in finding the position of the product needed and can experience delays in the transaction process. The purpose of this study is to find consumer purchasing patterns in the case of Toko Alwi Jaya, Tenggarong by comparing the Apriori Algorithm and the FP-Growth Algorithm and knowing the combination between items with the highest frequency so that consumer purchasing patterns are known. The data used in this study amounted to 600 transactions in the form of consumer shopping receipts. The results of this study indicate that the FP-Growth algorithm is the best for determining consumer purchasing patterns at Alwi Jaya Store, Tenggarong, as it produces higher confidence and lift ratio values compared to the Apriori algorithm. Specifically, FP-Growth achieves a confidence value of 47.06%, higher than Apriori's 41.18%, and a lift ratio of 3.79, higher than Apriori's 3.32.

Abstract

Fun study is a web-based information system as a training center. Fun study is an online portal. Fun study is designed by jogja tourism training center in yogyakarta. The fun study aims to develop the skills and competence of human resources. Some users have difficulty accessing and are unfamiliar with the menus on the fun study. No quick measurement of effectiveness, user satisfaction, and any successful fun study on users so far. Hence, it aims to measure systems against users. The system measures can be taken using a delone & McLean model. The data collection technique in this study is from a questionnaire with a population in the sleman region. Sampling sampling uses only 96 people who use portal fun study. Research tested using smartpls software suggests that the delone & McLean model has not been able to assess fun study users' satisfactio. This is proved by hypothetical testing, of the nine hypotheses that were formulated there were 4 hypotheses received and 5 hypotheses not received. It could be concluded that the quality of services, the quality of systems and users significantly affected. Whereas user satisfaction significantly affects user satisfaction.

Abstract

Estimating sales quantity is an activity to estimate the amount of product sales by producers or distributors in a certain period of time and marketing area. Prediction of sales quantity is part of the management function as one of the contributors to the success of a company. Prediction of the quantity of product sales in the future is intended to control the number of existing product stocks, so that shortages or excess stock of products can be minimized. CV Kabul Jaya in managing stock of goods has problems, the problem is that the estimated shopping or stock of goods in the next period or the period of the following month does not match the reality or the actual demand for goods. This problem disrupts the company's financial cycle and can even suffer losses. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method used to estimate the number of goods in the future. This method is often used and has been proven to be able to estimate the amount of inventory in the future. In this study, the author makes a stock forecast information system at CV.Kabul Jaya using this method. The results of this study on one type of item using this method produce an estimate of goods in the period of the twelfth month at the smallest Mean Squared Error (MSE) value, namely at α 0.5 with an MSE value of 18.82 the resulting estimate for the item 58. This system has been created and has been tested for its validity and the result is that this system is suitable for use in estimating stock items.

Abstract

During the implementation of SIMRS there are still some problems that occur such as incomplete features, there are still errors in the features accessed and still desktop-based. Therefore, researchers evaluate the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) based on user satisfaction and provide results in the form of recommendations for developing SIMRS. This research uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which consists of 5 dimensions, namely Content, Accuracy, Display, User-Friendliness, and Timeliness. The data collection method is observation, interview, and distributing questionnaires to 125 SIMRS user employees using systematic random sampling techniques, the data is processed using SPSS version 23. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of “X” SIMRS users was 76.4%, which means that users are satisfied in using SIMRS and provide recommendations for improvements to SIMRS so that it can run well and user satisfaction continues to increase.
