Abstract

Based on what happened in the teachers have not been able to apply the model of learning in the classroom. The implementation of thematic learning in elementary school is a real step in improving students' abilities. This research was conducted in Class IV SDN Kebonsari 5 Kota Probolinggo with the aim to produce thematic learning model based on Brain Based Learning. The resulting product is a thematic learning model based on Brain Based Learning which has a level of validity and stability. Development method with Bord and Gall model. Referring from the research procedure, the results of this study showed that the validation test results of experts stated very valid with an average score of 87.8%. Level of product absorption with score 84%.

Abstract

Difficult situation of moral degradation whose numbers are increasing every year have sparked the desire of parents to always be involved in the educational process so that this research is important to do. Parental involvement appears in school, community and family life. Family education looks very dominant in involving parents with consideration of family position as basic education in child's life. The key to the success of family education lies in the family process in guiding children to perform worship. In the writing of scientific papers will describe how the obligations and responsibilities of parents to children, and how guidance, encouragement and supervision of parental involvement in the implementation of religious worship. The purpose of this study is to reveal the planning, implementation and supervision in family education. The methodology used is literature research.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the history of Islamic educational institutions on the journey in the history of Indonesia through a long and tiring struggle. In the colonial era, various ways were done as a frontal effort from The Netherlands to stop the Islamic education that developed in some Islamic educational institutions which at that time was formed by pesantren and madrasah.Then on its development result to the dichotomy of educational institutions in Indonesia.Then on its development resulted in the dichotomy of educational institutions in Indonesia.This research uses literature method, which is a technique of collecting data through scientific literacy on the development of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia with the aim of revealing the travel side of Islamic institutions.So the results of this study can be useful to be a study of institutions of education.The result of this research is that many Netherlands colonial efforts to stop the educational process of Islamic education institutions under the pesantren and madrasah system.These efforts include the establishment of Priesnterraden, a strict supervision of educational processions in Islamic educational institutions; then published Teacher's Ordinance and Wild School Ordinance, as well as other efforts discussed in this study.

Abstract

Teachers ' professionalism is the mandate of law No. 20-year 2003, Act No. 14 of the year 2005, PP No. 74 years 2008, and Permendiknas No. 16 of the year 2007, yet still many such problamatika the teacher happens, especially related to the qualifications and performance of teachers. However, the spiritualization applied by KH. ACH. Muzakki Shah as caretakers of the Pesantren Al-Qodiri 1 Jember and KH. Masykur Abdul Mu'iad, as caretakers of the Pesantren Baitul Arqom Balung, proved that teachers can address problems through the application of spiritual leadership. In accordance with the nature and character of the issues become the focus in this paper, the study was designed with a qualitative approach, which is used to conduct studies and explorative deskriptive. Conclusion this study i.e. spiritualization at pesantren Al-Qodiri Jember and boarding 1 Baitul Arqom Balung, has a uniqueness for example when teacher recruitment process, there are additional criteria are required, including the following: must have sincerity and motivation (ghirrah) in educating high, has the understanding and practice of Islam is good, has character and personality rather and have communication skills that are helpful and behaving politely. This proves that the teachers, in addition to be able to teach in accordance with his duties well, also being required to implement the values of spirituality in all its activities.

Abstract

This Research explores the Islam of Archipelago as an idea that isi dedeveloping in the raising of radical Islam Ideology. Islam leaders assume that Islam Archipelago is an ideologi which is appropriate in accomodating the cultura wealth of Indonesia. But, these ideologi becomes controversial in relation with the term “Archipelago” used in the context. Through ethnograpic approach, this research is done to view Islam of archipelago from the practical perspective in education. The result of this research is the practical formula about Islam of archipelago, appropriates with the development of Indonesia in the middle of information and technology which are developing rapidly.

Abstract

The development of the learning Arabic language cannot be separated from the development Arabic dictionary. As one of the tools to understand Arabic, Arabic dictionary has been compiled into many languages. As part of that must be owned by the Arab language learners, the development of the preparation of the Arabic dictionary does much review. In Indonesia, there are famous names as Arab-Indonesia dictionary. Search of the history of the compilation a dictionary of Arabic being the one thing that is very important to know the complexities of the world of lexicography both in the Arab world as well as in the non-Arab countries, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

SDN Burengan 2 has a strong commitment in developing the good character of the students. This study aims to analyze related character education implementation through the introduction of local wisdom values that are implemented in SDN Burengan 2 Kediri City. This research uses qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research, it is found that the implementation of character education in SDN Burengan 2 Kediri City has been poured into the vision and mission of the school. For the sake of achieving the vision and mission, the school has carried out various programs that include: obligatory praying, LiSA movement, Friday Javanese program, vegetable eating habits with vegetable protein side dishes every Friday and vegetables with side dish prtein animal every saturday , school counseling services, as well as developing students' potential and talents in the form of extracurricular school activities. Implementation of character education through the introduction of local wisdom is implemented by: applying Javanese language on Friday, learning activities outside the classroom by making visits to educational and cultural places, inspiring class programs, and exploring non-academic potential of students through extracurricular.
