Abstract

The value of company in investor perception towords the company success lavel which is often related to the price of the stock. The high value of the company will make the market believe is not only the present condition of the company but also the prospect of the company. Based on the previous studies, there are some factors influencing the value of the company, among them are : decision of funding, dividend policy, decision of stock, company growth and size of the company. Some of the factors have relationship and influence towards the inconsistent value of the company. The present study is aimed at finding out the influence of capital structute and company growth towards the value of company at manufacture companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange.            The population of the study was the manufacture industry registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange which was studied from 2014 up to 2015. The method used to determine samples was using purposive sampling method with some fixed criteria with the 1 samples of manufacture companies. The data used was the secondary data which was obtained from Indonesia Capital Market Directory from 2014 up to 2015.             The result of the study shows that: 1) capital structure has a positive influence toward the company value, 2) company growth has positive influence towards the value of the company.            Keywords: Capital Structure, Growth Of Company and Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the understanding of entrepreneurship with three factors (personal goals,risk tolerance and freedom will be in the works) to motivate students to become entrepreneurs among student S1 Faculty of Social and Political Science 17 August University of Surabaya. The number of samples in this study were 60 people.. In this study conducted with regression method. Regression models are useful committed against more than one independent variable, to determine its effect on the dependent variable. The result of this study indicate that all variable positive and significant effect on the motivation of students to become entrepreneurs. Abstract

This study aimed to discover and prove the influence of product innovation, brand and prices buying decision against Samsung Android. Sources of data used comes from a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents from various Colleges in the city of Surabaya. The questionnaire measured using likert Scale and the data analysis technique chosen is the tecnique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the product innovation, brand image, and the price of the product significantly affects the dependent variable is the purchase decision because of F obtained at the number 11,395 and is supported with a significance level (p) < 0,05. Product innovation, brand image, and the price of the product is able to influence the level of dependene variable that purchase decision 26,3% and the remaining 64,7% of purchase decision are influenced other variables in out of the study

Abstract

Researcher did a research related to "Factors affected consumers' decision in buying iPhone Apple product". According to Kotler (2005; 203) behavior of consumers in buying is affected by 4 factors namely custom factor(x1), social factor (x2), personal factor(x3), and psychologycal factor(x4). Due to those factors, the researcher wanted to know how far effects of the four factors to buying decision of apple iphone. Results of the research obtained from 100 respondents (Surabaya citizens) who are consumers of Apple iPhone and processed using SPSS for windows 17.0.The results of the research showed that correlation test explained that there was significant effects between custom, social, personal, and psychologycal factor and the buying decision of Apple iPhone. From the four factors, psychologycal factor was the most dominant factor which affected the buying decision of Apple iPhone. To gain the buying decision, produsers should concern on custom, social, personal, and psychologycal factor of Apple iPhone consumers. Abstract

Marketing activity is important for the company, because each company are required to determine the right marketing strategy in order to grab consumers amid competition is increasingly competitive. One of the factors that determine the customer's decision is the quality of services that focuses on five dimensions: physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsive), assurance (assurance), attention (empathy). This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the Quality of Service which consists of five dimensions: Tangible, Reliability, Responsive, Assurance, and Empathy to the Decision of Customer Services Photo Studio FotoKita, and to determine the indicators are of the dimensions of Quality of Service of the most dominant and influential on Customer decisions on Services Studio Photos Kita.This research is a survey. The population in this study are all Customers who already use photos and photo printing services in these studios as many as 100 people were taken by using non-probability sampling decision. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis techniques.The results in this study show that: (1) tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy significantly influence the customer's decision; (2) physical form (tangibles) has a dominant influence on customer decisions.

Abstract

Many ways are done by someone in starting or running a business activity such as making your own product to be sold. These activities are more advantages compared to systems or other business activities. So we are interested to do business using their own how to create products that will be sold. One way to increase the purchasing decision is to improve the quality, competitive price and also offer unique packaging. The purpose of this study was to Knowing how much influence packaging, price and quality to the food purchasing decisions steamed cassava cheese mojokerto. Variables to be studied is the packaging, quality and price. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The population of this research is the students, Housewife, civil servants / private and entrepreneurial in Mojokerto. The number of respondents who assigned as many as 100 respondents. Based on calculations it can be concluded that variable quality of 2,970 >1,985 tabel, the price of 2,602 >1,985 tabel and packaging by,2,216 > table 1,985 Keywords: Pricing, Packaging, Product, Quality, Yams

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Cross Means to Surabaya. Respondents were drawn as many as 70 consumer companies. The questionnare measured with Likert scale, then analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result showed that together the independent variable in this study consists of physical from reliability, responsivness, empathy and assurance significantly affects the dependent variable is customer satisfaction due F hitung findings obtained in the numbers 6,985 and supported with a significance level (p)<0,05. Reliability has a number t count of 2,573 with 0,012 significance so that reliability significantly affect customer satisfactionvariable. Responsiveness has number t count of 2.510 with 0,015 significance so that responsiveness significantly affect customer satisfaction variable. Empaty has a number t count of 2,319 with 0,006 significance that empaty significantly affect customer satisfaction variabel. Warranty has a number t count of 2,868 with 0,024 significanse so assurance significantly affect customer satisfaction variable. Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Elizabeth bag products are brand bag that has become the symbol of “prestige” for lovers bags. A brand bags are already quite prominent in Indonesia. In this study tried to see how much influence variable product design and quality of the purchasing decision. The sample used was the visitors who shopped in the store bag Elizabeth Surabaya and aged 18 years and older. The results showed the product design and product quality and significant positive influence on purchasing decisions and product quality vareabel the dominant influence on the purchase decisions. Keyword: Design product, quality product, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Many Companies are trying to seize the market area in various ways in the show innovation in produdcts or services are produced. Companies must be able to determine appropriate market aspects so that the business can survive and the company’s main goal is reached. On the other hand many underlying factors that influence and consumers to buy such a product, the influence of product, price and promotion. Factors mentioned above become one of determining the consumer’s decision to buy a product. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study to determine how much influence the product, price and promotion of consumer decision.Based on the research results, it can be seen that the product, price and promotion and very strong positive influence on consumer decision and variable promotion dominant influence over the decisions of consumer of the other variables. Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Consumer Decision.
