Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Motivation and Customer Attitudes toward Purchase Decision (Case Study On My Self-service Reny in Surabaya)". This study aims to determine the influence of customer motivation and attitudes toward the re-purchase decision at Reny self-service Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers who shop at Reny Swalayan-ku Surabaya minimum age 18 years and who has made a minimum purchase twice in Reny Swalayan-ku Surabaya and samples taken as many as 100 respondents. Variables used are motivation, customer attitude and purchasing decision.Method of data collection using questionnaire method by using technique of Non Probability Sampling that is accidental sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with the help of SPSS program application.The results obtained conclusion as follows:1. There is an individual influence of motivation to the repurchase decision and the customer's attitude toward the repeat purchase decision is proven and accepted reality of partial test result (t) obtained with significant level <0,05.2. There is mutual influence of customer's motivation and attitudes toward the repeat purchase decision proven and accepted reality of partial test result (F) obtained with significant level <0,000.3. Variable of motivation and attitude of customer have strong relation to repurchase decision equal to 6,44% and besides that independent variable have contribution equal to 65,1% to dependent variable and the rest 34,9% influenced by other variable.Keywords: Motivation, Customer Attitude and Purchase Decision

Abstract

With the high demand of society will be the use of flight services of late, then this growing competition on the companies of a kind. Advanced in the transport sector can also create a new business that appears is the travel in the sense that as the agent of the cooperation with the providers of transportation airlines. The emergence of several travel services makes this society will be easier to get airplane tickets with cheap price and quickly. With high competition then it is hoped that each of the company tried to meet the needs of the customer and consumer satisfaction are met. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial condition of plastic and packaging industry companies using the ratio analysis of finance method Altman (1968), so as to predict the potential occurrence of financial distress conditions in the company period 2013-2015. The sample consisted of 10 plastic and packaging industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and selected by purposive sampling. Research data in the form of annual financial statements that have been audited in plastic and packaging industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis technique used is the financial ratio analysis of Altman method (1968). The final results of this study indicate that the financial ratios of Altman method (1968) can predict the condition of financial distress in plastic and packaging industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Kata Kunci: Financial Distress, Altman Finance Ratio (1968)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Analysis of Entrepreneurship Understanding of Student Interest To Become Entrepreneur (Case Study At University Students August 17, 1945 Surabaya).The result of the research shows that (1) simultaneously knowledge of entrepreneurship, personality or attitude, skill or skill have significant influence to student interest to become entrepreneur in student of Faculty of Social and Political Science and Economics Faculty Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya; (2) partially entrepreneurship science has no significant effect on student interest to become entrepreneur, while personality or attitude, skill or skill have significant effect to student interest to become entrepreneur in student of Faculty of Social and Political Science and Economics Faculty Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya . Abstract

A company applyin fr a lan then the bank should conductan analysis of the financial statements in an effort to support the effectiveness f the loan application assessment. Financial statement  analysis conducted by the bank assessed using ratios include liquidity ratio, solvency and profitability ratios. The ratio analysis used by the bank to assess the financial condition of a company that will apply for the credit in deciding whether a loan application is accepted or rejected. By using secondary data from the annual financial statement for the period of three years. Quantitative descriptive method by which data is obtained in the from of figures. In this study were collected and analyzed based on predefined criteria to determine the factors that can support the efeectiveness of the loan application assessment with financial statement analysis.  Keyword :financial statement, the effectiveness of the loan application appraisal.

Abstract

This study is an analysis of the PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk with title "Financial Performance Analysis Method Using EVA (Economic Value Added)".The purpose of this study was to apply the EVA method to measure the financial performance, and want to know whether the application of EVA method can generate economic added value in the company.               The analytical tool used to assess the financial performance at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk using EVA (Economic Value Added) is a means of assessing the financial performance of companies that pay attention to fair expectations of the funders (creditors and shareholders). While the steps in analyzing the data include: (1) calculate the net profit after tax (NOPAT), (2) calculate the total capital generated (Invest Capital), (3) calculate the cost of capital weighted average (WACC), (4) calculates the cost of capital (capital charges), and (5) calculate Economic Value Added EVA is equal to NOPAT - capital charges.               Standardized assessment of financial performance with the EVA method is if the company has EVA> 0 then there has been a value added to the company, while if EVA = 0 indicates the breakeven position and vice versa if EVA <0 indicates a process of adding value to the company.       The results of the calculation method of EVA, the company's financial performance can be measured. The results of calculations with the analysis of EVA PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk in 2011 EVA amounted to 2,332,006, in 2012 the value of EVA amounted to 2,381,846, in 2013 the value of EVA amounted to 2,330,302, in 2014 amounted to 415 681 EVA showed satisfactory economic added value despite the drop and rise, though performance can be good company in managing its working capital because of the value generated positive EVA. Whereas in 2015 the value of EVA amounted -1,119,213 show this year the company did not generate economic value, in this case the company's performance in bad condition. Based on the above conclusion, the writer implies that should PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and other companies that have gone public can use EVA method for measuring the company's financial performance. As for companies that have a negative EVA value, then the company should pay attention to the capital structure and reduce the level of capital costs. Keywords: Financial performance, Economic Value Added (EVA)

Abstract

Various reasons can influence decisions in the allocation of investment funds, one of which investment decisions in stock. By knowing the optimal stock portfolio can be obtained results of the most efficient investment and achieve the expected rate of return is greater. Single index method is one way to find out caru stocks efisein, by determining the ranking (order) stocks that have ERB (excess return to beta) highest to ERB (excess return to beta) is lower, so that it can be formed an investment portfolio of stocks that are most optimal when faced with two kinds of investments that produce the same returns two and two different risks, it would have been an investment with less risk, while when faced with two kinds of investments that generate two returns two different and the same risk, it would have been an investment with greater returns.Keywords: investment portfolio, single indexmethod, rate of return

Abstract

Competition between adventure product is very tight, from local brands to international brands all trying to get a place in hearts of customers. Many basic influence consumers to buy a product, including of brand image, quality product, and price. This research was quantitative methode with multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose is to determine the influence of brand image, quality product, and price of the purchase decision. While the price variable is more dominant influence on purchase decisions of the brand image and quality product. Looking at the result of the research, the writter suggest that people see a product not only of price but also on the quality of its product, so that it can be satisfaction when bought with a longer life. Whereas for the brand image factor could be done when if the previous factors have been met. For the future research is expected to further improve the quality of test, so this research has better.  Keywords : brand image, quality product, and the price of purchase decision.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research, sampling in this study there were 100 respondents in cluster random sampling, while anlisis data used is multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer perception of product attributes (brand, product features, warranties, quality) influence on purchase decisions matic Honda Vario among students in the city of Surabaya either simultaneously and partially. Results of research conducted shows that consumer perceptions of the attributes of the product (brand, product features, warranties, quality) significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions, while the brand a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, product features positive significant effect on purchasing decisions, guarantee significant effect positive on purchasing decisions, and a positive significant effect on the quality of keutusan purchase.  Keywords: brand, product features, warranties, quality on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The research entitled "Effect Of Location And Facilities To Satisfaction Visitor Tourist Pacet Hot Water In Mojokerto Regency". This study aims to determine the effect of Location and Facilities on Visitor Satisfaction and to know the dominant influence between Location and Facilities to Satisfaction of Pacet Hot Water Tour Visitors in Mojokerto Regency.               The population in this research is Pacet hot water tour visitor in Mojokerto regency. Data collection method used is questionnaire with 100 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research, the method of analysis used is the analysis of description and multiple linear regression analysis.               Based on the result of the research, there are multiple linear equations Y = 5.064 + 0.334X1 + 0.245X2 + e using SPSS 16, F hypothesis shows F count = 88.368 with significant value = 0.000 <0.05 the meaning "that all independent variables (Location and Facilities) significantly influence the dependent variable (Y) " While the partial hypothesis test (t test) obtained t arithmetic from the location variable of 4.388 and the facility variable of 3.527 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis accepted. From multiple linear regression analysis it can be seen that the most dominant variable is location variable (X1) with beta coefficient value of 0.334 Keywords: Location, Facilities, Visitor Satisfaction
