Getting a life partner is a human partner in accordance with their nature. Living together must be carried out in an official way, namely through marriage. Marriage must be carried out with the provisions that have been set in Islam. In addition, the state also requires registration of marriages. This research is entitled Marriage Registration in Islamic Law. This study discusses how the views of Islamic law on marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) and the consequences of marriages that are not registered at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). This research is library research. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a normative approach that is descriptive-analytical. This research concludes thatIslamic law does not view marriage registration as a pillar or condition for a valid marriage. Marriage is still valid as long as the pillars and conditions are met. Marriages that are not registered with the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) are considered a mistake in the view of Islamic law, because they do not obey Allah's orders in terms of obeying government regulations. Marriage registration is a must in juridical studies. The state does not declare illegitimate marriages that are not registered at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). However, the marriage is not under the legal umbrella, so the state is not responsible for the impacts that occur from the marriage in the future.

Agrarian Reform is an operation to reorganize agrarian structures that experience inequality to create a new, more just structure. The President as the highest leader of the state is a mandatory implementer of agrarian reform to systematically through his authority carry out conflict resolution and overhaul the structure of agrarian inequality. This is directly stated in the constitution of our country, the 1945 Constitution, and the Basic Agrarian Law no. 5 of 1960. This mandate was strengthened through MPR Decree No. IX of 2001 concerning Agrarian Reform and Natural Resources. Presidential Regulation Number 86 of 2018 concerning Agrarian Reform emphasizes asset management, access arrangement, and land dispute resolution. The agrarian reform movement is concerned, that the agenda for implementing agrarian reform will be neglected, there will be more lip service and ceremonial without touching the root of the real agrarian problem, even in the form of a political promise by the government to the community. And it has great potential to further deviate from the accuracy of the objects and subjects of Agrarian Reform that are not my main purpose. The Presidential Regulation on Agrarian Reform Number 86 of 2018 is considered a political breakthrough. It is strongly suspected that the suitability of the object (land) and the subject (recipient) of land redistribution is wrong and does not match the objectives of agrarian reform. Including the absence of supporting programs after the redistribution is carried out, as a condition of Agrarian Reform.

In research on renewable power plants. Fuel from petroleum, if consumed continuously, will run out over time. Research on alternative fuels to replace petroleum-based fuels continues to be carried out, one of which is research on Biodiesel/Biosol. Biodiesel is a substitute for diesel fuel derived from vegetable raw materials. The advantage of biodiesel over diesel is that it is more environmentally friendly. Biodiesel has started to be produced and marketed in Indonesia. Used cooking oil is easy to obtain, therefore the production of biodiesel from used cooking oil can be carried out by small industries. The process of producing biodiesel from used cooking oil uses the transesterification method. This research is expected to provide benefits as a business opportunity for small industrial-scale biodiesel production, provide economic value to used cooking oil, overcome household and industrial waste disposal, provide input to the industry so that they can produce fuel independently, and provide input to local governments so that they can producing biodiesel so that it becomes an energy-independent area. The physical test results of biodiesel from used cooking oil showed a density of 0.8780 gr/ml, a viscosity of 6.118 mm 2/s, a flashpoint of 178 oC, a carbon residue of 0.0006 %Wt, an ash content of 0.0397% WT, and a gross heating value of 19400 BTU/lb. In general, biodiesel has physical properties similar to diesel so it can be used as a mixture of diesel or diesel fuel substitutes.

This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. In the sense of seeing the extent of the role of parental communication in accompanying children during the COVID-19 pandemic and what obstacles and support were carried out by parents in assisting children during the COVID-19 pandemic in Gampong Matang Bayu, Baktiya Barat District, North Aceh Regency by way of interviews, observations and documentation then the data that has been collected is analyzed. The results of the study can be seen that the role of parental communication in accompanying children during the COVID-19 pandemic is very effective, for example giving motivation to children, inviting children to study together, building intimacy in communicating with children, keeping the house clean and reminding children to always wash their hands. and feet every time they enter the house. The supporting factors are the existence of a gampong study center which is active as usual so that parents feel a little lighter in communicating, there is direction and guidance from school teachers even though it is done online. While the inhibiting factor is that parents do not understand how to operate cellphones so that they do not optimally control children when using cellphones, parents have difficulty understanding learning material from school, parents do not have enough time, even it is difficult in terms of economy in filling pulses, so that there is a lack of patience and also find it difficult to cultivate children's interest in learning.

Law enforcement can be done by cooperation between agencies both nationally and internationally. One case that requires international cooperation in the disclosure of crimes is the case of Russ Medlin who is an FBI fugitive who fled to Indonesia for shelter. Russ Medlin not only committed his crimes in his home country but also in Indonesia. International and national law enforcement authorities are working together to arrest him in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative approach. The result of this study is the cooperation of international and national law enforcement authorities such as the International Police, FBI, POLRI, Indonesian immigration to arrest Russ Medlin despite the obstacles in the form of delays in sending red notices to Indonesian immigration authorities. In order not to happen again, in the future in sending red notices must be issued immediately so that they can be prevented before entering Indonesia so as not to cause new cases.

During the past ten years, there have been no effective efforts to eradicate corruption. This is a very ironic thing, considering that the aim of the reform is the eradication of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism. It also shows that a more democratic government is not serious about combating corruption. That corruption is a crime phenomenon that undermines and impedes the implementation of development so that its prevention and eradication must be prioritized. This paper to analyze the true sanctions against the perpetrators of corruption which are currently not fair, to analyze the weaknesses of sanctions against the current perpetrators of corruption, and to find a reconstruction of sanctions for perpetrators of corruption based on justice. The results of the author's research in the reconstruction of Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 Concerning Eradication of Corruption are as follows "Any person who unlawfully commits acts of enriching himself or others or a corporation that can harm financially the state or the economy of the state, are punished with imprisonment for a minimum of 12 (twelve) years and a maximum of 20 (twenty) years and / or capital punishment and impoverished and must return 2 (two) times the state losses". And in Article 3 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 Year 1999 Concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes “Every person with the aim of benefiting himself or someone else or a corporation, abuses".

Often people think that the home-based business is a side job and does not have the potential for success like other full-time jobs involved in other companies and business entities. To prove home base to be a full-fledged job that brings success, we have obtained data from an online collection of hundreds of scientific papers published by leading journals and publications such as Google Book, Elsevier, sage pub, Springer, Taylor & France, and Academic Press. To keep data from publications up to date, we target articles published between 2010 and 2021. Next, we examined the data using a coding, interpretation, and in-depth evaluation system with a phenomenological approach. Based on the evidence from the study and discussion of the data findings, we can say that work from home is an alternative career where there is no need for travel, can work remote which has free time and is usually less constrained, resulting in more tangible productivity gains and flexibility compared to working from outside the home in the company. If it is done in a business way, it will be possible to earn profits as a home business and even exceed the benefits of working outside the home. Thus, the results of the study will be helpful in the development of future business science by both academics and practitioners.

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. The decision was issued by the WHO when the corona virus has spread in 118 countries and infected more than 121000 people in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and America. Along with this decision, WHO also issued guidelines on preventing COVID-19, namely by wearing masks, keeping a distance and washing hands. In Indonesia itself, this change has raised a few pros and cons among the people. Some people seem enthusiastic about following guidelines called health protocols, while others seem reluctant to follow them, especially in worship activities. This is evidenced by the emergence of some negative reactions when the scholars, either institutionally or personally issue a fatwa that seems to legitimize the health protocol submitted by the government. In fact, if studied further and objectively, Islam through its jurisprudence has prepared such a concept that accommodates the difficult situations faced by humans. One of the principles of fiqh law is to facilitate the practice of law when humans are in difficult conditions by changing the practice procedures from the usual form to an easier form. This principle is known as rukhshah. When an area is being hit by a disease outbreak, especially since the outbreak has spread globally to the point of being called a pandemic, fiqh of course does not remain silent in responding to the situation. Based on the above, This paper seeks to research and see further whether the current situation related to COVID-19 is included in the category that deserves legal relief or not. This research was conducted by measuring the current situation with the concept of rukhshah which was initiated by the scholars.
