Abstract

The general principle of the Qur'an regarding inheritance rules is that every relative gets an inheritance in a fair and balanced manner, regardless of gender, small or old children, or religious differences. When there is a hadith that explicitly states that religious differences are a barrier to inheriting each other, it has implications for inheritance law problems for relatives of different religions. This study aims to reveal how the inheritance relationship between religions is for heirs. This research, which is literature research, is sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials with conceptual and philosophical approaches and using qualitative descriptive analysis. This study found that religious differences remained a barrier to inheritance. However, the obstruction of both parents and relatives from obtaining an inheritance due to religious differences does not prevent them from obtaining a share of the inheritance of the testator through the legal will or wills of obligatory.

Abstract

This research discusses Alternative Energy Cultivation Regulations in Overcoming the Energy Crisis, which are discussed from International Relations. In formulating national regulations that include foreign policy, energy is one of the issues discussed because it is related to many people's lives. The energy potential will significantly influence Indonesia's foreign policy. Energy plays a critical role because energy is the driving force for a country's economic sector. Increased cultivation will increase the need for energy as well. Countries that control energy will become strong and superpower. Indonesia is very concerned about the issue of energy supply security given the increasing energy consumption in Indonesia, the scarcity of energy supplies, and the tendency of rising energy prices. This condition is exacerbated because almost a quarter of the domestic oil demand must be imported from other countries. Therefore, Indonesia must find the most appropriate way to ensure the availability of naturally hospitable energy. The research method is a qualitative descriptive method. The conclusion drawn from this research is the interdependence of all world energy actors.

Unlimited communication between human relations, but also need to understand the form of relations with other than humans. The methodology used in this study is based on an approach that was awakened in the discipline of ALAMTOGI namely the XYZ formula. The XYZ formula explains all the life processes that are manifest are still subject to the XYZ relationship. X as the executor, namely human, Z as the media, namely the element of nature, and Y as the creator, namely constructor Z and X. The result of research that is harmonious communication is communication carried out by means of legal agreement, starting from process planning, process implementation to process achievement. Legal accuracy, that is, every action taken by X in using Z, must understand the value of prosperity possessed by element Z. Planning the communication process can be carried out in four stages, namely the accuracy of planning, preparation of planning tools, willingness of planning tools and willingness to implement the implementation process . The right communication is to be able to produce certainty based on the certainty of the process. However, if communication is based on perceptions of the process, then it certainly produces predictions of results. This is what is called harmony communication.
