The problem of this research is that the government's indecisiveness in giving sanctions makes political parties remain negligent in providing financial accountability reports for political parties for state subsidies. When the financial accountability reports from state subsidies are not in accordance with existing regulatory provisions, it can be ascertained how the form of financial accountability of political parties for funding sources that do not come from the state can be ascertained. Then another problem, namely the inability of the government to manage the financial assistance of political parties by providing accountability and transparency of political parties is accused of being one of the root causes of the management of financial assistance of political parties that are not in accordance with the principles of good governance. This research on the governance of the provision of financial assistance to political parties based on the principles of good governance uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that is included in the type of qualitative research. This synergistic relationship fosters a mutually influencing response in order to support the realization of the conception of good governance in the management of political party financial assistance. The lack of traces of breakthroughs made by the leadership figures of the three actors, so that leadership practices are still passive to actually realize the governance of political party financial assistance in accordance with the principles of good governance. The most dominant aspect of power where the government has not been able to maximally influence political parties so that the management of financial assistance can be more accountable and transparent.

Abstract

Media technologies is not only significant for human life, but also contributes to impact where the space is also used to spread radicalism discourse in the form of hate speech in a wide range. Reflecting on McLuhan's theory, communication phenomenon in the use of media, apart from paying attention to the context of the message content on a particular platform, it must also show the capabilities and it’s features. In understanding the context of the message on a particular platform, my study on twitter in Indonesia shows how Twitter has expanded from a source of real-time information into facilitating radicalism and accelerating opportunities for radicalization. However, different from the popular assumption that radicalism has only single-meaning, my paper wants to describe that the meaning of radicalism in Indonesia is so diverse based on how the media and messages can only significantly shape the way of communication if it is supported by ideological aspects and features of the technology itself.

Abstract

Southeast Asia captivates Al Qaeda (Saudi Arabia/Middle East)  to enter this region because Osama Bin Laden knows that Southeast Asia is the second priority of the US in fighting international terrorism. Southeast Asia is also referred to as "home" for terrorist groups or movements such as Jemaah Islamiah (JI), Abu Sayyaf and the Mujahideen Malaysia Group (KKM)) which were allegedly involved in the WTC case. Regardless of whether or not the involvement of "radical Islamic" groups was involved with ‘’the September 11(9/11)’’ case, which clearly has changed US relations with Southeast Asian countries. Meanwhile, the Islamic political movement, especially the  political violence groups have increased and flourished in Indonesia since President Soeharto fell in 1998.  Since the mid-1990s, a number of terrorist attacks have been planned in the Southeast Asia region, including attacks on church leaders (Pope), President Bill Clinton, and commercial aircraft. But these plans are not  always successful, and all of the above factors, combined with the arrest of several people from the Al-Qaeda network operating in Southeast Asia, are seen as a strong enough driving factor to carry out the terrorism attacks in this region. Al Qaeda succeeded in building networks, supporters and cells through regional extremist movements affiliated with it. According to Asean  intelligent report, they received financial and weapons amounted to US$ hundred thousands from Al Qaeda on a scale that worried many people.
