Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of variable cash sition, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets on dividen payout ratio on compnies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchane 2012 – 2015 periode. The population in research is all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012 – 2015 periode. The number of samples used for a many as 59 companies with used purposive sampling. Data obtained from the publication of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The analysis technique used data penel regression and hypothesis testing using the t statistik and koefisien determination with the 5% level if confidence. The results showed that the cash position has a significant effect on the dividen payout ratio with a positive direction. While the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on the dividen payout ratio with a negative direction. Meanwhile, the return on assets have no significant effect on the dividen payout ratio. Based on a statistical analysis of significance of t cash position values obtained 0,0233 (less than 0,05) and values significance for debt to equity ratio obtained 0,0007 (less than 0,05). While return on assets have a significance values obtained 0,5209 (than 0,05), so it can be concluded that variable cash position and debt to equity ratio have a significant influence on dividen payout ratio. While return on assets have no significance influnce on dividen payout ratio. From Adjusted R² value of 0,054332 indicates that there are independent variable in the model can explain influence on dividen payout ratio by 5, 43% , while 94,57% residual explain bay the dividen payout ratio of other variables outside the model.

This research is a quantitative research. Data collection using a questionnaire method (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study was all administrative employees in all faculties at Ahmad Dahlan University, amounting to 60 employees with sample collection techniques using saturated samples, so the sample size in this study amounted to 60 employees. The results showed that: 1) Leadership has a significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by the results of the t test of 3.123 with a significance of 0.003. 2) Incentives have a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by the results of t count of -2,378 with a significance of 0.021. 3) The work environment has no effect on employee loyalty. 4) Leadership, incentives and work environment together have a significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by an F count of 3.647 with a significance of 0.0.018 with a regression equation Y = -2.315 + 0.432X1-0.333X2 + 0.099X3 + e. With a large effect of 0.16.3%, while the remaining 83.7% is influenced by other independent variables that are not observed.

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of the Effect of Financial Financial Ratios on Stock Returns on Consumer Goods Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the variable Current ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning per Share (EPS), and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) affect the stock return. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and R2. T test results prove that the CR variable has no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.9755, the DER variable has no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.9442, the EPS variable has an effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.0049, and TATO has no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.9809. The test results with the F test prove that the variables CR, DER, EPS, and TATO simultaneously have no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.050589. The R2 test result, 0.278689, shows that the dependent variable of stock returns can be explained by the independent variables CR, DER, EPS, and TATO by 27.8% while the remaining 72.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

The sample used in this study totaling 100 respondents. The sampling method with using purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis using the validity test and test reliability, F test, coefficient of determination, t test and multiple regression analysis. By using the method of multiple linear regression analysis can be it was concluded that the physical aspect variables had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a B value of 0.080 and an increase of 1 unit then the value of the physical aspects increases by 0.080, the reliability variable is influential positive on consumer satisfaction with a B value of 0.231 and increases by 1 unit then the reliability variable increases by 0.231, variable personal interaction has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with B value of 0.159 and increased by 1 unit then the personal interaction variable increased 0.159, the problem solving variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a B value of 0.241 and increased by 1 unit then the variable customer satisfaction increases 0.241, the policy variable positive effect on customer satisfaction with a B value of 0.267 and increase by 1 unit, the policy variable increases by 0.267. The resulting determination coefficient is 0.572 yang means that 57.2% of customer satisfaction variables can be explained by variables Physical Aspects (X1), Reliability (X2), Personal Interaction (X3), Solving problems (X4) and Policies (X5) together, while the rest of 42.8% explained by other variables not contained in this research.
