Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine efficiency in a weak form conventional capital market in Indonesia using stock price data weekly in the 2014-2015 period. Techniques in testing market efficiency forms. This weakness uses a purposive sampling technique as well as a method for data collection using the documentation method. Obtained 36 companies which is included in the LQ-45 index which is used as a research sample. Testing the hypothesis of a weak form of capital market efficiency using the run test test. The results of this study, that the conventional capital market is efficient in a weak form using stock price information for the period research. It is proven by 33 shares (91.7%) moving randomly (random) and 3 shares (8.3%) move non-randomly (not randomly). Then it can be concluded that the conventional capital market is efficient in its form weak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence underpricing. The variables studied were earnings per share (EPS), debt to equity ratio (DER), underwriter reputation, auditor reputation, industry type. Which method used in this research is purposive sampling, obtained as many samples 47 companies out of a population of 77 companies. This research was conducted with using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%.The results of the study concluded that earning per share (EPS) variable successfully demonstrated a negative influence on the current underpricing of shares Initial public offering, debt to equity ratio (DER) failed to show there is a negative influence on the level of underpricing, the reputation of the underwriter is not managed to show a positive influence on underpricing, reputation. The auditor failed to show a negative effect on underpricing, and industry type variables did not work out negative effect on underpricing.

Abstract

For companies, loyal customers mean a lot besides illustrates the amount of profitability obtained by loyal consumers can also show the image or image of the company in the public eye. Loyal customers can become partners in developing new products, because they maintain and defend and even use the services of existing companies. According to Darsono (2004) a loyal customer becomes a valuable asset for the company. Loyal customers will reduce the effort to find new customers, giving positive feedback to the company. Companies must be able to satisfy old customers and create new customers, if you want to win the competition. PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk. Yogyakarta must be able to answer the existing competition challenges. The population in this study are customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Yogyakarta and have been customers for at least one year. While the sample in this study is a portion of the number of customers from BRI Bank Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling and purposive sampling. While the data used in the study are primary data, that is data obtained directly from respondents by the researchers themselves through questionnaires. Analysis tools using multiple linear regression The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and brand image together significantly influence customer satisfaction. Product quality does not significantly influence customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image does not significantly influence customer loyalty. Product quality, service quality and brand image together significantly influence customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand image on loyalty the customer.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence C (Current  Ratio), IT (Inventory Turnover), DER (Debt Equity Ratio), ROI (Return On Investment), and ROE (Return On Equity) to the stock price on the automotive industry which is listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia in 2012-2014. The sample in this study is the automotive company. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, obtained 12 samples of automotive companies. The test using statistical test multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, the statistical test used was the t test, simultaneously with the F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).  Based  on  the  results  of  this  study  concluded  that  the  partial  CR  (Current Ratio),  IT  (Inventory  Turnover),  DER  (Debt  Equity  Ratio),  ROI  (Return  On Investment), and ROE (Return On Equity) does not affect the value of automotive companies, and simultaneous  no effect on the stock price at the automotive company  2012-2014. R-Squared value (R2) of 0.200 (20.0%) means that the independent variables  affect  the dependent variable of 20.0% and 80.0% side explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Financial  distress  precedes  bankruptcy.  Most  financial  distress  models actually rely on bankruptcy data, which is easier to obtain. The purpose of this research to examine financial ratios that predict financial distress condition of a firm. The sample of this research consist of 14 distress firm and 79 non-distress firms, chosen by purposive sampling. The statistic method which is used to test on the research hypothesis  is logistic regresion. The results show that the liquidity ratio (current assets/current liabilities) and a leverage ratio  (current leabilities/total  asset)  is  a  significant  variable  to  determine  of  financial  distress firms.  When  profitability  ratio  (net  income/net  sales)  and  price  earning  ratio (market  price  per  share/earnings  per  share)  are  not  significant  variables  to determine of financial distress.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of financial ratios on changes in stock returns in 2010-2014. Objects of this study are plantation company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method while data analyst method used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable of Total Asset Turnover (TAT) and Return On Assets (ROA) has positive effect on changes in stock return, while variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) has no effect on retun stock.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of country of origin, brand image, and perceived quality of purchase interest in Yamaha V-Ixion motorbikes in Yogyakarta City, samples taken were 100 respondents using non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no significant influence between the country of origin variables on buying interest; (2) There is a significant influence between brand image variables on buying interest; (3) There is a significant influence between perceived quality variables on buying interest; and (4) country of origin, brand image, and perceived quality simultaneously influence buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attraction on tourist visiting decisions (study of zoo tourists Gembiraloka Zoo Yogyakarta), both partially and simultaneously. Population in this study are visitors who visit Gembiraloka Zoo Yogyakarta. Samples taken were 60 respondents with the sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling. Types of data are primary data and techniques data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested first with validity and reliability tests. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and F test coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of data analysis with SPSS program statistical tools 20, it can be concluded that the price variable (X1) has a significant effect on decision to visit tourists with a sign value of 0.018. Place (X2) no significant effect on the decision of visiting tourists with the sign value is 0.089. Product (X3) has a significant effect on decisions visiting tourists with a sign value of 0.033. Employees (X4) are influential significant to tourists visiting decisions with a sign value of 0.019. Simultaneously the price, place, product, and employee have a significant effect to the decision to visit tourists with a sign value of 0,000 Coefficient the resulting determination of 0723 which means that at 72.3% the decision to visit the Gembiraloka Zoo in Yogyakarta is influenced by all four variables are used, and the rest are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the Company (Diversity, Employee Support, and Environment) on Employee Performance at PT. Aqua Golden Misisipi Citeureup either partially (individually) or simultaneously (together). The population in this study amounted to 767 employees and then taken as many as 90 samples using purposive sampling technique sampling. The type of data is primary data and data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity using confirmatory factor analysis (CVA), and reliability testing using Alpha Crobach, analysis techniques using Multiple Regression. Based on the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V 20 it can be concluded that the employee support variable (X2) partially influences employee performance (Y) while the diversity variable (X1) and environment (X3) partially does not significantly influence employee performance (Y ). While simultaneously (together) diversity (X1), employee support (X2) and environment (X3) significantly influence employee performance (Y) at PT. Aqua Golden Misisipi Citeureup.
