Abstract

This study aims to know and prove how much influence theservicescape to consumer satisfactions cafe uda fes kuliner’s branch Juanda in Padang City.This type of research is causal assosiative. The population in this study consumer uda fes kuliner’s branch Juanda in Padang City with the sampling technique used perposive sampling. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Ambient conditions has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (0,035<0,05), 2) Spatial Layout and Functionshas a positive significant effect on consumer satisfaction(0,008>0,05), 3) Signs, Symbols, and Artifact has a positive significant effect on consumer satisfaction (0,018<0,05). Keywords: ambient conditions, spatial layout and functions, signs symbols and artifact, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between Inflation, Income Inequality and Economic Growth in Indonesia. The type of this research is associative and analysisdescriptive. The data used in this reseach is secondary of time series from 1986 to 2016 obtained from Word Bank. Analysis model using the Vector Autoregression (VAR). Theanalysis initially used the Vector Autoregression (VAR), because the stationer variabel on first diferent range, then this study continued byVector Error CorrectionModel (VECM) and Granger Causality Test. The result of this study show (1) There is nocausality between Inflation affects to Income Inequality, (2) There is no causality between Inflation affects to Economic Growth, (3) There is causality in the direction in which Income Inequality affects to Economic Growth. In addition, because of the prevalence of income in Indonesia, this will increase economic growth in Indonesia. Keywords:Inflation, Income Inequality, Economic Growth

Abstract

This research was attempted to formulate the strategy of marketing to increase volume of animal feed at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Unit Padang. The research did by using case study method at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Unit Padang in collecting data.  The data has collected was analyzed on descriptive by using matrix strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). To get the strategy the researcher have Three stages. The Were 1 (input stage) consist of EFE (external factor evaluation) from Environment, 2 (stage matching) that have result alternative strategy, 3 (stage result) based on SWOT, the best strategy to increase the volume of animal feed sales at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Unit Padang was an intensive strategy and integrationstrategy.    Keywords: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis,EFE Matrix, IFE-Matrix

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Padang Panjang City Tourism Office. This research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all employees of the Padang Panjang City Tourism Office. This study uses primary data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that 1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Padang Panjang City Tourism Office employees with a significance value of 0.038 <0.052) The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Padang Panjang City Tourism Office with a significance value of 0.031 <0.05 3) work discipline and physical work environment both have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Padang Panjang City Tourism Office employees with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: work discipline, work environment and performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of learning facilities and learning discipline on student learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning facilities on student learning outcomes, (3) the effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes. This research is descriptive and associative causal. The population in this study were class X Office Administration students at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung with 133 students. The total sample was determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 100 students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses Corrected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) Learning facilities and learning disciplines had a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (2) Learning facilities had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in Office X Class Office Administration SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (3) Learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung Keyword: Fasilitas Belajar, Disiplin Belajar, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This research aimed to analized effect of human resource  management practices and the implementation of total quality management on employee performance. his research is a quantitative with a population Packing Plant PT. Incasi Raya. The analytical method used is path analysis. Abstract

This research aims to know and prove how much the influence ofBrand Image and Brand Trust on Brand Loyaltytoward the studentsat Padang State University.This type of this research is causative. Population of this research werethe students of Padang State University. While the samples were taken as much as 100 respondents using purposive sampling method by Wibisono formula.Kinds of the data (sample) which was used in this research are primary and secondary . The analysis of data (sample) used pathtechnique by using SPSS program version 21.00. The results of this researchshow that: 1) Brand imagedoes not give thesignificant effecttowardbrand trust, 2) Brand imagedoes not give thesignificant effect towardbrand loyalty, 3) Brand trustgives significant effect towardbrand loyalty. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty

Abstract

This research aimed to know how the effect of Rupiah Exchange Rate, inflation rate, and international Exchange Index towards Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). The independent variables of this study are Rupiah Exchange Rate (X1), Inflation rate (X2), Dow Jones index (X3), Nikkei 225 index (X4), and Hang Seng index (X5). The Sample was based on monthly time series data from January 2014 to December 2018, with documentation data collection technique from Bank Indonesia and Yahoofinance.com publication. Analytical techniques used were linier regression, classical Assumtions, determination coeffisient test (R2), for hypothesis test used F-test and t-test with significance level of 5%. The results of this indicate that the value of cooficient of determination (R2) 0,901 which means independent variables affect the dependent variable 89,2% and the rest is 10,8% influenced by other variables outside this study. The result of t-test shows that the Rupiah Exchange Rate and Nikkei 225 index have not significant and negative effect on Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Inflation rate have significant and negative effect on Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Dow Jones index and Hang Seng Index have significant and positive effect on Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). Keywords: composite stock price index (cspi), rupiah exchange rate, inflation rate, dow jones index, nikkei 225 index, and hang seng index

Abstract

the government in the economic sector towards economic growth in West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive and associative, namely research that describes research variables and finds the presence or absence of the influence of variables with independent variables. Data type is secondary data (Pool Time Series). The data writing technique in this research is literature study and documentation from 2012 to 2016. Descriptive and inductive data analysis are: Classical Assumption Test (Heteroscedasticity Test), Panel Regression Model, T Test and F Test.The results of this study conclude that a significant workload on economic growth in West Sumatra, one of the factors that influence economic growth in West Sumatra, and also the sector economy does not significantly influence poverty in West Sumatra. In connection with the results of the study, the suggestions needed are important to improve the quality, quality of employment opportunities, in order to reduce poverty and improve the economy in West Sumatra. Keywords: Job Opportunities, Poverty, Government Expenditures, Economic Growth

Abstract

: The public awareness of the importance of maintaining health is increasing, and the nature of human body requires it to consume certain medicines to simply maintain health or to cure health complaints is the main reason people buy and consume these medicines. This stimulates the investor to open a business in pharmacy in the city of Padang. The research analyzed the influence of trust on customer loyalty of Kimia Farma Branch Ahmad Yani and the influence of switching cost to customer loyalty of Kimia Farma Branch Ahmad Yani. The population in this study is the customer in Kimia Farma Branch Ahmad Yani. This study obtained F count 74.850 F table 33.1250 on df 2 on the siginfikan 0.0000 <α = 0.05. Based on the result, H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. This means that trust and switching cost have a significant effect to customer loyalty in Kimia Farma.Keyword: Trust, Switching Cost, Loyalty
