Village Apparatus Performance in Population Administration Services in Village Mohamat Riski Rosandy; Isnaini Rodiyah

The purpose of the study was to analyze and describe the performance of village officials in population administration services in Senepo Village, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency. The method used by the descriptive researcher with a qualitative approach the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation with one key informant and four informants, namely the Village Head Village Secretary Head of Service and two community users of population administration services. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing The results of this study indicate that the Performance of Village Apparatus in Population Administration Services in Senepo Village, Slahung District Ponorogo Regency. the quality of work related to aspects of the skills and expertise of the apparatus has been maximized. The employees are always quick to serve the community and prioritize the interests of the community so that the community is satisfied with the services provided. Timeliness related to administrative services in Senepo Village is on time. Punctuality is the responsibility of every village apparatus to complete population administration required by the community. The capabilities in question are based on education skills, work experience that provide benefits. If these capabilities are successfully executed and completed properly, then the individual human resources are considered qualified. Quality human resources are human resources who are reliable, independent, and professional in carrying out their main duties and functions at work

Implementation of the Distribution of Social Assistance to Communities Affected by Covid-19 in Village Based on the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2019 concerning the Distribution of Non-Cash Food Aid Ira Sanjaya; Rifqi Ridlo Phahlevy

That is Peremensos 20 of 2019 concerning B.P.N.T which was launched by the government to deal with poverty. This programs is a substitut for the poor rice proyect which aim to increase food securiti & support balance nutrision for K.P.M, increase the level of targeting accurate and the time of reciving food assistance for recipient families. Ketimang, Kec. Wonoayu is one of the villages that has implemented the latest governmen projec, name is Non-Cash Food Aid. the purpose of writing this scientific paper is to see the implementation and description of how the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Aid distribution progrms in Ketimang during the Covid pandemic. The method chosen by the author is descriptive qualitatife. Data collection techniques through question and answer & field observations. Data analysis techniq, data presentattion & draw conclusions. The results of the study illustrate that implementasion of the social assist project in Ketimang country has been in acordance with the technical guidelines for the 2021 B.PN.T progrm. Although in the distribusion process there is still some problems, such as the lack of socializattion to the communitty, especialy the original KPM. Howeer, this has a good impact and benefit for the wellfare of the communiti, specially KPM.

Public perception of the Covid-19 pandemic is very diverse, people view events in their environment with different responses. Especially the response regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Rw.06 Village area. Kalisampurno, from the various symptoms of Covid-19, people who were exposed to Covid-19 even died due to Covid-19. Therefore Rw.06 Village, Kalisampurno formed a team to help residents of Rw.06 deal with the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Rw.06 neighborhood. Starting from the existence of public communication between RW.06 Village. Kalisampurno through their respective RT, Rw.06 Village. Kalisampurno through the covid team and also through youths who live in the Rw.06 area. In addition to using public communication, the head of Rw.06 Village. Kalisampurno also spreads information about the covid pandemic through social media, especially whatsapp. With this, information can be spread to all residents of Rw.06 Village. Kalisampurno. This research is a type of quantitative research by choosing a location in the Rw.06 area of Kalisampurno Village by distributing questionnaires through google form, totaling 110 respondents with random sampling technique. With data analyst using SPSS 20.0 . program. The results of this study indicate that the Group Communication variable (X1) partially and simultaneously has an influence on the Community Reception variable (Y) in the neighborhood area of Rw.06 Village. Kalisampurno.

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, WOM, and Price on Interest in Buying Warung Nasi Pecel Nyamleng. This research is descriptive research using quantitative methods. The population used in this study were visitors who had bought at Warung Nasi Pecel Nyamleng, totaling 96 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques used as a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on buying interest, the promotion has a significant effect on purchase interest, and the price has a significant impact on buying interest.

The article is devoted to prevalence of axiological approaches in all areas of research. At first, axiology was a subject of philosophical study and evaluation. Our research indicates that it later studied in a variety of different disciplines, including physics, chemistry, sociology, linguistics, and literature. Additionally, it is crucial to carefully address topics like linguoaxiological methodologies, synchronic and diachronic features of axiology, and their adherence to the national culture and values when analyzing translations of hagiographic literature. The axiological approach to the study of hagiographic literature in translation studies degree of alternativeness in the context in the target language of the words of national culture, religion, Islamic morality etc.

The article is being concentrated on the essence of political PR and its components. Distinction within the directions of political PR will be made between PR of the public branches and electoral campaign PR. We will discuss the role and important of PR tools, also inform you about PR as a discipline and its background and its importance as in domestic as well in foreign political developments. We will focus on a PR as a mediator between media, politics and public, the PR professional as a practical implementer of PR, also PR profession in itself, fundamental principles of ethics, ethical PR, as its major driving vector. Media, as marketing instument, also marketing as one of the most powerful tool for managing political campaigns and, of course, their interconnection and collaboration with the issues of political PR and security.

Paralegals have an important role in providing legal assistance to people who do not have high legal awareness. This research focuses on the efforts of paralegals in building legal awareness and empowering community law in the Work Area of the 'Aisyiyah Branch Manager, Sambikerep District, Surabaya. This research is empirical legal research, namely the application of legal norms in legal practice in society with participatory efforts through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. The results of research on the role of paralegals in society. The results of the study confirm that the role of paralegals in building community legal awareness in the working area of the head of the 'Aisyiyah branch, Sambikerep District, Surabaya is carried out by paralegal training with the main focus, namely basic knowledge of law and human rights, so as to be able to make solutions and/or strategies in resolving cases cases dealing with the law as well as skills in conducting advocacy related to the application of legal norms. Furthermore, the role of paralegals and efforts to empower community law in the work area of the leadership of the 'Aisyiyah branch, Sambikerep District, Surabaya Participatory orientation to make PCA Sambikerep Members that is oriented as ghost lawyers whose hope is that Sambikerep PCA Members can consciously, actively, and critically fight for their legal rights at the same time can fight for their legal rights through various efforts and available space..
