Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the factors that influence debt policy involving managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, and liquidity variables in companies indexed IDX30 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The analytical tool we use is multiple linear regression on SPPS software to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings in this study are institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and current ratio have a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, another finding of our study is that profitability with the return on assets indicator also has a negative although insignificant effect on corporate debt policy.

Abstract

The water source used for daily needs by community in Perak District, Jombang Regency is groundwater. The groundwater in this location has the potential for contamination by domestic waste, so preventive measures are needed to assess the level of groundwater vulnerability. The aim of this research is to assess the level of groundwater vulnerability to pollution and map its distribution. This research was conducted at 25 dug well points in Perak District from July to November 2023. water level (D), rainfall (R), aquifer media (A), soil texture (S), slope (T), unsaturated zone (I), and conductivity. hydraulics (C). Based on the research results, it was found that the DRASTIC index value during the research period ranged from 127 – 167 with medium and high vulnerability. The distribution of groundwater vulnerability levels in the research location is dominated by medium vulnerability with an area between 60 – 72.41%.

Abstract

Pantai Mangunharjo di Semarang, Indonesia, adalah destinasi pantai populer yang terkenal dengan pemandangan indah dan aktivitas rekreasinya, yang berfokus pada pengintegrasian teknologi dan inovasi untuk kemajuan masyarakat. Berikut beberapa potensi kontribusinya: Keterlibatan Masyarakat. Dengan memanfaatkan kontribusi ini, menciptakan destinasi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif akan memanfaatkan teknologi demi kemajuan pengunjung dan komunitas lokal. Ketersediaan teknologi dan penerapan kemanusiaannya yang luas memungkinkan negara-negara yang kuat secara ekonomi untuk menciptakan lingkungan hidup yang nyaman dan memperoleh posisi terdepan dalam penerapan praktis masyarakat 5.0, yang terjadi di Pantai Mangunharjo dan wilayah sekitarnya; itu menjadi bagian integral dari negara.

Abstract

Providing quality drinking water is the government's responsibility which is realized through the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The quality of PDAM services is a measure of success in meeting community needs. This research aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the service quality of Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research is customers of Perumda Tirtasaya, Pekalongan City in 2022 with a sample of 400 customers. The results of the research show that the Customer Satisfaction Index for Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City services is 80.25, this means that the service performance of Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City is perceived as "good" by the community. And the level of conformity/customer satisfaction with Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City services is 92%.

Abstract

Low Back Pain Myogenic is related to disorders of the muscles in the lower back, tendons, and ligaments that can arise when carrying out excessive daily activities such as sitting for long, standing for a long time or lifting weights in the wrong position, where the pain is dull and does not radiate to the chest. limbs. Problematic Low Back Pain Myogenic is pain, spasms, limited range of motion, muscle weakness and decreased functional activity. In this case, the technology chosen is Micro Wave Diathermy (MWD) and Core Stability Exercise.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of physiotherapy management on Low Back Pain Myogenic conditions with Micro Wave Diatermy (MWD)and Core Stability Exercise as modalities. The research design used in this research is descriptive analytic method. The subjects of this study were patients at Kajen Hospital, Pekalongan Regency. The method of data collection was the analysis of this research data using the autoanamnesis method. The results of the study as many as 5 treatments were as follows: (1) there was a decrease in T1:4 to T5:2 motion pain (2) there was a decrease in spasm from T1:1 to T5:0 (3) there was an increase in ROM in all Trunk movements (4) there is an increase in muscle strength from T1:3 to 4 (5) there is an increase in daily functional activities. The conclusion of the study is that physiotherapy interventions with Micro Wave Diathermy (MWD) and Core Stability Exercise modalities can reduce problems that arise in the Myogenic Low Back Pain condition.Keywords: Micro Wave Diathermy (MWD) and Core Stability Exercise

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada dunia konstruksi memberikan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi. Bermacam usaha dilakukan untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan tanpa mengurangi kualitas dari pekerjaan, bahan bangunan, dan konstruksinya. Termasuk dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai dengan menggunakan panel lantai untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan pekerjaan pelat lantai bangunan bertingkat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan anggaran biaya pekerjaan pelat beton konvensional dengan panel lantai dan mengetahui selisih biaya pekerjaan pelat lantai beton konvensional dan panel lantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Puskesmas Petungkriyono Kabupaten Pekalongan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu biaya pelaksanaan panel lantai lebih murah yaitu sebesar Rp 96.814.615,65 dibandingkan dengan pelat konvensional dengan nilai Rp 162.879.434,07 dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp. 66.064.818,42 atau sekitar 59,44% lebih murah menggunakan panel lantai dibandingkan pelat lantai beton konvensional. Kata Kunci : Pelat lantai beton konvensional, panel lantai, perbandingan anggaran biaya, selisih biaya
