Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the form of teacher creativity in increasing the motivation to learn Islamic religious education of students in MTsN Subulussalam, to find out the factors that are obstacles in developing creativity in increasing motivation to learn Islamic religious education of students in MTsN Subulussalam, to find out the solutions given to obstacles teacher creativity in increasing motivation to learn Islamic Religious Education students at MTsN Subulussalam. Based on the data analysis, this study uses a qualitative approach. This research is descriptive. Data collection instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The respondents in this study were teachers. From the research conducted it was concluded that: 1) the forms of teacher creativity carried out at MTsN Subulussalam are arousing children's motivation and attention, paying attention to differences in children's characteristics, classroom management, repetition, giving gifts, giving praise, holding questions and answers, using teaching aids , singing songs, cheerful teachers, interactions between teachers and students, assignments given by teachers, teachers developing learning resources, competition or competence. 2) Factors that influence the creativity of teachers in increasing student learning motivation are: Student Discipline, Education Level, Facilities, Teachers feel satisfied with the learning carried out. 3) The solution given to the obstacles of teacher creativity in increasing students' motivation to learn Islamic Religious Education is to provide penalties, find boarding houses, teachers work together in creating new creativity, improve facilities, improve the functioning of honest school committees, increase teacher insight by following the program Teacher Subject Meeting.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low of student’s learning outcomes of IV grade in MIN 6 Medan in fikih. It is caused by the ways of teacher’s teaching that needs to be modified, so it causes the student do not desire in following the lesson. This study is conducted to improve student’s learning outcome of IV grade in MIN 6 Medan in fikih by using mind mapping method. It uses Action Classroom Research consisting of two cycles, and every cycle consists of four lines, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out qualitatively and quantitatively and questionnaire data is used to see the successful implementation of mind mapping methods in the classroom in order to improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study, student learning outcome has increased where the average in pre-test is 39.04 then increation in the post-test cycle I is 75.58 and increation again in the post-test cycle II is 91.88. The percentage of students' classical completeness is 4.17% in the pre-test, 75% in the first cycle, and 95.83% in the second cycle. Based on the research result found, the conclusion is that the implementation of learning using the mind mapping method can improve student learning outcomes in fikih taught by teachers to students at the school.

Abstract

The purpose of research To determine student interest in the subject of Islamic education and strategies of teachers in the learning process to increase student interest in the subject of Islamic Education in SDN 147 Palembang. The research is a qualitative research, a study that aimed to describe and mengalisis phenomena and events .Teknik data collection through interviews, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by researchers from the observation of the PAI teacher in the learning process in the classroom; to observe what strategies the teacher in the learning process, then the results of interviews with PAI teachers and principals; to determine student interest in the subject of PAI and development strategies for the improvement of teacher student interest in the subject of PAI, and the results of questionnaire to students; to gather data on student interest in the subject of PAI and strategies of teachers in thelearning process to increase studentinterest in the subject of PAI, while secondary data is data documentation consisting of the organizational structure, the profile of the school, teachers and state employees, the state of the student, and state-owned infrastructure sekolah.Adapun data management techniques through four stages namely; collecting data, classifying the data, explain the data, and draw conclusions. Based on the analysis of data it can be seen that, 1) Interest in learning fifth grade students on subjects PAI quite good. This is due to two factors that have supported the interests of learning, which is of concern and insentif.hal factor is evident from the presence in class, active involvement in the learning process, and compliance with the assignment of teachers either memorized or written. 2) Development of learning strategies used by teachers to increase student interest in the subject of Islamic Education in class V Elementary School 147 Palembang is good enough, it can be seen from the strategy gives attention of 80.90%, while the strategy is being or incentivize category enough is equal to 76.19%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant influence on the type of Team Games Tournament cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of the subject modeled on the obedience of the angels of God Almighty. in class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The population of this research is all grade VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The research sample is students in Class VII6 and Class VII7. This research instrument is a learning test that meets valid and reliable criteria. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the Team Games Tournament cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes. This is indicated from the results of testing the hypothesis by using the t-test obtained tcount t table that is 5.91 2.060 with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the cooperative learning model Team Games Tournament had a significant effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The concept of community empowerment when examined actually departs from a view which is placed human as subjects from their own world. The basic pattern of the empowerment movement mandates the need for power and emphasizes alignments with powerless groups. The way in which empowerment is done is by providing motivation or support in the form of providing resources, opportunities, knowledge, and skills for the community to increase their capacity, raising awareness about their potential, then striving to develop their potential. Women need to be given training, education, and even empowerment, so that they have the ability to live properly and can help their husbands to meet their daily needs. The goal is that women have the ability / expertise.In the context of women workers, she is welcome to choose the field or sector that she likes which is certainly in accordance with the capabilities and professionalism possessed. According to Islamic teachings, whatever role is held by women, especially as housewives should not be forgotten, so that the possibilities of negative access can be avoided. So, serious attention from women to foster their families is very necessary because the task is the most important of the efforts to develop the community widely. Upright and the collapse of a country's society is very close which is related to the state of totality of family units forming a country's society. Islam allowed women to work outside the home while women can place themselves based on their female nature.

Abstract

This writing describe about using learning media based interactive multimedia on Primary Education by using Macromedia Flash. Using Macromedia Flash will be developed  the implementation of  the quality learning. Based on this research, we find that after using Macromedia Flash, the students enjoyed the the learning and improve their motivation to study hard. Therefore, learning quality is improved by using Macromedia Flash.

Abstract

The application of the story-telling method is one method that can develop several aspects of early childhood development, such as moral and religious development. By using the story-telling method a teacher can introduce the moral and religious foundations in early childhood. Our research approach uses library research as a place or source of reference. The aim of this research is to find out the method of developing religious morals in early childhood with the story method. Based on the results of the study, in general the method of storytelling to develop the moral and religious potential of students is to use the method of reading directly from story books, telling stories using picture illustrations from books, telling stories, telling stories using flannel boards, telling stories using puppet media, dramatization a story, and a story while playing fingers. The contents in the story must contain religious aspects, pedagogical aspects, and psychological aspects, which contain material stories about the stories of prophets, friends, scholars, and pious people

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: morals education implementation of housewives in multi-ethnic villages, provincial border areas, both in the event of grief, joy, and activities of the village government. Implementation morality of the intended housewife is the prominent behavior that is shown to others in social activities.The research methodology is a qualitative phenomenological model, with key data sources are 15 housewives aged 20 to 47 years, the instruments used are guidelines for structured interviews and observations, and data processing that starts from collecting, validating, analyzing, triangulating, and making conclusion.Research results: 1. Housewives are always vigilant in the use of daily time to be in a place of disaster, dress neatly without opening aurat, and giving donations; 2. Participating in the village program, especially national ceremonies, and village training activities in the field of creative handicrafts; 4. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know thestrategy of improving the quality of Islamic Religious Educationteacher candidate in Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan (UMTS). The research method used isqualitative research method. This research used observation,interview and d ocumentation for the data collection tools andanalyzed by using interactive analysis. The result of the researchshows that the strategy of improving the quality of Islamic ReligiousEducation teachers in UMTS is divided into several strengthenings,namely strengthening of Islam, strengthening the field of PAI study, aswell as the strengthening of foreign languages (English and Arabic),both through intra-curricular or co-curricular. Changes in the worldof work in educational institutions should be prepared by universitiespreparing educators and other education personnel so that a studentmust be trained and trained to have the competencies described inthree levels; perform, manage, and evaluate the process.
