Abstract

This paper describe about how the position of madrasa and Islamic Boarding Shool on political education in Indonesia, from the development of the position of madrasa and Islamic Boarding School on Netherlands Colonial time, new order time (the start of Indonesia independence) till now. The role of madrassas and pesantren since the pre-independence era or the Dutch colonial era, the early period of independence (the Old Order), the New Order until now continues to experience significant development that is starting from the madrasa and boarding schools have not been included as part of the National Education System, until now it has become part from the National Education System.

Abstract

This writing describe about using learning media based interactive multimedia on Primary Education by using Macromedia Flash. Using Macromedia Flash will be developed  the implementation of  the quality learning. Based on this research, we find that after using Macromedia Flash, the students enjoyed the the learning and improve their motivation to study hard. Therefore, learning quality is improved by using Macromedia Flash.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the nature and process of education across perspectives: traditionalism, modernism, and postmodernism. The study is conducted by reviewing the related literature, later is identified by the points referred. Based on this study is concluded that each perspective has a foundation of each appropriate to the context and circumstances in which it is built. Perspective traditionalism built in the context and circumstances in which the teacher becomes the dominant component. Meanwhile, in the perspective of modernism, assumes that the educational process that goes with changing ideologies, customs, institutions long time and so forth, so that it becomes to be in accordance with the opinions and new circumstances bring about science and modern technologies. The views postmodernism emphasizes individualism assumes that each individual has a different meaning, so this brings consequences in the world of education, so that the implications for the educational process is the presence of relativity. Hence the assumption of traditionalism could be used, as well as modernism. Although in essence, postmodernism cannot be said as well of traditionalism or modernism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep sehat dan makanan bergizi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya penggunaan media yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga siswa merasa bosan, tidak menyukai mata pelajaran yang sulit sehingga mengakibatkan rendahnya hasil belajar. Untuk mengatasi hal ini permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan media pembelajaran yang menarik yang dapat merangsang imajinasi siswa, yaitu dari media Pop Up Book 3 Dimensi yang bertemakan sehat dan bergizi diet.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi). Dan observasi serta menggunakan validitas, praktikalitas, dan teknik analisis efektifitas pengajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan telah terbukti efektif divalidasi oleh 3 validator ahli yaitu ahli materi sebesar 77% (Valid), ahli media sebesar 100% (Sangat Valid), dan ahli bahasa sebesar 84% (Sangat Valid), persentase validator ahli secara keseluruhan adalah 87% pada kategori sangat valid, maka hasil respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran berdasarkan 3 media Pop Up Book dimensi yang dikembangkan ternyata bersifat praktis melalui siswa lembar angket respon secara keseluruhan sebesar 82%. Selanjutnya hasil pemberian pretest adan soal poster diuji signifikansinya menggunakan program SPSS versi 23 dengan sig (2 tailed) = 0,00<0,05, artinya terdapat peningkatan bared pada media Pop Up Book 3 Dimensi dengan hasil belajar setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis media 3 Dimensi yang dikembangkan adalah efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis peran guru serta menganalisis problematika yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar sebagai penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi kreatif di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri 01 Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhan Batu. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan metode kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik penjamin keabsahan data yang digunakan peneliti triangulasi teori dan teknik. Peneliti menemukan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar sudah cukup baik walau masih belum maksimal dikarenakan beberapa hal, yakni berupa problematika penerapannya, diantaranya, 1) Guru merasa kesulitan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi karena harus menyesuaikan sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa yang beragam, 2) Guru merasa sistem administrasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar terlalu menumpuk ditambah harus mengikuti kegiatan tambahan di luar jam sekolah, 3) Media pembelajaran yang kurang mendukung terciptanya pembelajaran yang menguatkan projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi kreatif karana waktu guru serta sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang, 4) Guru yang masih gagap dalam berteknologi sehingga belum terlaksana penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi kreatif, 5) Siswa yang masih tergolong kurang aktif dan kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran, 6) Orangtua siswa yang kurang berkeinginan untuk berkolaborasi dengan pihak sekolah terkhususnya guru, untuk menciptakan tujuan dari pendidikan.

Abstract

AbstractThe psychological development of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Elementary Schools (SD) is a very important aspect in forming the foundation of children's education. Elementary school is a very crucial period in the psychological development of children, where children not only experience cognitive growth, but also social, emotional, and behavioral development that will affect their learning process throughout life. This study aims to understand the psychological development of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Elementary Schools (SD) and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design on a number of students in several MI and SD. The results of the study indicate that the psychological development of students is influenced by internal and external factors, including age, family environment, and social interactions at school. These findings provide insight into the importance of a psychological approach in basic education to support optimal child development. Keywords: Student Psychology, Psychological Development, MI/SD.

Abstract

This paper describe about learning on standart of process for to realize new paradigm of learning. Learning is the core activity on education. Learning as in on standart of process have a set of criteria that must implemented as whole that constantly updated. Standart process on education is an important instrument in order to create learning process that explorated the potential students to achieve the learning objectives. Quality learning must be carried out actively and interactively to explore the potential of students.

Abstract

Every company needs employees as human resources, which has an important role as human resources, employees are one of the main supporter in process of the plantation. Oil palm plantations have quite high development prospects, with a broad scope of plantations that require high adequate management and human resources. Based on research that has been done obtained the highest productive work time on fertilizer employees 4 is (54.1%) with the lowest productive time on fertilizer employees 2 is (32.2%), for the highest unproductive time on fertilizer employees 1 (34.1%)  with the lowest non-productive time for fertilizer employees 1 (22.2%).  While the lowest personal time was on fertilizer employees 4 (19.2%) and the highest was on fertilizer employees 2 (40.7%).  The blocks have the highest productive time and lowest personal time because the terrain at turning is very heavy or hilly so that the task completion time is longer.  The effective working day at the company is 289 days with working time / year 121,380 minutes, the total number of effective employee needs is 8 (eight) people with actual employees is 17 people, the solution to overcome the excess employee is to shift work to other jobs, improve performance  in terms of starting a job on time.
