Abstract

Pemilihan pemasok adalah salah satu elemen penting dalam operasi pembelian perusahaan, yang sangat penting bagi bisnis karena perolehan komponen, bahan mentah, dan perlengkapan menyumbang jumlah produk akhir yang cukup besar. Teknik Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk melengkapi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan evaluasi pemasok ini. SAW biasanya menggunakan pendekatan penjumlahan tertimbang. Menemukan jumlah tertimbang peringkat pemasok untuk setiap opsi di seluruh kriteria adalah prinsip dasar teknik SAW. Pendekatan ini melibatkan penghitungan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, membandingkannya dengan masing-masing penyedia layanan yang telah dievaluasi, dan memperoleh peringkat yang dapat dijadikan acuan.Pada metode ini hasil dari penilaian yang telah dilakukan akan dihitung, kemudian dibandingkan dengan tiap supplier yang telah dinilai, sehingga didapatkan perangkingan yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian supplier dengan metode SAW ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan pihak perusahaan dalam melakukan proses penilaian supplier dan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan hasil penilaian supplier serta dapat melakukan evaluasi untuk memajukan perusahaan menjadi lebih baik. Metodologi pengembangan system yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah metode Waterfall.

Abstract

With the increasingly rapid development of science and technology today, the learning process related to information and communication technology is not only studied in universities but has been taught to students in junior secondary schools (SLTP) and senior secondary schools (SLTA), with There is a hope that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects can contribute to the realization of critical and creative reasoning power. Since its implementation in the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), ICT subjects have become one of the subjects whose grades are also used as criteria for students' grade promotion. In this research on student sentiment toward informatics lessons, positive, negative, and neutral opinions will be grouped using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. The research process carried out by the author in this study was carried out by collecting data, labeling the data set, and pre-processing the dataset which consisted of cleaning, case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, and then continued with the TF-IDF calculation process. The aim of applying the Na????̈ve Bayes Classifier in this research is to group sentiments which are then followed by system validation and evaluation using the K-Fold Cross Validation and Confusion Matrix methods. The data set used is the opinion of students at SMPK St. Yohanes Kalembu Lona collected using a questionnaire that was distributed randomly to students in Class VII, VIII, and Class IX with 5 questions related to informatics lessons to each of the 40 students selected at random. The level of accuracy produced by the Na????̈ve Bayes Classifier method is based on test results using the splitting dataset technique, the results are adapted to the specified percentage, namely 80% compared to 20%, the results obtained are 85%, while testing using sub-datasets produces results of 84%, 83% respectively. , 80%, 82%, and 84% for the 5 sub-datasets while for the level of accuracy using the K-fold Cross Validation technique the results obtained for each dataset are 84%, 83%, 82%, 78%, and 80%.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan perhatian serius, terutama di wilayah perbatasan Republik Indonesia (RI) dan Republik Demokrat Timor-Leste (RDTL). Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) merupakan salah satu wilayah perbatasan RI-RDTL dan menjadi salah satu wilayah yang memiliki tingkat stunting yang signifikan. Kajian studi status gizi Indonesia (SSGI) pada tahun 2022 menunjukkan Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara masuk dalam posisi 5 Kabupaten dengan prevalensi Stunting tertinggi dari 246 Kabupaten di Indonesia dengan nilai 46,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis website sebagai alat analisis dalam menentukan lokasi prioritas penanganan stunting di wilayah perbatasan RI-RDTL, dengan fokus pada Kecamatan Biboki Anleu. SIG digunakan untuk memetakan distribusi spasial stunting, mengidentifikasi faktor risiko yang berkaitan dengan stunting, dan memberikan rekomendasi lokasi prioritas penanganan stunting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan survei lapangan, pengumpulan data kesehatan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi SIG untuk menganalisis distribusi spasial dan faktor risiko stunting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Tahun 2022 dari 9 Desa/Kelurahan di Kecamatan Biboki Anleu, terdapat konsentrasi kasus stunting di Kelurahan Ponu dan Desa Motadik. Dengan adanya SIG ini, diharapkan pihak terkait dapat mengambil keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam alokasi sumber daya untuk program penanganan stunting. Implementasi SIG berbasis website dalam penanganan stunting di wilayah perbatasan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk daerah-daerah lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan Masyarakat.

Abstract

As technology develops, we often find children who prefer playing with cell phones rather than holding books. This certainly affects their learning motivation. Children in grade 6 of elementary school tend to have low literacy levels, and they prefer exploring exciting and fun activities rather than reading books. To overcome this problem, the author designed an educational game called Science Stump, combining technology and education. This educational game was created using the Game Design Life Cycle (GDLC) method through the initiation, pre-production, production, testing and release stages. Science Stump was designed using Construct 3 with the help of Canva in creating the layout. After going through black box testing and interviews with 20 students as a sample, the final results of this research were successful and successfully launched. Abstract

Around 58% of smartphone users are teenagers aged 14-17 or middle school to high school or vocational school students. With a fairly large presentation, the motive for owning this cellphone is of concern because its use is often in a negative direction that has nothing to do with learning activities. With this problem, the author took the initiative to create Android-based learning media which was created using Canva and Construct 3 to attract the interest of vocational school students, especially in studying History. This learning media creation model uses the ADDIE model with the help of media experts and material experts to assess learning media called Learning Indonesian History (BSI). After being implemented in class for vocational high school students in grade tenth, they agree that Learning Indonesian History (BSI) succeeded in attracting students’ interest in learning History by presenting materials’ review and relevant exercises.

Abstract

In the financial industry, lending to customers is one of the core activities in the financial sector which has a significant impact on the economy and business growth. Credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equated with it, based on a loan agreement between banks and other parties that requires the agreement to repay the debt after a certain period of time by providing interest. However, the process within these financial institutions needs to assess the feasibility of granting credit to customers who apply for credit. To facilitate the determination of eligibility for granting credit to customers, an accurate and effective analytical method is needed to help solve problems in determining the eligibility classification for granting credit to customers by applying the Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) and Linear Regression algorithms. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out using the three algorithms obtained, the results show an accuracy value on K-NN of 87.837%, calculations using the Naïve Bayes algorithm have an accuracy value of 88.917%, while calculations using the Linear Regression algorithm produce a Mean absolute error value of 6.703. It can be concluded that in bank creditworthiness fraud using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method is more accurate when compared to the K-NN and Linear Regression algorithms
