Abstract

The processing industry of ex accu can give bad impact to the air quality. Dust from  industrial activity is one of  main lead exposure (Pb). The aim of this researh is to know  Pb concentration in dust. This research have been done on the resident area at DesaKadu, Tangerang, Banten. The  sample took at three region.  This region is in recycle ex accu industrial area (RT 3a, RT 3b and RT 4a) by total respondents, 51. This research is observational quantitative with cross sectional design. It was look Pb concentration in floor’s dust and sand’s dust in the same period.  The Pb concentration measurement were conducted by X ray Fluorescence (XRF) and to measure supporting variable were conducted by kuisioner. The results show that Pbconcentration in floor’s dust 442-558 μg/ft2 and in sand’s dust 505-5066 μg/ft2. Abstract

The effect of faloak (Sterculia quadrifida R.Br.) extract to the cell membrane potentials of tilapia (Oreochromis nilaticus) egg in contaminated water lead was studied. The cell membrane potential of tilapia egg was measured by a microelectrode connected to a Picoscope. The result showed that increasing of the Pb consentration caused decreasly of the membrane potential. Faloak extraction in contaminated water raised the membrane potential value. The concentration of faloak extract with the impact of raising the cell membrane potential of tilapia egg that have been contaminated by Pb is 0,8 mg. It seems that the antioxidant of faloak extract can reduce pollution rate.

Abstract

Desa Fafinesu B terletak di Kecamatan Insana Utara, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Desa ini memliki banyak potensi di bidang pertanian dan peternakan tetapi potensi yang ada tidak terserap dengan baik dikarenakan kurangnya informasi pemasaran. Produk masyarakat lokal dihargai dengan harga rendah karena pembelinya juga terbatas. Pemanfaatan teknologi secara tepat, diharapkan dapat menunjang perkembangan dan kemajuan desa terutama dalam pemasaran produk lokal dan potensi yang dimiliki desa. Menurut Undang-Undang No. 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa menegaskan bahwa desa berhak memperoleh akses yang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan dan menyebarkan informasi pembangunan. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang ini, maka Pemerintah Daerah wajib mengembangkan sistem informasi desa dan pembangunan Kawasan Pedesaan secara mandiri atau bekerjasama dengan institusi yang terkait. Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk merealisasikan website desa yang berisi tentang rencana-rencana kerja pemerintah desa dan juga pemasaran potensi desa dengan melatih aparat di Desa Fafinesu untuk mewujudkan pelayanan Sistem Informasi Potensi Desa Berbasis Website. Pelatihan website Desa Fafinesu dilaksanakan dengan metode workshop dan pendampingan. Pengabdi telah mengembangkan modul pelatihan menggunakan Content Management Systems (CMS). Dengan metode ini diharapkan perangkat desa dapat membuat dan memasukan konten secara berkelanjutan dan website yang telah dibuat terus terbaharui informasinya

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem informasi geografis merupakan salah satu jenis sistem informasi yang data – datanya ditampilkan dalam bentuk geografis. Banyak bidang telah menerapkan SIG untuk mengetahui lokasi rawan banjir, rawan kekeringan dan sebagainya. Terkait lokasi rawan, rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas menjadi penyebab utama yang sering terjadi di daerah kabupaten TTU yang menyebabkan kecelakaan lalu lintas sering terjadi. Namun, di daerah kab. TTU belum memiliki SIG rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang dimana masyarakat tidak akan mengetahui lokasi – lokasi rawan kecelakaan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi geografis pemetaan lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui informasi titik lokasi rawan kecelakaan untuk menghindari kecelakaan. metode yang digunakan ialah metode waterfall dan menggunakan framework laravel dalam membangun SIG rawan kecelakaan serta menerapkan leaflet untuk sebagai alat pendukung guna menampilkan titik-titik lokasi kecelakaan. Hasilnya sistem SIG rawan kecelakaan ini memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengetahui lokasi-lokasi rawan kecelakaan yang ada dan masyarakat dapat melakukan laporan kecelakaan kepada kepolisian jika terjadi kecelakaan lalulintas melalui sistem yang dibuat ini. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis, Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas, Kabupaten TTU, Leaflet, Waterfall Abstract - A geographic information system is a type of information system whose data is displayed in geographic form. Many fields have implemented GIS to identify locations prone to flooding, prone to drought and so on. Regarding vulnerable locations, traffic accident proneness is one of the main factors that often occur in the TTU district area which causes traffic accidents to occur frequently. However, in the district area. TTU does not yet have a traffic accident-prone GIS where the public will not know the accident-prone locations. This research aims to build a geographic information system mapping the locations of areas prone to traffic accidents so that the public can find out information on accident-prone locations to avoid accidents. The method used is the waterfall method and uses the Laravel framework to build an accident-prone GIS and applies leaflets as a supporting tool to display accident location points. As a result, this accident-prone GIS system makes it easier for the public to find out existing accident-prone locations and the public can also make reports and contact the police if a traffic accident occurs through this system.Keywords: Geographic information system, traffic accidents, TTU district, Leaflet, waterfall

Abstract

The use of technology in physics education has not been widely implemented, even though the subject is considered one of the more difficult subjects for high school students due to its abstract nature and involvement of many mathematical equations. This issue is also experienced by students from SMA Negeri 1 Kefamenanu. Classroom teaching remains lecture-based and has not yet incorporated technology in physics learning. Students still perceive physics as a difficult and boring subject. Therefore, this Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide training on the use of technology, specifically utilizing a GeoGebra-based virtual laboratory for the students of SMA Negeri 1 Kefamenanu. The students were trained to use GeoGebra as a virtual laboratory, taking advantage of its features to create simulations and animations on vector and kinematics topics. The results of this training showed that students were very enthusiastic about using GeoGebra as an interactive simulation tool to solve problems related to vector and kinematic concepts. Students also actively participated in creating their own animations on kinematic topics.

Abstract

Tilapia egg cells give different responses when given variations in the concentration of lead (Pb) pollutant. This study used a microelectrode connected to a picoscope to measure the potential value of tilapia egg cell membrane. The results of the study show that tilapia egg cells contaminated with Pb will cause changes in the cell membrane potential. The concentration of Pb given consisted of six variations, namely 0.02 ppm; 0.03ppm; 0.05ppm; 0.1 ppm ; 0.5ppm; and 1ppm. Tilapia eggs exposed to Pb with the highest concentration of 1ppm caused the cells to experience a significant decrease in the membrane potential of -7.77 mV. At this point, tilapia egg cells experience a decrease in membrane potential until they experience cell death.

Abstract

Fatuana Village is a village located in Insana District, TTU Regency, East Nusa Tengara Province. This village has a fairly large area and a very dense community, apart from that it also has good internet access, but Fatuana village does not yet have a village profile information system so many people do not know about Fatuana Village. Therefore, the aim of this research is to build an information system for the Fatuana village profile so that the community can access information about Fatuana village while also making it easier for the Fatuana village to serve the community by providing information quickly. This research applies the waterfall method as a system development method and uses PHP as a programming language in building the Fatuana village profile information system. This research produced a Fatuana village profile information system in accordance with community needs and has been successful in testing the system.

Abstract

Rabies is a disease that attacks the central nervous system (brain) caused by the rabies virus. Rabies is the most frightening infectious disease in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) where two people in TTU district were reported to have died from the Rabies virus due to being exposed to GHPR. This research was conducted to see the effect of vaccination on dogs on the rate of rabies transmission. The method used is to first create a mathematical model of rabies transmission by adding vaccination variables, then conducting numerical analysis and simulation. The model formed is . This model is formed to see the effect of vaccination in animals on the transmission of rabies in humans. This model has two equilibrium points, namely a disease-free equilibrium point with the results of the analysis of its stability conditions being locally asymptotically stable when   and a disease-endemic equilibrium point with its stability conditions being unstable when . This means that rabies will disappear within a certain period of time. Numeric simulation was performed to support the analysis results using MAPLE software. The simulation results show that in more than 120 days rabies will disappear. Vaccination has a significant impact on the transmission of rabies, that is, the greater the rate of vaccination, the faster it will stop the transmission of rabies. Abstract

Penelitian yang terkait pemanfaatan media simulasi komputer sangat menarik dalam pembelajaran fisika karena dapat memvisualisasikan konsep – konsep fisika baik dalam bentuk grafik maupun tabel. Salah satu media simulasi yang dapat digunakan adalah geogebra. Tumbukan atau lentingan antar partikel dapat juga disebut sebagai pantulan karena terjadi antar dua benda yang saling berpadu dan memantul akibat dari adanya pantulan tersebut. Peristiwa tumbukan antara dua benda dapat menyebabkan benda saling menjauh, atau saling berpadu dan bergerak dengan kecepatan yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan gambaran simulasi dari benda yang bertumbukan. Metode yang digunakan merupakan desain pemodelan grafik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa geogebra dapat mempermudah pemahaman konsep-konsep fisika terkait tumbukan  seperti hukum kekekalan momentum, energi kinetik, dan koefisien restitusi melalui visualisasi yang interaktif. Selain itu, siswa dapat mengamati perubahan dalam kecepatan, lintasan, dan energi sebelum dan setelah tumbukan.

Abstract

Industri peternakan ayam potong di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara memiliki peran penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan makanan, khususnya dalam penyediaan protein hewani bagi masyarakat. Namun, distribusinya sering mengalami kendala akibat minimnya informasi mengenai lokasi peternakan, sehingga pembeli dan pemasok hanya terbatas pada sumber tertentu. Hal ini menghambat efisiensi distribusi dan memperlambat proses pemasokan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dikembangkan sistem informasi geografis berbasis website yang dapat  memetakan lokasi peternakan ayam potong di wilayah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Sistem ini menerapkan metode prototype, yang memungkinkan pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan melibatkan umpan balik dari pengguna, seperti peternak, pembeli, dan admin. Prototipe awal diuji dan disempurnakan berdasarkan masukan pengguna agar sistem lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Pengembangan  sistem ini menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis data untuk menyimpan dan mengelola informasi lokasi peternakan secara terstruktur. Sistem informasi geografis berbasis website ini telah diuji menggunakan metode black box testing ke 10 peternak sebagai calon pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fungsional sistem atau fitur-fitur pada sistem  berjalan sesuai fungsi atau mencapai 100% keberhasilannya. Sehingga sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk mengakses informasi mengenai lokasi peternakan ayam potong dan berpotensi mendukung proses distribusi menjadi lebih efisien.   The broiler chicken farming industry in North Central Timor Regency plays an important role in meeting food needs, especially in providing animal protein for the community. However, its distribution is often constrained by the lack of information about the location of the farm, so that buyers and suppliers are limited to certain sources. This hinders distribution efficiency and slows down the supply process. To overcome this problem, a website-based geographic information system was developed that can map the location of broiler chicken farms in the North Central Timor Regency area. This system applies the prototype method, which allows development to be carried out in stages by involving feedback from users, such as farmers, buyers, and admins. The initial prototype was tested and refined based on user input so that the system better suits their needs. The development of this system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database to store and manage farm location information in a structured manner. With this website-based geographic information system, users can easily access information about the location of broiler chicken farms, so that the distribution process becomes more efficient. In addition, farmers can increase the visibility of their businesses and expand the market.
