Abstract

The research was titled “Pengaruh Tingkat Margin Terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Pembiayaan Murābahah di BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Waru Sidoarjo” is a a quantitative research to answer the questions whether the margin influence on customer’s decision-making margin murabaha financing and the extent of influence on the decisions-making murabaha financing at BMT UGT Sidogiri Waru Sidoarjo. This research uses a purposive sampling method with a sample of 90 customers who take murabaha financing. Questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability of the 20 customers prior to the collection of research data. Test equipment used in this research is to use analysis prerequisite test including normality test and test heteroskedastisitas. For data analysis used a simple linear regression analysis. The analysis of this study concluded that the level of margin positive and significant impact on the decision-making Murabaha financing as indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.989, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.977.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana langkah dalam implementasi manajemen risiko pembiayaan murabahah dan solusi dari penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah yang ada di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Mojokerto. Data penelitian dihimpun dari dokumen internal Bank BNI Syariah yang berupa file, wawancara secara lansung dengan pihak bank yang menangani pembiayaan murabahah dan pembiayaan bermasalah, nasabah yang menggunakan produk pembiayaan murabahah, serta literatur pendukung yang relevan terhadap permasalahan yang peneliti angkat.Selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk implementasi manajemen risiko pembiayaan murabahah di Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Mojokerto telah terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan laporan profil risiko BNI Syariah dikembangkan dengan menggunakan sistem online terintegrasi dengan sumber data. Dilihat dari tingkat pengendalian risiko yang 85%, itu artinya bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Mojokerto telah melaksanakan manajemen risiko sesuai peraturan Bank Indonesia, syariat Islam dengan melihat peraturan pada Fatwa DSN MUI. Dalam analisis pembiayaan Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Mojokerto telah sesuai dengan peraturan dan prosedur dari pusat, yaitu dengan menilai nasabah lebih ketat, selektif, cermat dan teliti dengan menganalisis 5C yaitu character, capacity, capital, collateral, dan condition of economy. Hal itu berpengaruh positif bagi bank karena dilihat dari data yang ada hanya ada 30 pembiayaan bermasalah dan diantaranya 2 yang termasuk ke kategori pembiayaan macet. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Mojokerto telah mampu mengendalikan risiko dengan baik. Dalam penanganan pembiayaan bermasalah, BNI Syariah mempunyai beberapa alternatif yaitu, penagihan intensif, rescheduling, reconditioning, restrukturisation, danpelunasan dengan penjualan agunan/jaminan sebagian/seluruhnya, penyerahan jaminan sukarela, penjualan jaminan secara bersama. Bank BNI Syariah sudah efektif dalam melakukan penanganan pembiayaan bermasalah dan eksekusi jaminan, ditinjau dari salah satu fatwa DSN-MUI No. 47/DSN-MUI/II/2005 tentang penyelesaian piutang Murabahah bagi nasabah yang tidak mampu membayar.

Abstract

This study is intended to give the solution of minimum rate of funding in the area of small and middle enterprise. So far, Islamic banking posses the system of musyaraqah mutanaqishah (MMQ) as the new way in enlarging the scope of business of profit sharing system. Unfortunately, in the real process, this system was intent on optimalizing the property business. This study tries creating the new direction of MMQ, namely to organize the potentiality of MMQ in lifting up its funding system for the existance as well as the sustainability of small and middle enterprise. By applied analysis approach, this study was successful in configurating the practice system of MMQ funding in the region of small and middle enterprise. To make easy the process of application, baitul mal wa tamwil is laid as the experiment place.

Abstract

Today, the development of Islamic economics has impacted not only in moslem countries but also in non moslem countries particularly in United State of America (USA).The evidence of itwhere there is a number of Islamic finance and banking significantly in Indonesia. The progress of Islamic economics is influenced by many factors. One of them is the role of the government in supporting and responding it emergence.Each country has different method and system in responding and to accommodate the emergence of Islamic economics.As a capitalistcountry, the USA has itself challenge to response the emergence of Islamic economics.One of the concernsisrelatedto the sustainability of Islamic economic.Such worriness might be because of some people still think that Islamic economics is Islam itself.While the USA government applies secular system that separate state and religion. On the contrary, a number of people still optimism that the Islamic economics will be developed and accommodated even the USA is the capitalist and secular country.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kelompok nasabah lembaga keuangan dan perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan mengetahui hubungannya dengan posisi produk di pasar lembaga keuangan dan perbankan. Semua data dalam studi ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa key person dan kredibel. ditemukan ada empat kelompok nasabah lembaga keuangan dan perbanan syariah yaitu: Religious conviction group; Religious conviction and economic rationality group; Ethical observant group; dan Economic rationality group.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengungkap konpensasi yang dibebankan oleh ilmu ekonomi Islam terhadap penerima zakat. Penerima zakat cenderung menganggap zakat sebagai pemberian biasa yang sama saja dengan transaksi lainya seperti jual beli dan wakaf serta hadiah. Akibatnya, zakat sebagai rukun Islam kurang memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi penerima zakat. Tujuan mulai zakat sebagai pelaksanaan rukun Islam yang secara khusus mendinamisir problem umat Islam dalan pelaksanaan ibadah kehartaan, terutama bagi sang peneriam zakat secara sosio-ekonomi tidak terwujud. Bahkan jauh lebih bergaung pelaksanaan ibadah haji dari sisi sosio-ekonomi dibanding ibadah zakat. Diduga kuat bahwa salah satu penyebabnya, karena secara konseptual tidak ditemukan konpensasi zakat terhadap penerimanya. Dengan teori rasionalitas yang dikenal dalam Ilmu ekonomi dan didukung teori lainnya, penelitian ini mengemukakan secara konseptual tentang konpensasi bagi penerima zakat yang menjadi beban dan harus diwujudkan pasca penerimaan

Abstract

This study aims to measure the health of commercial banks based on Islamic principles by using CAMELS ratio. Contributions from the application of the CAMELS ratio against the Bank Syariah Mandiri in order to assess the factors Capital, Assets, Management, Profitability, Liquidity and Sensitivity. If Bank Syariah Mandiri attention to the ratio of C (Capital) maintain and anticipate emerging risks. Additionally, using the ratio of A (Asset) anticipate the risk of default of the financing provided. The ratio of M (Management) to manage and run the business in accordance with the principles of risk management and capital adequacy of the precautionary principle. The ratio E (Earnings) address the problem of losses, raising capital in creating a profit during a predetermined period and can control the operating expenses to operating income. Then, the ratio L (Liquidity) keeping and maintaining a sufficient level of liquidity, and the latter ratio S (Sensitivity) made into a very low market risk and market risk management is carried out effectively and consistently. In this case, the study of Bank Syariah Mandiri period 2011-2013 using CAMELS ratio obtains a good picture of the plight, healthy or not healthy cycle of Bank Syariah Mandiri or financial position of the Bank Syariah Mandiri. Researcher expects that Bank Syariah Mandiri can predict bankruptcy and financial benefit ratio test in predicting a good profit in the period 2011-2013 and the future.

Abstract

This research aims to answer questions about how the application of the existing 5C in BMT Ukhuwah Persada Mandiri--particularly for customer of murabaha financing--in determining a client's deserve murabaha financing. This research is a qualitative research. Research data gathered from the interview directly with 17 customers, AO and Manager of BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah Persada in Kedinding Lor gang Tanjung Surabaya. This research analyzed using descriptive analysis method. The results of this research show that the financing customer in BMT Ukhuwah Persada Mandiri Surabaya feel particularly liked doing the murabaha financing because the process is quick and easy. It makes the customer has in good faith to make installment payments in accordance with a defined period of time.
