Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of liquidity, solvency, financial performance, and sales growth on the capital structure. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 181 manufacturing companies and only 48 met the criteria using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data with classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation obtained was Y = 0.581 – 0.028X1 + 0.017X2 + 0.033X3 + 0.288X4 + e. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) R Square value of 0.155 or equivalent to 15.5%. That is, 15.5% of Capital Structure can be explained and influenced by changes in the independent variable, and the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this study. In conclusion, simultaneously liquidity, solvency, financial performance, and sales growth have a significant and significant effect on the capital structure. Partially, only the Sales Growth variable has a positive and significant effect on the Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Liquidity, Solvency and Financial Performance partially have no effect on the Capital Structure of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms as proxied by institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees as well as the implementation of corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance. This research method is descriptive communicative. The research was conducted on coal mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The research data used is secondary data obtained from the annual report. The research sample is 66 annual reports from 22 coal mining sector companies. The research data was processed and analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The data analysis method used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results showed, a) the t-value of institutional ownership was 1.023 with a significance value of 0.310>0.05; b) the t value of the independent board of commissioners is 0.527 with a significance value of 0.600>0.05; c) the audit committee t value is 0.213 with a significance value of 0.832>0.05; d) the t value of CSR is negative at -0.265 with a significance value of 0.792>0.05. In conclusion, the corporate governance mechanism which is proxied by institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, and audit committee as well as corporate social responsibility does not contribute to tax avoidance in coal mining sector companies listed on the IDX. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (X1), Return on Assets (X2), Net Profit Margin (X3), Earning per Share (X4) on Pharmaceutical Company Stock Prices for the period 2019-2022 with Company Size as a control variable. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The number of samples taken as many as 14 companies with purposive sampling method. This study uses associative methods and multiple linear regression techniques with SPSS program. The results showed that the regression equation obtained was Y = 5521.001 + 44842.588 X1 + -1153993 X2 + -31580.637 X3 + -4.605 X4 + -154.774 Z. In conclusion, Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Return on Assets and Earnings. per share has a negative and insignificant effect, while Net Profit Margin has a negative and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and job desk on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The total population in the study was 75 employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between the training and job desk variables on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. While partially the variables found that training has a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational behavior on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance, organizational behavior, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were employees at the Shipping Science Training Center (BP2IP) Tangerang, amounting to 30 people. The sample size is 30 people using the whole population sampling technique or the census technique. The results showed that there was a significant influence of organizational behavior on employee performance of 0.602 or 60.2%. There is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Shipping Science Training Center (BP2IP) Tangerang by 0.520 or 52%. There is a significant influence of organizational behavior and organizational culture together on employee performance at the Shipping Science Training Center (BP2IP) Tangerang by 0.677 or 67.7%. Abstract

Kinerja pegawai tidak selamanya berjalan optimal menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Riset ini bertujuan: 1.) Guna memperoleh suatu informasi terkait pengaruh strres kerja kepada kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Tuban; 2.) Guna memperoleh suatu informasi terkait pengaruh cyberloafing kepada kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Tuban. Data yang dipergunakan dalam riset ini ialah data primer yakni data yang dihimpun menggunakan kuesioner yang peneliti bagian terhadap pegawai BKPSDM Tuban yang berjumlah 63 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Skala likert digunakan sebagai pengukuran. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sementara analisis yang dipergunakan yakni Partial Least Square (PLS). Bersumber pada hasil yang diperoleh pada riset yang dilakukan: 1.) Stres kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai; 2.) Cyberloafing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Cyberloafing; Kinerja Pegawai; Stres Kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to encourage the use of profit sharing based on the mato system in the management of MSMEs that are adapted to the characteristics of each business unit. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Synergize the old system that already exists in the management of MSMEs with profit sharing based on the mato system using the focus group discussion method. The concept of profit sharing based on the existing mato system is currently used in most Padang restaurant management. Although RMP has turned into a large company, profit sharing based on the mato system has been used since its establishment, as a street vendor, as a micro-enterprise. In conclusion, the concept of profit sharing in the mato system can be injected into the management of MSMEs so that they can grow and develop faster. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the financial performance of basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 20 companies is obtained. The data analysis method uses path analysis or path analysis using the SMART-PLS application. The results of the study show that the path coefficient value is indicated by the influence of Financial Performance on variable X, namely Public Share Ownership which is reflected in the ROE of 3.484. In further tests, the results show that the second biggest influence is the influence of Financial Performance on variable Z, namely Corporate Social Responsibility as reflected in the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index (CSRDI) of 2.455. In further tests, the results show that Corporate Social Responsibility can mediate Financial Performance and Public Share Ownership of 0.912. In conclusion, Public Share Ownership (KSP) has an effect on financial performance and Financial Performance has an effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). However, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cannot provide a mediating effect on Public Share Ownership (KSP) and financial performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention at CV. Her appointment. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research data is in the form of primary data. The research population was taken from employees of CV. The number of appointments was 121 people, and the sample taken was 55 people, the determination of which was based on a proportional random sampling technique. In this study, the determination of the sample was based on the location of the shop where the research was conducted. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The research data analysis method is Partial Least Square. The results of the study show, a) organizational commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention as indicated by path coefficients with a value of -0.262, and t-statistics with a value of 2.021> 1.96, which means it is significant; b) job satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention as indicated by the path coefficients worth -0.266, and t-statistics worth 2.143>1.96, meaning it is significant. In conclusion, a high level of organizational commitment can make a real contribution in reducing the level of turnover intention in CV. Her appointment. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership behavior, promotion, and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Medan. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Population and research sample using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques start from data compilation, data tabulation to the testing stage. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 89.3% of employee performance can be explained by independent variables and the remaining 10.7% is explained by other factors that have not been considered in this regression. In conclusion, simultaneously and partially leadership behavior, promotion, and physical work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Medan.
